Absolutely disappointed in my latest order from here.I ordered a 3 entree and they only gave me 2. One part of the container was completely empty missing my orange chicken.I also ordered honey walnut shrimp and it was soggy which is a sign that it is old and has been sitting out.Fried rice and chow mein were stale as well. 🤮I cant believe management is okay with serving food like this.

Ive been there a few times it was always good. Today I found mold on my wontons. We took them in and they said it was green onion. It obviously wasnt. They were rude to us especially Jazmin. It took them forever to get us a refund. They just didnt care. Neither did their corporate.

I really love this place, my daughter usually gets Chow Mein, and Orange Chicken, And I do love the egg rolls.The service is also wonderful, the employees are so nice, even if their busy, just like today, when there was around 30 people.

Clean and Great customer service!! A little boy was running around the place and not letting the mom order or pay so the attendants helped her out and was able to complete her order and get her drink.

Panda is always good if you choose the right things. I did ask them to make new beef and broccoli because what they had was not that appealing. They had no problem making a fresh batch which I appreciated. Yes, I had wait a little bit but I didnt mind.

On 214, I went to Panda Express, I was wanting some Chinese food. I had a rrough day and the young lady at the register gave me my total and I had the wrong form of payment. The kind ness she showed by paying for my meal made my day so much better. I appreciate what she did and am thankful for her generosity.

I was extremely impressed by the management at this establishment. We actually started with a bad experience where we had a large party and the staff kept serving only one of our party at a time and sending other customers ahead of us. After three smaller parties had already been sent ahead of us we decided to speak up and got some pushback from the staff. The management came out and apologized profusely. They gifted us complementary food and gave us free coupons for future visits as well. The manager made a point to come out several times while we were eating and apologize to us again and make sure that we were comfortable and felt well taken care of. Even though the experience started bumpy, I think the management did a great job and showed incredible service. I am very much looking forward to my future visits. Also of course it goes without saying that the food was awesome

I really hate to complain but I guess when it happens you have to say exactly what happens I went in good intentions to have a nice hot meal so I decided to try something new that they have its made of plant-based chicken and of course they will not allow you to try a taste of it you have to purchase it thats what the guy said anyway so I decided to go ahead and buy it and along with that I decided to have a second topping of Beijing beef and half and half of refried rice also chow mein then I sat down to eat it that chow mein was barely warm the rice was cold the Beijing beef was cold and very tough many hard pieces in it and lastly then you plant-based orange chicken was barely warm and most of the employees for some reason they just dont even look at you in the eye as if youre a machine talking to a robot I dont get it maybe that serves the owner theyre happier that way they take your money and they think youll come back no absolutely not most smart people would not come back most desperate people will come back so needless to say would that treatment I dont think I would be back now I dont have time to complain so I figured Ill just give my opinion and leave it at that and dont bother complaining because no one cares about your complaint and definitely dont expect to get your money back so moving on forward Panda Express is a flop for me enjoy for those that want to try it

Best food and great staff! Used to come here every day when I lived in the city, and its still one of my favorite sites for getting some orange chicken and working on my laptop in the corner. Very clean, the food is always fresh and stocked, and the lemonade is extra strong

Good service, havent experienced issues here. They sometimes will ask if you might want to wait for a fresher batch of something you want (chow mein, fried rice, orange chicken, etc.)Additionally, their clean, maintained restrooms are always a plus! This location is also located in a shopping center with lots of commodities – gas station, grocery store, bank, etc. Good spot to check out if you know what you want.

My friend and I went to this Panda Express location for a late night meal. The store was supposed to close at 9:30 but we arrived at 9, so there was still plenty of time. Once we arrived, we immediately noticed they were taking back everything already and the rest of the cooks were relaxing, either waiting to close for good or for something to come up. My friend goes to order his plate and he asks for an entree that isn’t available, so the woman in front tries to convince my friend to get something that’s already out to order. When he declines her offer and asks for what he wants, immediately one of the cooks gives us a disgusting look, like he was angry. They proceed to make my friends food and a couple more customers come in. Again, the woman up at front wasn’t disrespectful, but the cooks were getting irritated and started giving attitude. It was a terrible experience. On top of that, the food was hot but clearly was rushed. My friends freshly made Kung pao chicken, tasted different and it was more soggy regardless of the sauce. The fried rice was dry as well, the chow mein was okay I guess. This experience was incredibly worsened by all the cooks attitudes. My advice to your staff: DONT be expecting to close up half an hour ahead of schedule. I’ve worked in fast food before and you shouldn’t be attempting to fully close up that early to begin with, it’s extremely unprofessional! It’s not our faults as customers for why you want to leave your job so badly, so don’t give anyone attitude that easily. And second piece of advice: speaking in a foreign language isn’t being sneaky. My friend is Salvadorian and I’m Mexican, so attempting to talk smack in Spanish got y’all no where, it just shows your levels of professionalism. With that being said, will no longer be going to this location. Hope you all can fix yourselves, otherwise, be expecting to lose more customers.

I really enjoy ordering online. You walk in and the food and the drinks you ordered are ready waiting for you. It seems like panda is trying to promote this, so once you tell them you ordered online they are very receptive. And many panda expresses used to be cheap on the food but now give you good portions.

One of the ladies seemed upset when I asked for more soy sauce. She said I already put a lot. I would have bought more but she kinda got me by suprised so I said thank you and left. Also the teriyaki chicken was burned. Everything else was okay. I then reminded myself why I stopped buying from panda express. (Felicita location). The other cashier was extremely polite by the way.

Dining room was clean, towards the end of the night they didnt have enough variety of food because they were near to closing and Maria said it would take 10 min to make string beans chicken to cook, which is my favorite. I asked her for the string beans chicken and some grilled teriyaki chicken and Maria said that the grill was closed already and she whispered because you took your sweet time and we were waiting on you I felt like she wanted me out of there and not welcomed. Im never returning back again to that location because Marias attitude was very negative towards me.

I give up on Panda Express. Every Panda Express I’ve ever been to (which very seldom occurs because of these conditions) most especially this one, I am to be met by disgruntled, dismissive, and unnecessary abrasive groups of employees. I’d like to say the actual food had any redeemable qualities but it really doesn’t considering it is all just bland, small portioned crud that is vainly proposed to have any sort of taste that is masqueraded by an overt use of oil; I’m fairly certain most of the calories you’re consuming out of any given meal is to be from the unnecessary use of said oil.

Good food as always. I order using Uber Eats. They NEVER read the extra requests. I asked for hot mustard and chopsticks, did not get it. Delivery driver was NOT given the sodas that I ordered and paid for. Often when we go into the store, the employees are very rude. Good food, crappy customer service. Will not be going back.

Fast friendly service. The dining area was clean and the kitchen looked orderly. I got the vegetarian bowl: fried tofu with sautéed eggplant, mixed vegetables and rice; everything was delicious. Ask for your order To-Go to avoid sales tax.

Currently eating panda from the felicita location in escondido and its the worst Ive ever had. Its under cooked and in way bigger chunks than usual. Went with my friend, he ordered 1 plate of half and half, teriyaki and orange chicken. I ordered rice and orange chicken. They charged me for both and only gave me one plate, the half and half, teriyaki and orange chicken. Our way home we noticed the lady only gave us 1 plate. We came back and they gave us the other plate, but she gave us another plate of half and half, teriyaki and orange chicken. And they charged me again. Unacceptable. Not coming back.

Panda has always been hit or miss in my experience. Their Kung Pao and orange chicken really hit the spot when its fresh and cooked right. Then there is the rest of the time, the majority, when its just overcooked or sitting too long, or too much sauce or whatever it is. Most recently it was super mushy and underportioned. Thats not a word I would have used for Panda before but they have really slipped up lately. Smaller bowls and not topping off isnt the panda I remember. Not likely Ill be visiting one again. California based Chinese American food thats none of those things in reality.

Always a solid experience. Fast and prompt service. Parking can be a bit of a hassle, but thats a problem in that shopping center. Beware of the entrance next to the gas station. Lines of cars are a guarantee.

Rose replace 1 plate out of 3 that had undercooked rice that was charred. All plates had double orange chicken and threw food away after finding a bone.She denied the wrong doing and was kinda rude about it as if she took it personally I wanted my meals replaced. Very good place, easy to find, large park, excellent food, only the service and attention of a person of Latin nationality, very rude and grumpy to attend to the clients, and the only things I heard is that she served very miserable, her description as a 37-year-old Latin brunette, although she spoke English as well eyes with eyebrows like tattoos and a very bad temper to attend to the people around meand my family treated us badly and even got upset because we asked for a dish of broccoli with meat and very upset because we asked for the dish only with pure broccoli
