Drive thru. Order a plate meal only got chow main and and rice. With very little 2 main dishes. Somebody forgot to give the main dishes. Been going here for over a year. I will start looking now at my food before driving away. And causing back ups.

This place is the worst their customer service sucks! We arrive here 10 mins before closing and they refuse to serve us. Don’t put your closing time up if you aren’t going to honor it. The over weight lady told us no weee not serving anymore we asked why and she said “because we are closed!” There was 10 mins left!!! How about closing when you say you are closing and clean up after your hours of operation are done. Worst experience ever!! Management needs to focus on better training because this is completely unacceptable! Learn how to treat your customers!!!

Yesterday I went to Panda Express on stony point road I ask for 2 item honey seasoning and chicken breast and Instead of I got beef I don’t eat beef the employee instead of listening to my order she was talking to other employee . I have been to this place so many times it’s always the same thing, the employees instead of listening to the customers orders they’re always talking between them

If I could give a 0 I would this employee was so rude when ordering my food thru the dive thru . If you don’t want to work go home find another job . When paying she had an attitude and when I asked for chili sauce she literally threw it at me . Her customer service was horrible. No need to be rude . A fast food job is definitely not for her.

Food is never fresh. There wasn’t any taste in any of them. We ordered four different varieties but none of them were taste good even chowmain. It happened to me multiple times. Since it’s close to my house I go there but always regretted. One from Mendocino Ave is so much better than this one. Is it your cook or don’t get fresh food items? NEVER going back to Stony Point location again.

The employees here are fantastic. They do a great job. 5 stars to the employees.Im not that big a fan of the brand though. Overall their recipes arent nearly as good as the food from say Lili Kai in Petaluma. Lili Kai is a 5+ star restaurant. Panda Express is a solid 4.

This location is usually busy and bad coordinated. Apparently, the priority is the car window. The girls taking the orders were constantly bumping in to each other instead of forming a chain-like system.This latest visit, it took me almost 30 minutes to complete my 2 plate order.Aside from the unusual long wait, the food was good.

Ignore this spot especially if you are a GrubHub driver. You waste so much time just trying to get an employee to acknowledge you are even there. 8 workers and only 1 customer inside and I swear there were all freaking out like they couldn’t even handle 1 person so after 6 mins of all the workers trying to fulfill one customer order cause it’s rocket science. I had to cancel my order and went across the street and got some Mexican food even the manager was outside trying to find some random person to give food too. Rather then trying to solve all the issues inside. Everyone needs to be fired or Be actually trained. Also I would recommend all of them getting their eyes checked out. Since they love to ignore waiting customers. Never doing a pick up at this location

This location is really bad!CROSS CONTAMINATION WARNING!!!Digestive havoc everytime I have ate food from this location. Long waits, cold food. Mostly kids running the kitchen, too busy socializing with each other to provide sufficient acceptable service.There is a problem with broccoli beef, customers often receiving mostly broccoli with nearly no beef. Is there an employee eating all the beef, leaving only broccoli for the customers??!! I thought it was just me, but apparently its a bigger problem because theres several complaints about this entree at this location. I have received entire cartons of straight broccoli; wheres thr beef??????!!!!!!!It took months and multiple attempts to get a response to my complaints. It then took multiple inquiries about the giftcards they were supposed to send, when I finally got them it was only $20 vs the $50 I was told I would receive; inadequate compensation for their mistake. Panda Express as a corporate franchise is very inconsistent and evasive. They are not maintaining a certain level of quality in their services across their locations. They avoid customer complaints like a plague. Maybe they dont realize that complaints/failures are great opportunities for improvement. It would appear that Panda Express doesnt care much about customer satisfaction or continuous improvement.My previous review was removed!!!

We waited in line for 10+ minutes, none of the employees asked if we needed help, and the food didnt look fresh.We felt ignored by the 6 or 8 workers there. Really bad experience. Also last time (about a week ago) my wife asked for broccoli and beef as part of her food, but when we arrived home and checked hers had only broccoli, not a single tiny piece of beef at all was included.I mean common, do you really care about customers and sales? I feel like Im done with panda express, from now on Ill only go out to my local Chinese restaurant. (China Garden near Olivers market)

Service is horrible. They have 3 employees running around getting orders for the drive through while one person does in house orders. This results in a very slow service. On my last visit a employee of theirs Kim threw a sauce pan after getting in an argument with another employee. I had to ask for their manager since I was so shocked by that behavior. The manager Dale did nothing during or after to calm the situation. I know we all love panda express, but please stay away from this one!!! Not worth it!!

Lunch time and my food tastes like yesterdays. Pot stickers were completely overcooked and this place only opened two hours ago and there is NO ONE in the dining room. No efficiency. Portions were semi decent. But most was overcooked, and way overpriced. Wont be back. Not a satisfactory experience.

My kid loves the Teriyaki Chicken here. They are consistent and quick. Its not real Chinese food like youd get at a sit down traditional Chinese place. But for fast food they are good. Love the drive thru. Makes it so easy to pick something for the kid on the way home.

30 min no food. I went to the drive thru and had to wait 5 min before being ask what I wanted. Then I was told to wait 6 min for rice. They asked me to park so i did, 14 min later someone comes out to ask me what else do i want because no beef, like really?! I have been to this location multiple times and each time my food was given to me packed improperly; it always leaks all over either me or my car and by the time I’m hone I’m doing more cleaning then eating. I’ve asked the staff multiple times to put the food in correct containers and put sauces in bags to avoid spilling all over the place and causing a mess. This is a big concern and has been extremely annoying repeating myself multiple times to the same staff to fix this problem and they have almost gone out of there way to make sure I’m lugging home a bag of liquid sauce each time. If it weren’t for the Rangoons I’d never go back!

Literally the absolute worst Panda Express I have ever been to. The drive through wait time is around 45min to eternity no matter what time of day you go and as far as the so called customer service well its pretty much non existing. Most of their employees prefer to either scroll on Facebook or gossip in spanish amongst themselves rather than try and help customers. To make matters worse, you have roughly a 92% chance of going home and finding out that they mixed up your order seeing as the employees are so incredibly idiotic and useless. If you can avoid coming here than please save yourself the headache and do so.

Ordered with the app @ 8:42. Printed receipt said 8:45. Pick up time 8:55. Arrived @ 9:00. Asked if I minded waiting 5 minutes for chicken to cook. (No...its what we ordered). Sat at table to wait...and wait...and wait while the people that were there got their food and left...and others came in, got theirs and left. Still waiting. Was finally asked if they gave me my online order. (Would I still be sitting there if they had?) I said no and they went to see where it was. Im thinking it was given to someone else...after the chicken was done, by mistake. They finally got it together and I got our order! Most of it anyway...was just missing a couple sauces, oh well. It only took them 45 minutes! No sorry. No offer of a small drink or something while I wait forever. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Another time this happened wasnt even as bad, and the girl at the register apologized and threw in a couple spring rolls for the inconvenience. Where was she tonight? The employees were nice, but I think a little embarrassed at the mishap. Maybe a manager or supervisor should keep a closer eye on how things are going so things like this dont happen in the future. I wont be returning to this location. Maybe the company should do away with the app. Its faster to just walk in and order on the spot.

I love Panda Express. The Orange Chicken is delicious. They are always very friendly. A bit confusing to order and ofton a bit of a wait due to lots of people eating there. Almoat always worth the wait though. Tasty. Healthy. Adequate portions. Affordable. Decent friendly service. Clean restrooms. And more than one around and easy to find if you get the craving for thier menu.Check em out.

They forgot my husbands meal, were out of teriyaki sauce and chicken!!! When I called to see if I could come back for my missing order and refund as I would have to drive 15 minutes I figured thats appropriate, a rude staff member male alexis said he couldnt help me I could either come get my food or do a refund not both, very rude poor service and hair in my food. I have not visited this location in a long time, due to bad service, order mistakes. So with that being said I only went here because it wasnt my idea lol. Well I was very pleased. The service was good. The food was on point. The only thing I will say is it looks like they changed their mixed vegetables (not sure is seasonal or permanent) so i was bummed about that. So I ordered 1/2 chow mein 1/2 fried rice, kung pao chicken, and a now new favorite bejing beef. As soon as the lady greeted us she offered a sample of a new dish they have cant remember wat it was tho. She then asked if we would like to try anything else and suggested the bejing beef. I will now be returning to this location in the future.

This Panda Express located at Stony Point Road is not good (not fresh) as other Pandas located at Santa Rosa Ave. and Expressway in Rohnert Park maybe due to fewer customers here so that food just sets in display for while. Stingy in amount of food (less servings) compare to other Pandas.Matter of fact, most of eateries and shops in this neighborhood are dark atmosphere maybe due to type and class of people gether in this area.Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, when there are Latinos serving, they are very despotic, the women who are there are very despotic and they put a lot of pressure on you, the portions are not bad but they just spend the time in the back talking and with dirty dishes the place looks disgusting.Only in the mornings it is worth going but in the afternoons it is traumatic I do not recommend going to this place in the afternoons
