This place has gone downhill. I got green bean chicken and had only like two pieces of very thin chicken, it was almost all chowmein. Since they moved to the smaller bowls you are getting very little food for your money. My bowl was half filled. The heat of the orange chicken always varies, sometimes it is super hot, yuck! The new apple pie rolls are TINY. The only good thing I can say is the employees are always nice but I’m not going back to any Panda Express, I’m done

What can I say about my favorite restaurant! Today my mom treated me to lunch, and she knew without asking exactly where I wanted to go! Panda!I had my favs: Honey Walnut Shrimp, Honey Sesame Chicken, Orange Chicken, and my mom and I split an order of egg rolls.I realize that Panda is considered fast food, but I don’t consider it with the typical negative connotation that people think of fast food.I usually limit myself to having Panda no more than once a week otherwise I would be eating Panda all the time! Hahaha

If they ever tell you to wait in the parking spot, expect them to forget your order. I walked in 20 minutes later, after closing, and saw that they had not even worked on it. At least the food was decent, but the service makes it impossible to return to this place.

I used to dine at panda weekly. Then it became once a month. Now its once in a while because. They ask me if I want to Donate, I say no, then they asked me if I would donate the rest of my change. I have to say no once again. Which makes me feel Im taking something away from somebody, but in reality. Times are hard, especially with gas being so high. Dont get me wrong I dont mind dominating but It almost makes me feel obligated I rather not go there anymore, The representative when I asked her for some extra sway sauce she made a face, I got home to find out she had not put any in my back to begin with.. Sorry, panda, youre losing a customer.. Im sure Im one of millions but Im sure somebody else feels the same as I do.

Food is way too overly priced for what they give. Noodles tasted like I was eating a maruchan noodle & the meats had way too much sweetness of a flavor to it . The only good thing was the soda & the fortune 🥠. Of course, everyone has their own taste buds but not willing to go back.

Watchout Red lobster,Panda has resh and delicious food served right off Main & the 15 fwy in the Hesperia Walmart shopping center. Very clean establishment. This location offers dine in, drive-thru and partners with the popular delivery apps which keeps fresh food orders cooking all the time.Note to Customers: this fresh food is reasonably priced, so please check your available balance on cards or budget accordingly before you dine-out so you wont wreck the flow.Some people have the nerve to put up a fuss if their card gets declined. Its not the restaurants responsibility to make sure you have enough $$ to pay for your order. Thank you.

I had an ‘okay’ experience here. I went to the drive thro and ordered only a panda bowl. When deciding what I wanted as a side I was torn between chow mein and fried rice. When ordering I told the lady working the drive through I wanted chow mein then I switched to fried rice (within seconds). She became annoyed and said she already made it and couldn’t switch it.I ended up just getting fried rice on the side. She was unfriendly when it was time to pay.When I arrived home I ate my panda bowl. Food quality was as expected. I received complimentary: one hot sauce packet, one soy sauce packet & one fortune cookie.All in all- service was fast, there was no line in the drive thro and the food was okay 👍🏻

Rude staff. Would not accept 2 orders via the drive thru because it can only be done in the dining room and I said your dining room is closed and she said yup. Whatever so we order anyway and we are told to wait up front for fresh rice. We wait. Get our food and go home. We get home and we are missing our shrimp but got extra Teriyaki. They didnt include sauce or fortune cookies. Our other plate had half a order of rice and the chow main did not fill the plate. It had double kung pao and no mushroom chicken. The rice was not fresh. It was very dry.

Panda Express is the go to place when youre craving chinese food. Their food never changes. It is always fresh and delicious. One thing I did notice is that their serving portions vary depending on the employee. I feel that all their employees should serve the same amount. Besides the quality of their food, their generous portions is what always brings me back.

I went today simply because I was being lazy and didn’t want to cook. I ordered the cheese rangoons, broccoli beef and pepper chicken lg Pepsi. Let me start by saying that I don’t usually go here because the food always seems gross but I figured i’d give them a chance. This restaurant looks nice from the outside so I figured the food would be decent. Maybe I’m expecting too much for 12.56. The rangoons were burnt, the chow mein tasted like it had been sitting for some time. The Pepsi was good lol. They also ran out of hot sauce which I found surprising. Needless to say I will definitely skip out on this place and go to Thai Dawn Bistro.

I like the cleanliness of the place and the tasty options to choose from. I hope they get more tea flavors in the future. :}A complaint would be the wacky drive through only situation. I’m not sure what that was about and I don’t really know if they are going to do that again. I also feel a bit rushed by the employees while ordering sometimes. Other than that I have been satisfied with my experience here.

0 stars — I went through the drive-thru and I ordered 2 plates with two shrimp entrees and rice and chowmein… the girl says that she only has enough of both shrimp entrees for 1 plate and I tell her to just give me one plate then… and when I get my plate it’s literally empty… they didn’t even compensate for the fact that they gave me just the left overs on the shrimp… I paid over $12 for this plate because It was shrimp on both entrees… I did call the manager and her attitude was positive but unfortunately it’s not just up to her to actually change the service in this place… I won’t be driving to this location anymore…. It’s not the first time I’ve had a problem at this location…. Most of the time the girls have an attitude while taking the order and don’t allow you to change your order either they tell you, they already served it… it’s ridiculous…

Idk what it is but Panda in general really fell off within the last couple years. They dont taste good anymore. Their Beijing Beef was my go to but now its gross. Orange chicken is okay but you can tell they are cheaping-out on the cuts. Kung Pao chicken had much more chicken back then but now its mostly veggies. Fried rice is dry. Chow mein is the only thing keeping panda in business.

Where has customer service gone? Fast food is a customer service industry. Ordered 5 items, first item ordered wasnt in the bag, REALLY on the first item the order was already wrong. Thats failure. Called and they said they would give me that item free. Wow! Who cares, this after they tried to blame it on the delivery service and I said NO the delivery person was my daughter. A free item that missing doesnt compensate. I drove ALL the way back to the store and gave the order back for a refund thats what I wanted and thats what should have been done in the first place. Would have given no stars if possible. By the way they had an hour and a half to get my order processed and WRONG!

Horrible Experience at this location 2 times! I have a big family and spend 70$ everytime we order and we order several times a month. They shorted us a walnut shrimp bowl so I called and they told me they would write my name down for a free shrimp bowl meal next time I come in...two weeks later I go in to make my big family order and tell them I should have my name down for a free bowl..she comes back and tells me they dont have my name and cant give me a free bowl (with attitude) like I was lying...the 2nd Experience was them telling me they gave me teriyaki sauce with my big family oder and they didnt so I go back in and they give me 3 packets..I asked for more they said they couldnt give me more. Ordered food online at 7:40 to be picked up at 8:30. When we arrived we were asked to wait. Didn’t receive our food till 8:50. When asked why we had to wait so long, the person who brought our food out rudely asked us what time we came through the drive through as if it justified why food ordered an hour ahead wasn’t ready to be picked up. Her excuse was that they only had one cook which doesn’t explain their lack of preparation. I can see them inside standing around talking.

She got my order wrong so I corrected her & she got frustrated, so someone else finished taking my order. This place has the worst customer service. I went in last week with my son, wasn’t acknowledged at all. We were standing in line waiting for 10 minutes, workers wouldn’t even look at us. Not even to politely say we’ll help you in a minute or anything. I know we’re not the only people there, but please be courteous. Finally someone from behind the counter peeks out, so I thought she’s going to help us, no nothing she just came out to stare a bit. 4 people working behind the counter and not one could take our order. One of them even went ro check the trash cans, it was as if customers were invisible to them. As we were about to leave two more people walked in. So finally they decided to take our order. Without an apology for having us stand there forever without even acknowledging us. I always say if you’re not happy where you work, then don’t work there. Lost my business that’s for sure.

Update:Panda contacted me to make things right and even sent me a letter apologizing for our experience. The customer service of Panda in terms of the company greatly exceeded my expectations and for that I wanted to update my review and add another star. I really appreciate how they made me feel like a valued customer.The only reason that this is only a one star upgrade from 2 to 3 stars however is because of the location itself. As I said previously this was my favorite location of any Ive been to, the food is usually amazing, like impressive for being fast food. Weve gone back two more times since the last experience but the food just isnt the same, did they change management or staff or was I just getting lucky? The items are either mostly veggie or all meat, the rice is super dried out, and even the meat itself is rubbery and overcooked. Twice in a row now weve had food like this and I cant get my head around it. We were coming here consistently since September without any complaint against the food. I called in to see what our options are.. since we didnt receive the items I assumed theyd either offer to have us go back and pick them up or a refund equal to the cost of the missing items.My assumption was wrong.. we needed the receipt for any option apparently. The woman I spoke with offered to pull the camera footage to ensure that we received the receipt but she couldnt offer us anything without the physical receipt? After some back and forth she said if we came back in that exact moment shed give us our items. By this point our food was already cold and neither my husband nor I wanted to go out again. I asked if they could just refund the card we used.. yeah.. if we come in... with the receipt. What a joke. You saw us.. you have the camera.. I can tell you what our exact order was and the time that we came through but you wont give us the money we paid for the items we never received? When asking if the woman was a manager she said no but that there wasnt one present? Ive never heard of this for a fast food restaurant especially when its close to closing time. Looks like well have to go back another day just to speak to a manager. We found the receipt before the end of the phone call but it didnt change anything for us.

Love the food at Panda. This last visit was dissapointing. They were very skimpy on the portions especially when you order a double of the same item. Today, 1/10/20, I went to the Main Street Panda Express, I ordered two chicken egg rolls. At the window I asked the associated if I could have a bowl 1/2 and 1/2 and let my egg rolls be my sides. The bill came to 12+ dollars and I wonder why was I so much. Because I was on my lunch break, I just went back to the office. When I checked my order, the Associate gave me to two eggs that look like they had been sitting out for hours, hard, crusty and burnt on each end. The bowl consisted of 1/2 and 1/2 but they had put walnut shrimp on top. Why. I am allergic to nuts, especially walnut. I called the Hesperia located and spoke with Aubrey who looked up my order, she proceeded to tell me that the associate told her I order the walnut shrimp, I said why when I am allergic. Then I explained to her, as a consumer, these egg rolls should have never been sold. Aubry told me my option was to bring the receipt and food back and they would give me fresh food. I told her I would but I did not wan anymore of this locations food, but that was not an option. I will not be going back to this establishment and will let all my fellow employees the service I receive and I work for a large county company.

I am not a fan of the fake hello when you walk in the door. It always seems like they’re more concerned with the drive-through than people who walk in the door. At least their food is consistent here. And I love their ice tea. Next time you go here look at the community board near the restrooms. Read the fine print. It sounds more like a communist board. 🇻🇳

Its just like all the other Panda Express restaurants Ive been to. So because Im vegan I always have to make sure theres a Panda Express wherever I travel. I usually order white rice and a side of their super vegetables which usually has broccoli, cabbage, and kale. And then I usually bring coconut oil with me so that everything tastes good and since soy is terrible for you I bring my own sea salt as garnish! Yay! Keep in mind, dine in is not a thing.

It is a nice restaurant, located on Main Street in Hesperia. The meals, just like at any Panda Express, were delicious. The price are the same, just as with any Panda Express restaurant. While the place itself was clean, and there was ample of space to sit down and enjoy the meal. Of course, I have been here two years ago, so things might have changed since then.

I like the food a lot. The firecracker shrimp is superb, especially if you mix the sauce with white rice. My only complaint is that it feels like they kinda push you into donating to the childrens hospital with a slight guilt trip, even if you already donate like I do. Hence why I dont go as often.

Food here has been getting progressively worse. Yesterday ordered at drive thru, at the window I realized one of my 3 orders needed to be all veggies and not half veggies, half rice. I apologized and informed them of my error. I received the most disrespectful look and after a pause she said ok. When I got home, that order still had quite a bit of rice in the bottom of the container. My order of half green bean chicken/half mushroom chicken was terrible!! So sad to see the lack of customer service in the food industry... I drive a big truck and trailer. I Googled the hours, it states they are open until 10pm. I go to the dining room at 9.30 pm. The doors were locked and the sign said the dining room was open until 9pm. I went to the drive thru window and tried to ask to order, they treated me like garbage. I travel all over the country and this is one of the best panda express in the states. Its by a Walmart, and not too far from a target and others so this place makes it the perfect spot. When you walk back to your car you get a great view of the nearby mountain too.The people are nice and this place is always clean.

It was way too expensive for the amount of food you get. I could go to Golden Chopstix in Apple valley and get 4x the amount of food for the same price. The Orange chicken is probably the best menu item. The chow mein is decent too. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice. Overall, Id rate higher if the portions were bigger.

Everytime we go here the staff is rude. Its like a bunch of teens working there and the drive thru is the worst. They take your order then you drive up to the window and sit there forever and no one comes out. Then they finally take your money and throw your food at you and close the window.
