I liked this location because there were less people there. I had to wait about 10 minutes for more orange chicken though. Made a good next-day leftover meal. Yummy!

I actually feel like a requirement to work here is to be unhelpful and rude (especially manager).I ordered food got to the register and the worker charged the food wrong and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and give us our food she invalidated how we felt and called her manager which was even worse she was bitter and loud while addressing the situation and super unhelpful. Bonus points of how trashy this place is the seats were super sticky.

Zero stars!!! I ordered online, and when I was about to eat my food, I found mold on the orange chicken. I couldn’t drive back to the restaurant so I called, but no one answered. Just wanted them to stop selling the orange chicken to anyone else. So disgusting!! Health dept definitely needs to give them a visit. I read a previous comment that a whole family got food poising from eating here. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. Go elsewhere.

I come here all the time, because its right across the street from where i live and i have come during non-busy days and the food taste much better and its fully cooked, however weekends and Fridays the food taste horrible its not fully cooked the noodles are pale yellow dry discolored and flavorless I dont recommend this place when there its busy its mostly about quanity not quality of the food. Placed an online ordered a large Chicken string bean for my kids. When I arrived home most of my large container was full of green beans but very little chicken. Needless to say that my kids being small they mostly eat the chicken. When I called to speak to someone about the situation, they asked go back (30 min drive) and they would give me a medium size instead of the large i originally ordered. When requesting refund I was told they were unable to give me refund. This isnt the first time this happens and is frustrating for a working mom on a stressful day. Now to figure out something quick for my kids.

This atmosphere and customer service was terrible.I tried to pay $20 on apple pay $7 on cash,not that difficult you’d think but the employer charged opposite of what we had said and instead of listening to the inconvenience and what we had to say she called her manager and her manager was even worse did not give us what we wanted even though we were not at fault.

They rip you off on online orders. I ordered and paid for two larger meals that were supposed to include a side and drink. Neither came with it. I asked the driver and he basically said if it wasnt in the bag its not his responsibility. (I dont see how drinks could fit properly in a plastic bag) he said to contact the store but when calling it rings once and goes straight to a message that they cant take the call. I ordered a kids meal and paid extra for an upgraded drink which was also not included. Ive tried to call corporate office about the matter but havent heard back yet. Maybe it was after hours so hoping to hear back soon. Very disappointed that they would rip people off by not paying attention to orders or deliberately ignore them.

Daily there is a steady flow of customers. There are small Windows of time that is not crowded. Short and expedient line during the mornings. No breakfast this served.The various times I attended this location they had a continuous shortage of chow mein or fried rice. It is understandable since it is a very popular dish. The staffs pressure is understandable as it is a food service industry job. You may find the times the employees rushing or noticeably agitated.Photos this reasons and others you might find that the best way of acquiring your food with a considerable temperature you might want to consider ordering online skip the line and pick up your order. I believe that in order for a line to flow well please have your order already in mind before you get to the counter. When ordering make sure you take your time do not feel rushed take command and control of your order you are spending your well earned dollars.Is a staff accommodates me with just a simple smile and politeness I am more likely to leave them a tip since its getting difficult to get efficient service.The food is cooked with the all around standard good quality taste that all the restaurants from the all across the restaurants from the franchise. The orange chicken could use a bit less sauce overwhelming and quite thick at times nevertheless the meat is cooked through the middle and through. One of my favorites from this location is the walnut shrimp. ( Could also use less caramelized sauce) . I need you to help me find honey I wont tell me about yourself always consistent with a white and fried rice. Chow mein is one of the childrens favorite.Plenty of parking always felt safe well late during the night. One of my go-to Panda Express in our local area.

I have enjoyed Panda Express numerous times, at multiple locations in my city. I have always been left satisfied, too. Today, unfortunately, I was none to happy with the to-go order I received. The order was correct; however, the portions were too small. I ordered chow Marin with a side of orange chicken and broccoli beef. I only counted four pieces of orange chicken and the chow mein was lacking as well. Panda Express has always been very liberal with their portions and I was very disappointed with the order I received. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic and it’s quite possible that the staff was rationing the food. All that I am requesting is a reasonable amount of food that I am paying for! Surely that is not an unreasonable or difficult request. I do hope all of the employees stay safe during this time and I wish everyone well.

One of the slowest panda Express that I have ever been to. I do an online order get there when Im supposed to and had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for teriyaki chicken. They should have been aware that it was needed when I ordered it online 10 minutes prior to getting there. They appear to be very shorthanded at that location. I only saw three employees working :-(.

Not the best Panda Express Ive ever been to, but the staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. I do really really like that its close by so that if I feel like going for a walk to get some lunch Im able to. Seems to have odd rush times. Most of the time its pretty quick to get your food, but that time seems to expontially drip with each person being added to the line. Nothing that will stop me from eating at this location again though.

Ok, I have had my share of complaints about this location as well. However today was totally different I usually Uber eats my panda express when Im tired and hungry. Unfortunately everytime I order from this location theres something always wrong with are order and my husband complains. Today we ordered some food and called the store to double check that are order was correct. We got are deliver from Uber eats as usual and it was wrong. However, what made it different this time is that the manager on duty literally came to are house in HER car to deliver the mistake. LIKE 😍 OMG 😱 PANDA!!! Yall better comp her that gas because omg we felt special. THANK YOU SO MUCH SHIELA!!!!! For bring us the correct order and the extra egg rolls my kids were so happy 😊.

So normally I love panda Express. Last night was by far the worst experience Ive had going to any food place. Last night i went to the panda Express in salinas on constitution. I am currently vomiting everything from last night. I ordered fried rice witch was extremely clumpy, the potstickers were made right in front of me and they were still cold. I also ordered Beijing beef, it was the last in their little pot thing and that was cold to. The beef and broccoli was the only hot part of my meal. This is not the first time. This is like the fourth time. I seem to never learn my lesson as my lady works at the Safeway right there. The first few times I thought it was just my bad luck but no this is consistent for this panda. Again Ive called out of work due to vomiting all night and all morning.

Ordered to family meals. Wasnt satisfied my teriyaki chicken wasnt full because they ran out and made other orders after me. I would have to wait another 20 min. I didnt get my moneys worth. When there packed its bad service. Staff always friendly the demand on food is high they need more room to work to be more efficient. If u have a small order its fast and great. We are regular customers. I usually order all chow mein no rice and depending on the server, they do not fill up the container. It seems like they don’t give you full servings anymore. My chow mein had all cabbage in it too not enough noodles. Very disappointing even when prices have gone up.

At 5pm today I went to pick up my order (ordered online), I was standing in the line and was not helped. I let the girl bringing the orders know that I was next and I was in line and totally ignored me and instead helped those standing on the side. We arrived at Panda before 9pm, I believe theye were getting ready to close. Jade the girl that helped us was super rushing us and I had to tell her to give me a few seconds cuz she was rushing us, she rolled her eyes And gave me a nasty attitude. I felt like my business wasnt appreciated or valued. If she doesnt like her job she cant get a different one where she doesnt have to deal with customers... I would never go back to that location.

They prefer speed rather than precision, they make people advance to pay to continue serving more customers and they leave the plates piled up waiting for rice or something to complete them and instead of finishing those orders that are already getting cold, they serve the ones that were just ordered.
