This is a horrible taste of express American Chinese food. I guessed the chef forgot to sprinkle some salt to the fried rice, not even MSG can save this bland of a food taste. The teriyaki chicken lacking the marinate taste and the sesame chicken is stale in the taste. This food joint is making my ancestors cry. They dont give you any sauce, napkins, or utensils unless you check the to go bag.

Staff made me some fresh super greens for my order. Great customer service. Portion sizes were smaller than usual. I noticed other customers saying similar things. Napkins are behind the counter, and I was not given any. Only when I asked. I noticed after I had sat down.

We were at the store today Sunday, 10/15/2023 around 3:20 pm, Arlene saw us ignored us and turned her back on us. Then we waited and wanted to order two chicken black pepper and grilled chicken teriyaki with rice. Arlene without making eye contact said that the chicken black pepper was taken out of the menu this is why they didn’t have it. We told her that it’s written in your menu board, but Arlene with a rude attitude replied that it was taken out of the menu. We left and we were so disappointed by Arlene’s attitude.

Shout out to “Leslee and Arlene” they did it again WOW 🤩 A++ !!! When you walk in you get the amazing aroma of the food. Of course you smell it outside but when you walk in… the restaurant is kept clean you are able to enjoy the smell inside😎 (if you know what I mean you know what I mean 😂). They crew in the back cooking is doing a great job the food is fresh and delicious 💣. Thank you Leslee and Arlene for being your amazing selfs. Both of you have wonderful personalities. Excited the freeway and arrived hungry to a line, but the employees worked to take the orders and get us served as quickly as possible. The food was great (no pictures) I was hungry. I did try the beyond orange chicken and it was delicious but a little spicy with a kick.

I would like to thank your staff for being friendly and flexible. The store doesnt have a curbside pickup service normally, but on the day I went, my baby was asleep in my car and I didnt want to leave her in the car alone while I wait in the long line. The staff was nice enough to make an exception for me to take my order on the side. I am very grateful for that.

Been here a few times, always just mediocre food, but weve given it a few tries... They give VERY small portions especially for the amount they charge! The orange chicken is alright, its more so on the the crunchy side and very sweet, the fried rice is hard and tastes old even though you can see them putting freshly cooked rice out (I guess thats how they intended to make it?) Also this last time we went, I ordered mushroom chicken and it literally only had ONE piece of chicken in it, it was basically a scoop of mushrooms and zucchini! Disappointing!!!I will say though that I LOVE the kids meal option, I definitely feel like you get a good amount of food for a kid!

We ordered food at this location on 7/28/2021 and the girl behind the counter could not understand what I ordered and we repeated it 3 more times and she rudely tells her co-worker to finish taking our order. The 2nd girl assisted us and I heard the first girl say something that was rude towards us. I asked for the manager and he basically stood there unconcerned about the employees behavior towards a customer. Very sad to see this franchisee employs workers and managers that are not customer friendly at all.

We went on a Thursday evening during the pandemic and the experience was so great. Short line, pleasant staff, easy pick up and the food fresher than ever before. One staff member was giving bad attitude because he couldn’t hear through the mask. There’s no need to get upset for not being able to hear along with giving disgusting attitude. I tried speaking up so they could hear me and repeating myself but they took it the wrong way and couldn’t get my order right. I get it was busy but that’s not an excuse to act poorly. I did however apologize to the cashier for the misunderstanding, at least one of use could act maturely.

Good food. Friendly servers. Loud in the dining room, it seemed to echo with every little noise. So we sat outside. It was nice. The sun was setting so it was a little in my eyes, maybe a sun shade? I can never get the paper towel dispenser to work and if it does i only get one little towel.
