They made fun of my friend because she asked questions as it was her first time ordering Panda Express. Its not ok to be rude and mean especially when she told you honestly it was her first time and she might take longer.

Not so busy so that was good but before I left I asked the person who charged me if I could get utensils, soy sauce and Sriracha for my order and I asked because there is a sign that says to request those things when paying. His answer was yes, they are already in the bag I made it to work and there was only sweet and sour sauce. Disappointed with their services and I felt rushed when I was paying for my food.

So stingy with their food. Servings size so little better to go to the one in Parkway Plaza Mall. They give you alot compared to the one in Plaza Bonita. No wonder their rating is only 3 stars . They have such bad reviews .The owner should read the reviews,they probably dont even care.

Love this place, they are fast and their orange chicken is always cooked the right way.Raymond is a total team player.

Not much to expect. Food at the mall. The portions are smaller than normal and cost more than at the stand alone restaurant. Drinks are not refillable. I wouldnt recommend unless you go shopping and get hungry. I ended up there by mistake.

This location is always busy and theres a line to order but its a good place to eat if youre already in the mall.

I ordered my usual and 2 chicken egg rolls. 30 min later I had sever stomachache followed by diarrhea. Didn’t think it was the food until my wife ate my second egg roll few hours later and got food poisoned. Shame on you for serving bad food.

Terrible service tonight. I stopped by to redeem my T-Mo Tuesday free bowl. The cashier and the server are inconsistent on when I should tap on the T-Mo Tue app to run my redeem timer. I asked two servers which items are included in the free bowl and I was told that any of the items are. When I got to the cashier she charged me extra. I told her the servers told me any items are included in the free bowl. The cashier just kept asking me for the amount I need to pay, sounding like a broken record. I realized there must be a language barrier. I had to go home, but I called on the phone for the manager and addressed the issue. Hopefully, the crew members tonight get trained to serve right.
