Panda Express in Studio City

I normally dont bash on any place of business. However, this Panda Express location in Studio City definitely did not live up to the Panda Express lreputation. The staff experienced some chaos as an employee knocked over what appeared to be a cash register. The young lady who appeared to be a supervisor came unhinged. I was patiently waiting for my order as three or four customers that came in after me were rang up. I asked about my order and noticed a plate with the 4 items I selected was sitting behind the serving bins. When I asked if that was my order, the employee snapped at me and said no it is not!. I waited as more people were rang up, and I asked where my order was. The employee rolled her eyes at me. I mentioned again that the plate sitting behind the counter had the items I ordered. In a very rude tone, the associate stated, This is not your order! I was embarrassed at her tone of voice and walked out. She said this in front of other customers. I was upset enough that I called the Panda Express corporate office. I believe in customer service. All sales associates are ambassadors for the business. I am highly disappointed with the service at this location. I am an avid fan of Panda Express. My experience at every location has been stellar. I believe the circumstances caused the young lady to stress. Her stress did not give her the green light to be rude and condescending.

The line was super long and it was very busy but the staff were very kind and quick. If the country were run by these employees we would be in a good place lol. Thanks Megan!

There was a bit of a wait when I came in to order food to go, but plenty of staff were working which was nice to see. I was asked if I wanted to sample anything so I tried the Honey Walnut Shrimp (delicious!) I ordered the bowl of Orange Chicken with Steamed Rice. They got it out to me pretty quickly. Everything was cooked well and was hot. The prices are a little high to me for a fast food style place, but a place to go if you’re looking for a quick eat.

Its your average panda express. Depending on what server you get you might get lucky and get a good portion or you might get a small one. The reason I give this place 5 stars in service is because one of the employees named Chris is always always and friendly. Always goes above and beyond.

Bad food quality and taste. the chow mein was too dry and not tasty. i ordered a sprite drink and gosh that sucked. it was terrible. tasted like water

Noodles are not slippery an wet more like dry an unsatisfying. They did replace my noodles next day thank you but they were still a dry type of wet noodles along with stiffness . Worse noodles at this location . I honestly came cause I was craving noodles an this just ruined it . Cooks need to know how to make noodles bowl/steam/sauce it up longer something . Noodles gave me cotton mouth without having to smoke bud.

Panda panda panda panda well let me tell you I just left your store horrible horrible horrible customer service not only me and my girlfriend just paid for our food but the Mr. Order. Mind you if we didnt check our food we woulda went home without even having the right order. If we didnt double check. Thank God we did so we told them that our food was not the right order. So they made us wait about 10 good minutes before they gave us the right order as everybody passed by us as they havent paid yet but they getting their food as served. And Im a happy paying customer but its OK though thank God I have Google views because this is why Im writing about review. I will never come back to this Panda Express ever again. I will go to the one on lankershim much better service there and the staff is amazing this is a big ghetto fabolous over here Thank you panda panda panda panda panda FYI the only get my girlfriend for green beans

Decent fresh Chinese-ish fast food. I only really go when I have a coupon, but its a good option if youre eating healthy and want to avoid fast food.Service star subtracted because the trainee on the line was told 3 times by the supervisor how much to serve and each time he served less than what she showed him.
