Went there today. Asked for honey walnut shrimp ala carte and pot stickers. Was told that location doesnt sell pot stickers. Okay, just the shrimp then. Got to my car and realized there was no to-go cutlery in the bag so I had to go back. No signage or communication that they dont include cutlers unless asked. Got home and ate the shrimp and it was extremely soggy and did not have any of the crisp that this dish has at other stores. There were loose unbreaded shrimp all over and the breading was a soggy mess at the bottom of the box, less than ten minutes after I left the store. It always clean and nice ambiance in the store, only thing making this a two star and not a one star. Possibly the worst Panda Express Ive ever been in quality and customer service wise though

They dont let you sample anything--not even their new experimental items. Smallest portions Ive received from a Panda Express. A lot of items nearly empty, although the place was devoid of customers. A lot of employees, but not much work getting done, though the food was running low.

Hard to communicate with the staff to place an order.And I know its recession and they received the size of their take out dishes to a much smaller size as the price for an entre mil has gone up.And kind of mixed up the order a little bit with another one but thats only the second time its happenedThe food was alright--didnt feel like cooking that night

Honestly I never ever eat here but my little ones were craving orange chicken when we were on our way to the museum and this was literally minutes away from the museum thought I’d grab them a little something before playtime & that was pretty cool that they had kids meals I ordered 3 cub meals all orange chicken w noodles they also each come w a kids drink but they only drink water I orders online it was ready to be picked up right away super convenient for me esp car full of kiddos & to my surprise the little cub meals had their fave movie as of now printed on the box plus came w stickers that was cute & pretty impressive wasn’t expecting anything like this at all esp from a fast food place I never go too but they really enjoyed their meals I even tried it & honestly was pretty good they devoured it all lol looks like we’ll be coming back for more cute cubby meals

Yummy we could have ate twice as much as we ordered however the price is kinda up there. However the price of everything is high right now so we were. Pleased and left with a desire to return soon for more we had a very nice road trip and it was a blessing to enjoy some good grub with the husband and hang out just had a great experience at the Panda.

DONT ORDER ONLINE OR DOORDASH. I got a door dash order and they messed up Both plates. Even though the tag said orange chicken & beef - there was no orange chicken. The other plate had the complete wrong order. We also had two orders or wontons but there was no sauce at all. I called and called and called but there was no answer. When we drove to take it back we had to wait in an extremely long line. My order always seems to get messed up when ordering online, plus the no customer service or answer is frustrating.

My mom is addicted to this place, haha. Its good! Only complaint is sometimes the younger female employees can be snooty for no particular reason. Not all of them, just some. Gloria, a long-time employee is SO sweet and helpful! We definitely recommend!

Panda Express has gone downhill in recent years. You can not get the food to taste the same as the time before. I have gone several times over the last few years and can only remember 2 times that the food tasted amazing. Every time I go I hope it is made correctly, but its starting to be a struggle for this chain to do anything.

Food is great, but they need more help. The poor servers are overworked, as in so many places. They bravely move ahead. I do not recommend online. Unlike fast food places, they have no monitors, and when they are slammed, I have no idea how they keep ahead.

Going with a neutral on this place. When my family arrived at this place they were out of most the items they were serving…including the rice and noodles. I’m sure it was a fluke and that’s why I didn’t want to give a negative or positive review. We were just passing through and stopped here because it was fairly close to a Tesla Supercharger 😂

The sign on the door reads; 10 people only in the store @ a time due to COVID-19. I was there last night and counted 22 people inside. I was customer #8. The stocky built manager was rude, and lacks management skills. I waited 10+ minutes for a fresh serving of an entree and received a “joke” of a serving and a rude attitude from the server. I shouldn’t be surprised by minimum wage workers. But I was! I bet when their family or friends come in, they load them up with generous portions!

Train your employees how to use grub hub and doordash they hit food is ready 3-5 times! When we get there they inform us they just got the order straight lying. I use this gig as a side hustle but panda is a bad spot to get orders. Now once I get there if the food isn’t. I take the order off and move one. I’m not waiting plus 25 mins

1. Panda has a sign on the outside of their business which says Mask Required. But yet they allowed 2 kids between 10 and 13 to breath all over the food with no mask on. Not one employee said anything.2. They allowed a child about 3-4yrs old to stand and jump around on the counter top where they serve the food, again not one employee said anything and this child was not wearing a mask.3. They allowed another customer to come in without a mask to pick up food and again not one employee said anything.4. Lastly they had 2 employees serving food while others were standing around chatting, and one of those serving customers asked at least 5x for more chow mein and the 2 employees serving were not paying attention to the customers waiting to order so a line formed and employees were basically ignoring the customers.Unacceptable!!!

Not even close to authentic Chinese food. The male server was pleasant and professional. The Power Greens were fresh and tasty. The chow mein was dry, Beijing Beef was heavily coated with flour. The Honey Walnut Prawns were breaded, which soaked up all of the sauce.

I came today at 9:50pm and the lady at the front started out fine helping our order but when it came to charge she couldnt charge my card. Said it was declined and I checked the my bank and knew she was lying. She insisted she could not give me a receipt for a decline. I had just used my card how is it that it didnt go through then. I want to speak with the manager seriously about what happened. She thinks she can do as she pleases. It was frustrating to see someone so reluctant to help.

This is just like any other Panda Express. My daughter had never been to a Panda Express. So I explained that you go to Taco Bell to eat tacos. You go to Burger King to eat burgers. What do you think you will eat at a Panda Express? She wasnt sure if she should believe me. We got in line and got our meals and she declared that there was no Panda on the menu. Ha ha ha. It was good for quick serve chinese.

This particular location is the worst. I placed an online order and used my credit card. When I got there they were out of 1 of the items I had ordered, I asked to double the other item and they said ok. After waiting 10 minutes I asked how much longer, they told me at least 5 minutes, they were out of the second item as well. I said I had to get back to work could I cancel my order and was Ridley told yes, but I would have to call the store. I came back to work and called to cancel my order and was rudley told that the manager was not in and wouldnt be in until tomorrow, and no one was authorized to do that. Dont order online to this place. I still dont have a credit to my card.

Ordered chow main, fried rice, veggies and teriyaki chicken. Also a small container of Beijing Beef.O. M. G. I took a piece of onion from the Beijing Beef and my mouth and lips are on 🔥 Fire. That is beyond eatable. I barely touched my tongue to a piece of the beef and once again searing pain. How can they get away with selling that to the public? I tried this product years ago and it was excessively hot then. Then the flavor was remarkable but the spicy heat made the dish pure heat and it remains the same today. No wonder at 8 pm they had a heaping bowl of it in their display appearing to be untouched.My god Panda Express, make Beijing Beef a whole lot less spicy and you’d probably sell it by the ton.The rest of the food was just ok, nothing remarkable, typical fast food take out.Beijing Beef is dangerously spicy hit. So sadNot going back.

Lines were long. It took me 5 minutes in Starbucks and they were busy and shorthanded. It took me twenty minutes in Panda, they were short handed too and had more going on.
