I must say we were disappointed but I want back too explain what happen with are orders and Manager Cris handling everything. She was amazing and very very sweet. If I ever recommended a panda express restaurant it would definitely be this location. Thank you again Manager Cris you ROCK & MADE ARE NIGHT. Standard Panda Express store with typical fare and atmosphere. This location was clean and the staff who took our order was friendly. Parking was okay but there werent many customers during the time of our visit. I have no complaints and would return again.

The Dining Area was kept clean, the service was fast, friendly and professional.When I said that I was going to dine-in, the cashier asked to see my proof of Vaccinations, I showed her a picture of my Vaccination Card and she looked at it closely.The food was tasty and fresh. I tried the new Cripy Almond chicken Breast and it was good! Along with my favorite Beijing Beef and Chow Mien.The food was good and at a fair price, the place was clean and well kept and the service was friendly and professional. What more could you ask for?

I recently stopped by Panda Express for a quick bite and I was pleasantly surprised! The orange chicken was absolutely delicious - crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated in a tangy, sweet sauce that had me going back for seconds. The chow mein was also on point, with perfectly cooked noodles and a savory flavor that complemented the chicken perfectly. The portions were generous and the prices were very reasonable. The staff were friendly and efficient, making for a seamless dining experience. Overall, if youre in the mood for some tasty Chinese food that wont break the bank, Panda Express is definitely worth a visit!

Usually great food & great service. Ordering take out today I ordered a bowl of Black Pepper Angus Steak with veggies. At home and ready to eat I discovered that only a lousy TWO pieces of steak was placed on top of a bowl full of the veggies! A clear oversight that could easily be avoided if employees would pay attention to details on the job 🤣.

I havent ever had an issue with this location. But last night, after a long day, I ordered panda. Food was brought home, and it just didnt taste right. The Beijing beef was completely soggy and inedible. My second entrée was kung Pao chicken, and there was hardly anything on that side of my plate. I received a huge amount of the old, soggy Beijing beef though. My father ordered something completely different, and also said his food did not taste right and the portions were very small. There was nobody in the drive thru at 6pm. And, unfortunately I guess that may go to show that the quality of this Panda Express has depleted.I will not be eating Panda anytime soon after the disgusting food I was served last night.

Horrible! This used to be the best Panda in this neighborhood. Today the rice was Klumpy and stuck to gether and the chow main was in little pieces. They definitely need to change their cook.the only thing that was great was an African American girl who was very nice and fast at everything. You know they seem to be disorganized at times especially when theyre busy. I ended up walking in and started going through their drive-thru which is a nice convenience but its often busy. But anyway I pre-ordered and it said pick up at a certain time and when I got there the order wasnt even prepared. So I said that was not a good sign. They also seem to confuse what was in my order but when I saw them making it I corrected them. But very busy at the time and the food seems good enough to me. I have had their teriyaki chicken I think they call it where its a piece of a chicken breast and it had a lot of fat on it so I dont get that from there but Ive had their orange chicken I like their string bean chicken theyre vegetables are always delicious etc. So its a good Panda but just check your order before you leave thats all.

Gave this a 2-star instead of just one because Ive been going to this one the most when it comes to all Panda Express branches. But last night went from a decent experience from this place to a shameful one.My family and I went through the drive-thru but the girl taking our order no longer cared about working properly anymore. At first, she made a few justifiable mistakes that could be ignored. When we got to the window, we checked our order and it turns she didnt understand what was being asked. She charged us a bit more by mistake. When she gave back the card back to us, she dropped which obviously puts us in a spot to pick it up from the ground. No apologies were given after this whole experience.

Since 2009 when I moved nearby, it has always been nothing but a pleasant experience. I’ve frequented this place through the thick and thin of my path but today left bad taste in my mouth by a coward at the drive through over not donating to charity. Lady was completely disassociated from reality and just trying to win an argument by playing a victim of some draconian management. Someone really messed with her mind at some point tho.

Walked in at 9:15 p.m. and was told that they could only sell me what they had in the plating behind the glass. They could not cook any more food because they said that they would have to throw it away, even though I had just told them that I was ordering to family meals and One Bowl? Good American Chinese food. Everyone gets the Orange chicken. Everything here you would expect from a Panda Express.Usually no wait. Sometimes a 5 minute delay for a specific dish they have run low on. Clean dining area with fast service. checkout could have been a little more friendly this time.They now ask you to round up and donate your change to their childrens charity. Every time a donation is made they ring a bell and say thank you. So if the bell doesnt ring everyone knows you didnt donate to their charity and makes you look like a D-Bag. We love the kids.I will definitely be back to eat here again.

I got an order of 2 chow mein and 2 broccoli and beef from uber eats. The food came in and I was extremely disappointed to see just broccoli and an excuse of one piece of beef, especially when I was extremely hungry. I called in to speak with the manager since I order regularly from them, and she told me she can’t do anything unless I drive all the way to the store then maybe she can credit me something. I paid double the price just to have it delivered, why would i spend even more money for a mistake she made? All I wanted was a discount on my second order or credit for the entire meal so I can order it again, hopefully with meat this time …The manager then told me to hold on put the phone on the side and attended to a customer, completely ignoring my situation then never picked up the phone. I called back to see what happened and nobody answered me.Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place especially after testing their professionalism.!!!

While I am normally a fan of Panda Express, this particular location -- not so much. The location is not in the greatest area, it really seemed like drug deals were going down in the parking lot, and the staff I encountered just seemed like they didnt want to be there -- Customer Service is quite poor at this location.I had to wait for one of my menu items cause they were out... I was told that the item would take 6-7 mins, and that turnaround time was indeed accurate, but when I got my food, IT WAS ALL COLD. ALL OF IT. Even the item I waited 6-7 mins for was COLD, which just doesnt make sense to me.All in all, my visit was subpar at best.

If I could give it less than one star I would!!!! They never get the order right. We always get orange chicken bowl with white rice and for some reason we always get something else instead of the white rice. It’s very frustrating when you are running late and you buy food only to notice it’s wrong. It would be fine once or twice but it has happened over 7 times and unfortunately this is the only Panda Express near us.

For the most part this location is pretty consistent, however there have been several occasions where my order was either wrong or incomplete when using the drive thru. On this occasion ordered Beef and Brocollie as one my two items, and what I got was 95% brocollie and 5% beef (if that). Word of advice, check your orders before driving away, I know I will.

Absolutely the worst Panda Express to ever get your food from. They do not give you the correct portion sizes and they take forever to get your food. The staff are very rude and when they tell you to wait 1 minute out in front be prepared to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes for your food and then once you get your food its cold. My brother decided to order in Spanish, and the girl that took our order decided that she did not want to speak Spanish that day and took our whole order wrong it took forever for her to get it right, which she still didn’t. The girl knows how to speak Spanish but for some reason she didn’t want to over the speaker. Someone else came and in a rude manner took our order in Spanish.

They ran out of rice. This was not apparent until I had been in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes and finally got to the speaker. At first I was told they were out of brown rice, so I asked for fried rice. I was then to they were out of all rice. By this time, there were 4 cars behind me and a couple in front, so I couldnt just drive thru and leave. The cashier laughed about it, but it was a huge inconvenience. I saw the word PREMIUM on one of the items. I decided to look around and put the place to the test. 1. Employee greeted me and walked away. 2. Employee was asking questions and not paying attention I had to repeat myself several times. 3. I had to ask for drinks the worker did not offer. 4. The worker shorted me a dollar on the change then she got mad when I checked her. 5. The soda machine was jacked up and coke was being shot out got my shirt dirty. 6 the same worker who helped me came over to our table and started sweeping too close for comfort. 7.
