Time after time the staff has been rude and dismissive. Worst yet the portion sizes HERE are worse than other Panda locations. I do not recommend going here until management decided to give proper portions for the $12.00 combos they’re selling.

Why do you open at 10 am, at 10:10 doors are locked when seen you unlock the doors BUT nothing is ready ! Don’t blame Covid or no work force, there is NO excuse. Look above the workers to management! I had to take what was ready at 10:15 not what I wanted, seriously ? This is what you have come to!

I had gor some homey walnut shrimp from this panda and the doe around the shrimp had seemed to be uncooked, the orange chicken aswell seemed dry. The chow mein also had some vegetables that were not chopped and put as huge chunks. I decided once I had tasted how bad everything was just to eat my veggie spring roll and fortune cookie. The spring roll tasted like it was left overs and was days old and the fortune cookie had no fortune and shatter into a bunch of piece the moment I tried opening it as if it was stale. A terrible experience. I was not able to get a good luck of the chef and could not name how the waiter looked, and I couldnt ask for a refund because I had taken it home and will not spend my time going all the way back there.

They really need to update their opening times. Online it says they open at 10:00 am and I go and they have a paper sign on the door that says opens at 11am. Also when I get the food it’s either cold or they don’t put enough.

Great service and great place to be with a family or loved one to eat and watch a game or fight while you hang out. The orange chicken, beef broccol, and fried rice combo is good enough for me.. Its always funny to hear the employees ask me You want owange chicken or you like flied lice haha

First of all. The dining room is closed. No obvious sign outside. They use the pandemic and people’s willingness to order takeout to lower their costs. I visit the place 2 times and the orders were wrong on both occasions. I ordered chicken teriyaki and they didn’t include the sauce when I came back and complain the attendant blame me because I didn’t specifically ask for the sauce. Made me laugh. I ordered Chicken Teriyaki and I am supposed to check that they included the sauce. Not planning on coming back soon

The food tasted good here. If you arrive when Shawn is there he always greets you. The service is fast but not always friendly. Most of the employees are nice. If they ran out of one item they are always making some more right away.

I love the steamed veggies, rice and meat! I dont like the noodles, very dry, but thats at all Panda Expresses. They changed their recipe a few years back havent liked the noodles since. Employees were nice, when I went it was a bit of a wait because you have to special order steam veggies. But for the most part it was a good experience.

Food is great. I couldnt get enough of it. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even let you try free samples, and for all you introverts out there. The service was fast and simple. Doesnt even take 5 minutes to be in and out with your food. Giving that there isnt anyone else ordering before you.

Ok went here again yesterday and I dont think the A team was there. I got 2 bigger plates with orange chicken and tereyaki chicken and 2 chicken egg rolls and 2 lg cokes. Now the issue is food quality since the orange chicken wasnt edible it was hard and impossible to eat. The egg rolls were over cooked hard as a rock. Had to wait for chow mein which took well over 10 minutes. Next time hold the hair out of my food. I only noticed the hair once I started looking closer to why the food was hard or sat way to long. Sadly they act like they dont understand or care about customers. On a side note the drinks were fine. Just wish I could have ate my dinner.Went back for the last try, the A team was there the food was good and fresh. Maybe its the location. Will try a different one.

By the time i got there and it was 9:00pm and hour before closing and they already had there ovens off. The lady couldnt help me with the food I was asking for. Specifically the low main. It was worst service you could have asked for. I was disgusted with how the hospitality is done here. There is no respect for the customers at all. Dont rush to close when customers are not getting satisfied with the services.

The food was good, but the customer service was a little bad. While eating there I heard that one of the ladys say that she was sick, but I didnt think much of it, of course eavesdropping is not a respectful thing to do, but the fact that there where some children there, the staff were not respecting the younger customers asking if the women that was sick if she was pregnet. Obviously, you shouldnt go to work if youre sick and because of the lady that was sick now my parents and I do not feel well after eating there.

Hello Pancake here :) Soooo where do i begin there are 3 Panda Express in Moreno Valley, one on Day Street (VERY friendly Employees), one on Moreno Beach (They want to make sure your order is RIGHT), and..... this one.. Iris and Lasselle... sigh its bad the Employees were fairly new very noticeable...which is fine but it was to the point where all of them were new and had NO idea what they were doing ... every 30 seconds they asked what did i order.... i had 3 plates 2 with Veggies and triple Teriyaki and one plate with all chow mein double black pepper chicken and side of teriyaki chicken soo that was the order (*i know a LOT of teriyaki chicken haha) ANDREW G. was his name he had sort of a temper on him after i looked at the BABY CHICKEN they were serving me.. i mean it was small chicks normally i wouldnt complain but this time OMG... it was smaller breast than a CORNISH HEN so i asked him can i have another chicken added to that he said Well no we are supposed to cut 4 slices of the chicken soo this was 4 slices as he said that there was an issue with the SODA machine that went off it wouldnt STOP running so he had to go help with that he said ah yeah this always happens... (in my mind im like what happened if a child did this and it kept running and he didnt say anything someone fall and slips and hurts themselves...) ANYWAY this post is way too long long story short I WONT BE COMING BACK to this one to me there are ONLY 2 Panda Express and i live .. on Iris .... soo thats saying something~

Food is good but customer service is bad and an employee seems to count how much food she puts on your plate. If you see Jessica serving ask for another person to serve you or wait until someone else is serving to ask for food. This woman grabbed a scoop of the food but the returned some back and my plate ended up looking smaller than the other plates served by the others.
