Took the 7 people behind the counter almost 5 mins to even acknowledge me standing there. Then when my food was made the portion was tiny! My prepped food then sat there for like 3 mins with two other customers waiting to pay in front of me. I wanted to walk out so bad, but I was on my lunch and they had already waisted enough of my time. Never going to this location again. My rating truly is no stars.

Went here for lunch on a Friday and everything was super fresh and piping hot. The young guy helping me was friendly and the food was exactly like every Panda experience: delicious. I got the plate and it was packed full.

Placed an order online with Postmates. I called to have hot sauce added. The first phone call the person ignored me and started talking to a customer, I waited just to get hanged up on. The second phone call rang for about a minute, the same girl answered and said “yes”. I asked to have hot sauce added to my order placed on Postmates, to which she stated, “when you get here to pick it up you can ask to add hot sauce”. I said someone is picking it up for me through Postmates, she states “well they can ask” … terrible and rude customer service

I ask for two hot sauces and instead got two soy sauces. Plus the chicken was burnt. Not the first time I got subpar service but it’ll be the last time. I rather go farther in order to get better service.

Its a really nice experience that I want to mention. Staff was nice and very helpful. They answered all our questions. I got my dish on time. When I arrived there was a long line. But the lady that was talking orders was really fast. I only want to say that rice should be cooked more and have a better taste. When I visited this place was really busy and people was taking orders to go.

I was in and out of this location in what seemed like just a minute or two. there was only one person in line but they were being charged when i walked in. i already knew what i was ordering and told the guy behind the counter. he served me up and filled up the box nicely. he also charged me very quickly and i walked out the other side of the building. there is also plenty of parking available here.

We eat there at least once a week. Always Clean, friendly, and best of all good, freshly made food. I love the honey nut shrimp. Tried it today with teriyaki chicken.....so good. My husband had the spicy steak dish and broccoli beef. We were satisfied and content. Only $20 and change..... cant beat it anywhere..

Nice place with good service. Restrooms were clean. Most of the tables are higher than normal. The drink fountain is where you can just walk up to it. I didnt talk to the staff much. Overall this was a nice place to eat and right by the movie theater. I will go there again.

This panda serves the food warm and really fast. I like that the workers are really friendly and that the waiting time is not that bad even when theres a lot of customers. I really dont like that most of the time when its full, the tables are dirty and you have to wait for someone to come clean them. On a personal notice Ive really noticed that the customer comes first here and they let you know that by their actions.

Very poor service from the manager Abby. I was there waiting for about15 minutes for one single order. I asked the cashier 2 times and no one approached me to give me an explanation. The cashier went to speak to the manager Abby and she was whispering to the cashier and another employee.

Horrible service! They have no clue how to work it. They think having several different employees helping one person is going to make service faster....wrong! Simply have ONE employee help one customer! Its ridiculous that one serves the rice/chow mein, then passes it to another person and so on. At the most Ive seen two employees help one customer but FOUR different employees!!!! Also...the employees are STUPID. When they were making my plate I was told to wait while they make more broccoli and beef. No problem! I went to grab a seat and when they called me to pick up my order, my plate only had rice!!!!! And I even asked the guy and he said yeah, its in there. Something just didnt feel right so I checked it and whatta know...just rice!!!! Idiots!!!!

Welcomed when we walked in, not busy at first but sitting here now the line is half way thru the restaurant. The employees are friendly and I enjoy great customer service I am not a fan of Panda but now I am the food is fresh and served hot I had the teriyaki chicken with mushroom chicken, the only negative thing was they were out of an item but if I wanted it I would have to wait 5 minutes which is expected I guess but other than that over all good experience

This was my first time here and the manager and employee was rude I will not be referring anyone to this location! They had me wait 10 mins for rice and wen I finally got it my rice was burnt idk if it was cause they were closing but they were all rushed to get us out!! I didn’t like the service I have my receipt aswell I will be contacting corporate .the manager didn’t bother to ask wat was wrong she knew I was upset and didn’t want to hear anything bout it her name was KARINA AND THE OTHER GIRL LAUGHING THINKING I IT WAS FUNNY WAS NADINE !!
