My 10 year old autistic twin boys received a Certificate from school for free kids meal here.. They do not eat at many fast food locations because of their sensory issues and food allergies. I asked the server if one of my sons could try a piece of the teriyaki chicken and I was advised that they no longer can let you try the food because they do not have the items that they used to use to give you a piece and also because of COVID. Well times have changed and cold. It has decreased according to the news so I dont understand why they havent gotten with The Times and change things. Or at least could have been more accommodative. It was not the staffs fault. They were very nice and polite. They were just following procedures. The reason for my scoring was because of that reason and that reason.

Fast drive through. Good for Panda Express. Staff is friendly and quick. Out of the 15 or so times I’ve been here in the last year they have only gotten it wrong once where there was about a shot glass worth of cooking oil at the bottom of my to go box. Yuck. Other than that one time, they have been on point. Best time is between for fast service is actually around 7-8 pm

This was one of my first times trying panda express, I was very impressed with the food. It was very fresh and well seasoned. We had a double oder of orange chicken and noodles. Everything was cooked perfectly, the chicken was tender and delicious. I will definitely be a returning customer.

This particular Panda Express has some employees with major attitude problems. Also while the food is generally good, this Panda tends to use too much vinegar in their Orange Chicken IMO - it is much stronger than other pandas.

Is it only me? Every time I come to any panda location around this city the fried rice feels un cooked! It’s just bad! You feel the grains aren’t well cooked. People don’t mind it as I see some just eat it and the orange chicken some pieces look like they’ve been reused or re heated and glazed again. Everything else was perfect service cleanliness just the fried rice I threw the whole food away. I’m not gonna bother telling them as I have before and just seems management or cooks don’t care for this issue at all.

My rice was raw. I almost broke my tooth eating it. The customer service was nice but the place needs to be clean and the food taste and quality was not that good. We did not eat three of the items we bought it did not taste right. The whole feeling of the place seems off. Something is not right going on there.

The service is good and fast (drive thru)… unfortunately the last 3 visits have not been the best… a couple of items were bland… the noodles are flavor less the steam rice and fried rice are under cooked resulting in a hard rice … the portions also are smaller.. if using the drive thru… orange chicken is not bad

We had a wonderful visit at Panda today. Not too busy, food was hot and tasted great. The true winner of the night was T. F. Panda Express has generally been somewhat consistent with preparation of food. However, my order of fried rice was lacking. The rice was clumped & lacked consistency and taste. Cashier Ricardo who addressed me as yo bro did not provide condiments. I was charged $13.89 for plate & $2.00 for egg roll small size. Overall, plate was average.

Ordered the BIGGER PLATE which comes with 3 sides for 11.00$ when I got home I noticed they charged me a exta 1.25 for one of the sides so I called the store and told them what I ordered and they told me the pepper steak is a extra charge I told him they should tell the consumer that in the store . So if I just paid for my pepper steak as a side then where is my 3rd side that comes with the BIGGER PLATE . Cause other than that I just got a 2, 2 item plates.

Typically, I go out of my way to come to this one however, this evening, because the young lady taking the order in drive thru messed up and did not add one of our bowl orders, she refused to add it at the window when requested she clarify the order. She stated because they were busy, she couldnt fix it. How absurd... As if the distance between the intercom and the window was incredibly long. Family dinner delayed.

Arrived here with wanting that savory Orange Chicken. Left with a different variant that is not to the norm. This Orange Chicken was of a different version. Maybe they felt going a new direction. Taste was horrible. Perhaps a new chep but with zero training. Will go to another to get good quality.

2.9 because rude and unfriendly seems to be a common thread that runs through all of the Panda restaurants. The owners need to give their employees some customer service training. Most of them convey an attitude of welcome we will let you buy our food, but wait until I say the words may I help you. The food at Panda is Not that good. if that attitude continues they will not have any customers.

First and last time coming to this Panda Express. I ordered inside since there was a long line in the drive thru. We walk up to order our food theres no line perfect. Yet the tall gentleman standing right in front of me Im guessing was working on the orders from the drive thru. Which is fine but doesnt even bother to say one moment please someone will be right with you. My kids and I stood there for five minutes before the person at the register who was not charging anybody just standing there again the restaurant inside was empty finally decided to come and help us. I told him that was kind of rude customer service not being greeted or told that someone will be right with this or not even acknowledge us. All he said was Im sorry and look down. I really hope the food is better than their service. If I could I would give it no stars!!! Yes and the Oriental lady was there too and did not acknowledge us!!! Wish I would have read the reviews before!!

Very unprofessional first telling me that there is no steak available, then promise to cook some for me. Giving me the first option to wait on an order. Moving me out of line, waiting for 20 to 25 minutes, then when its ready the server give my order to the next person in line. I still havent receuved an apology. The customer service is great but theyre stingy with their portions and if you ask for added sauce or sauce on the side they dont give it to you. Not only that but everything,including the mixed vegetables are dry!!(wheres the juices/sauces?) Expensive just for small portions or one scoop of each item, its ridiculous. You get better quality,quantity at your local Chinese food spot

Got my order wrong today and gave me an attitude instead of offering to fix it. When I told them my son didnt eat orange chicken because its too spicy and they needed to fix it they told me I had to drive all the way back right now to get it fixed. Their location isnt convenient for me to just go back right then I live in Palmdale. They shouldve offered for me to come back at a later time the same day as it wouldve been more convenient then wasting more gas.

This panda is near my house and the past 3 times I have gone through the drive they forget something and push your food at you too hurry you i guess. This past friday 5/22/2020 I orders two orders of egg rolls and an order of rangoons and thankfully I checked before I got home because they forgot them. Terrible service/portions. The person who served us was a manager, oriental with a blue shirt. She did not greet us or ask us if we wanted our food for here or to go.I ordered a panda bowl and it was only half full! Then she gave it to me and I said it was to go. She took it back. Then when we went to pay for it, she gave it to us without a bag. She forgot again that it was to go. This is a manager? I will never go to that Panda again.

Worst customer service. Their delivery truck was blocking drive-through customers driving always. Called the location only to have Sammy inform me it’s not heir problem that they drive through is blocked by their delivery truck. Their truck could have parked more in the middle so the drive-through and exit would not be blocked but no the driver instead decided to block the drive-through. If I didn’t have sleeping kids in the car I would’ve been able to walk in but unfortunately as Tammy had put it wasn’t their problem. Very unfortunate to hire a person like that who has not clue what customer service is.I’ll take my money to a different company that values customers.

I went 20 min before closing and Melanie did a wonderfull job on letting me know the items I had ordered had to be made fresh but there was a bit of a waiting time. I told her i didnt mind and i apologized for going 20 min before closing she told me not to worry about it, that it was okay she didnt mind making the food she just was concern about me waiting, but i told her not to worry i didnt mind. Her customer service was 100%. I live on the eastside of Lancaster and I like driving over to that Panda Express there food is always fresh and they all have a wonderfull attitude. Ok, so USUALLY--- I order my favorite dish which is the Eggplant Tofu. Alert!!! Stop the boat! They no longer have this product anymore and its very sad because that was THEE reason why I went to Panda Express in the 1st place! Its also very troubling because they have almost absolutely NO vegetarian/vegan options now. Unless you count the fried rice (which I believe has a chicken-base). And the half-done veggie eggrolls...I ended up ordering some type of chicken dish instead which tasted kinda not what I was expecting, however, still edible. The veggie egg roll... TOTALLY different story! Tasted like it wasnt completely cooked and the wrapping around it on the inside was slightly mushy like it wasnt done either. Tried my best to eat them but only was able to take 2 bites and that was enough for me! I had to toss them into the trash. I hate complaining so I never brought it back to the store. Overall, I wont be visting Panda Express again. Unless ofcourse... They bring back the Eggplant Tofu.

At this Panda the food is often to hot. Last night the Beijing Beef was so hot it was inedible. It was so hot it ruined the entire meal. The food is inconsistent the steam vegtibles were raw and the green beans in green bean chicken entre were raw as well. I cant gamble on weather the food is prepared correctly. I wont be eating there anymore.
