Panda Express in Riverside

I had to wait for noodles. It took about 20 minutes. My food sat on the counter and became cold. I specifically said no rice, all noodles, I had rice. Noodles and rice were very dry. The other food had a very starchy taste. The orange chicken was the best thing in the box.Personally, I will drive a bit farther and go to Arlington and Tyler and get my Chinese Food.

Hello, I brought the Family Meal from this Panda Express and then I got home and open the food it’s not even full box. One of the box is 60% full. In the Panda Express there was no rush and nobody in line on that day at that time. The food is overcooked and not fresh. I want to give this zero stars

Just left this spot and what a total disappointment, apparently they changed there portion size to 3 and a half Pieces of chicken and when I said something to two different employees they argued its there new portion size as of 4 days ago.I will be contacting there head office and will be confirming this or if they just lied due to lazy work ethic.100% lost my business no way am I paying $20+ for some noodles/rice and less then a few bites of chicken.Really hope this isnt the new portion size or expect panda to be out of business in the next few years as competitive companies crush there portion and quality of food and definitely better customer service elsewhere.Update: called there location manager and showed he did not care made excuses and can tell his lack of experience of being a manager and care of customer service.Ill be taking the steps to follow up on this with Panda Restaurant Group and make sure this location is investigated for ripping off customers and skimping portions.

This recent fast food chinese visit was low quality from the attitude of the young lady behind the register. i noticed the cook in the back was also just sitting around while people were waiting for food and there were a few empty bowls. my plate was just orange chicken (which was underserved) with beef and broccoli as well. the management should take a step up and have more food be prepared instead of having people wait in the line and other food and orders start to get cold.

Worst ever brach. They are always under staffed and wait time is like 30 mins even for one order. If it is crowded, cook will help with serving and items will be out of stock. You have to wait for that too. Noting going there again.

The food is good but the portion is very poor. I dont think it is right how they are stilling the customers.

My order was 87 dollars thats fine. The service fee fine. 17.00 tip 13 .....then all of a sudden about 23 extra dollars popped on at my bank statement . Never again

I use to like this place a lot they are located in the Lowes parking lot and there customer service failed me right away we were waiting in line and the person helping just walked away and left us standing for over 5 minutes without even acknowledging that we were there and when they did get around to us in a lagging fashion none of the food was ready fresh or hot we had to wait another 15 minutes for that and the lady who was working named Daisy was very rude and had an attitude towards me and several other customers not sure if them being closed 30 minute after had any thing to do with lack of food but as a business you should be prepared when I got home and opened up the plate of food it was horrible small portions that were thrown all in together this place use to be good years ago but now it was just a waste of money I dont wish this type of service on any paying Customer and will till all my Friends and family about my experience I had here !!!

Good food, nice staff. But they should know when foods sit there for too long. They just put fresh veggies out but put the old dried up bits on top instead of throwing them away the guy put it in my plate. Sadly it was my lunch time and Im pregnant so I ate around it.

No sauce, No utenseil, No fortune cookies, wrong egg rolls, raw vegetables, long lines, rushed me during my order. Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas. 👍
