I will never eat at this location again it was way overcrowded with people that are not even eating panda food and there is barely any outside seating plus the customer service is garbage.

Food tasted good (thanks to chefs) but the amount was not worth it. Also I think it taste good because it’s a very busy location and nothing sit there for hours. I needed to come back to ask for more broccoli beef because I had 3 pieces of beef and 7 huge broccolis. I did not ask for broccoli side, I asked for broccoli BEEF. I was meanly taught by Chamin that it’s 4 pieces of beef and the rest is broccoli. For 10$? Well she gave me 2 more pieces from the button of her heart.I will wishfully avoid this location for the next time.

Well, if you want quick fired american style chinese food, this restaurant chain will hook you up. wide selection of protein with different rice side dishes such as white steamed, brown steamed, fried rice. also cheap quality chow mein noodles if thats more your flavor. orange chicken is like candy but there are more healthy options.

Poorly managed and the food was practically cold by the time it was picked up. Had to wait approximately 15 minutes for them to make extra orange chicken and walnut shrimp. Chow-mein was almost empty and burly made for the 4 plates I asked for. I did get there at 9:20pm and it seemed like they had already stopped making food because most if the staff was getting ready to leave. I asked the server a basic question and she hesitated in answering. I asked what time do they stop making food so I know ahead of time and she asked the manager if the fryer was still on and he raised his shoulders and seemed clueless. The server said it would be about a 10 minute wait for the orange chicken and the walnut shrimp. So I waited since I didnt have time to go somewhere else but when I got back there was very little servings on each of the plates so I asked if I was being punished for complaining about their service and she offered a bit extra and I refused. At this point I realized this place is the worst place Ive ever been to and will never return so I took what I had and left. I hope this store replaces there manager it with better experience with customer service and knowledge overall.

Im not sure whats going on with the way they are making their food or with how much less food they give you but its ridiculous for the price. I pay 1.25 more for the steak because its great .. well it was until now they add huge mushrooms and vegetables to it so i get basically 3 little pieces of steak and the rest is mushrooms in the same sauce making it look like its a piece of frickin steak! I kid you not go see for yourself try to seperate whats really steak and which are mushrooms.

Walked in and saw that the place was incredibly clean. In todays world that makes me feel safe. The line moved fairly quickly. I was greeted by the front person. Food was good and warm. One of the best pandas I’ve been to.

Not all Pandas are equal lol. I went to Monrovia location on Fri and Buena Park today.The presentation and fullness of my plate looked sloppy and overall just smaller. The kid who rang me up just seemed annoyed.Opposite vibe from Monrovia location on Fri. Not a fan when employees seem annoyed. It was a little busy maybe thats why my plate looked sloppy and the kid who rang me up seemed annoyed..totally different experience from Monrovia on Fri.Brea Pamda is like negative -100 lol.

Panda Express food is just okay, I wont lose any sleep if I couldnt have it. The food is a little pricey but it does the job when you want something other than burgers, hot dogs, burritos, or tacos. I try to make that a once or twice a year thing so my taste buds will be excited to have it. Dont get me wrong Im not knocking the place, its just okay as far as Chinese food is concerned, Ive had better. Go try it for yourself and see what you think.

They were pretty slow so we were helped right away. Most of the food looked like it had been sitting out for a while, but the girl asked the cooks to make fresh batches of everything that we ordered. Very nice :) The food was good and the staff was welcoming and friendly.

Today...this place gets one star...and is because the food is good. But, I dont under stand how if there are at least 10 employees working behind the counter...one lady was ignored in the line just in front of us and then came to help us. When the lady complained another employee stepped in and took her order. Meanwhile our order is being taken and the that employee walks away without finishing. Finally the food is served and every employee walks away from the register. I dont understand why they hire these irresponsible people. I just dont get it. They all just look like they would rather be somewhere else. Horrible experience today.

Like most Panda Express Resturant’s is a timing issue if you want fresh hot dishes. You can always ask them to make it fresh and hot, but you will wait. I do like the special dishes they are always coming up with, but once again if you get them hot. I have never had an issue with cleanliness and the staff is always pretty friendly no matter how busy.It does bother me that they always ask if you want to give to the children’s charity and they ring a bell and the entire crew says “thank you” and if you do not give it is silent.

Look the food here is just whatever. Its what youd expect from fast food pretend Chinese, and so Id say it deserves a baseline of three stars. Its not bad for what it is, and it isnt trying to be more than what it is, if that makes sense. Its not going to kill you, and its not going to thrill you either. If you know what to expect from Panda Express, thats exactly what youre getting at this location. Nothing worse, probably not really better either (though, maybe theyre paying a little more attention to updating their steam table than most other Pandas, so it might be marginally fresher here). However, this location strongly deserves an extra star because of its friendly and helpful employees. Ive been to this location probably three times, and Ive been met with a warm, seemingly genuine smile by everyone I have interacted with there. A bit of friendliness can go a long way to making what can be a stultifying experience (eating replacement level, and not very healthy, fuel-only type fast food) an enjoyable one.

I stopped by for lunch with my family, once we were ready to sit down our table was dirty and my wife asked Sol politely if someone could please clean it. Sol looked at my wife and rolled her eyes at her and never responded if she would or if she would get someone. Once Sol came over we thanked her for cleaning our table and she again just rolled her eyes at us and looked very mad walked away we felt bad 😞 . Very unprofessional employee no customer service and we will never come back or refer any of our family and friends. ❗❗

Its Panda express. I am sure there are cheaper local places around, but it served the purpose. The staff is friendly and the food was fresh. I am not a regular at panda, so I was pleased to discover that I can get steamed vegitables as a side instead of fried carbs. Def a big plus over other places. Also a very cheap way to feed a group of kids.

As far as Chinese food goes, Panda Express is about middle of the road. They have decent flavors and an okay variety, but compared to a mom-and-pop Chinese food restaurant, the portion sizes just arent there. What you do get, especially if youre eating in, is the beverage bar. Its a good place if youre not especially hungry or enjoy refill drinks.

Everything was great until I ate their fried rice. The rice was still undercooked and it felt like i was eating tiny rice pills. I just hope they fix this. If they do, i will keep this updated.EDIT: IT IS 12:30 on Tuesday on Jan 22 2019. The rice is much better and tastes great. I changed tge star from 2 stars to four stars. But i have to keep a close eye on whos cooking the rice just to be sure that the rice is perfectly cooked. Awesome jobs fellas

Daughter brought home take out, chow mein, kung pos chicken, brown rice! Looks like they fried the chow mein beyond the limit was burned black on the ends, tasted burned! The rice was hard! We ordered the beef and broccoli plate to go. When we opened the container, there was literally only 2 bite sized pieces of beef, and a handful of broccoli! Also, My husband went to lean against the wall while we waited for the food and was stabbed in his back by a nail that was sticking out of the wall! Food wise is always fresh and delicious, but manager at the time of my visit was harassing the girl at the order starting, it was a poor oriental girl almost in tears while the manager kept on telling her how she needed to go faster. There are ways to train people, but not throwing them into the order starting on a Saturday dinner pick hour.

Called an order ahead of time and when I showed up it wasnt ready. The cashier didnt bother to repeat the order and he handed me an order with missing items. One of the missing items was Teriyaki Chicken from a kids meal. The only item in it was rice. If I hadnt asked I wouldve driven home thinking I had everything I ordered. I there was another item missing from another plate. If I hadnt asked him to check/repeat my order I wouldnt have known. I also asked for two teriyaki sauces and he didnt even pack one that needed to go with the meal. There was a lady in front of me who also wasnt happy with them for charging her so much for such a small amount of food. Get it together, Panda Express.

Typical Panda Express. Dinning room is average size with some outdoor seating. Food its self is good, there could be more meat on their entreès. Staff is friendly, not pushy, even with a long line. Seemed particularly busy after 6pm. Might be Knotts visitors.

I was very disappointed yesterday when I went to the Panda Express in Buena Park & I learned that they no longer accept & honor the Downtown Buena Park Discount card like they once did there. The discount was only a mere 10%, but nevertheless, the restaurant was TOO CHEAP TO HONOR THIS MEESLEY LITTLE DISCOUNT when it came time to pay for all of the food items that were ordered!! Its soooooo unbelieveable to me that the current Panda Express owner is TOO CHEAP TO HONOR THIS MEESELY LITTLE DISCOUNT TO ITS CUSTOMERS that this establishment once offered to its customers there!! It s not like it really costs the owner that much to make all of their food items to begin with, so the profit margin on the food compared to what the consumer must pay for a food item is truly exorbitant for the consumer!!
