Had a single bowl fried rice and orange chicken. At noon, rice seemed a little sticky but overall good.

Dont know whats so hard about a job where your only task is to put food into a tray, but apparently theyve hired people that cant do that properly. Second time this has happened.

This is in the same category as Taco Bell. You know you have had better, but its ok in a hurry.

Ill just say that the customer service and staff here are really exceptional. The food is quite good too.

Staff was nice and helpful, restaurant was clean. No long lines and not a long wait for food. Overall, had a good experience.

Poor service. I patiently waited about minutes in line. Come my turn, the food that I selected, and was looking at a full serving dish of it right in front of me. A male employee Whispers into the female employee who is serving me before she fills the container with the food, apparently advising her that they had just got an online order and I cannot have that item when I am standing there right in front of them. They stated this is all the food they had numerous times two people before I placed my order. So I was well aware of the first come first serve situation and I was already there, I advise them that this is not fair Im here in person. And keep in mind the food was still on display the entire time. He refused to see reason and offered no remedy to the situation.

***update a week laterI went one more time and this time portions were way more generous. I actually feel fed. I hope they listened to complaints and are going to be goodOld review: Really small portion. Never seen such poor portion. Going to different chain from now

Unorganized and forced closer than 6 feet. Online orders to far backed up, but patrons in line were getting processed quickly. I arrived when my order was to be ready then was told to wait. I watched 4 new patrons in line serviced, but my order was put in 20+ minutes before I arrived.

They must have new management. They used to let us get a small drink cup about half to 3/4 filled with sweet and sour sauce when ordering a large order, now they do not (I even offered to pay for it and was told they did not have cups?!). They used to be much more attentive to special notes for online takeout orders.
