Your typical Panda Express where the line moves fast and the food is good. The only thing missing was that the orange chicken had cooled down a little. Fresh batches are always so good. Kung Pao Chicken was great as usual. Surprisingly theres kale in the veggies

If youre craving some tasty Chinese food and dont want to wait long, this Panda Express in Santa Barbara is worth a visit. Their chow mein and orange chicken are particularly delicious, and I highly recommend trying them. However, I had a disappointing experience when I dined at the Paseo Nuevo location last night around 8:30 PM. The line was extremely long, with only one staff member serving customers, resulting in a 15-minute wait just to place an order. Additionally, many of the food containers were empty, limiting the available options. While I understand it was close to closing time, they should have still been serving until 9 PM, not 8:30 PM. On a positive note, the employee working diligently managed to handle the pressure and prepare our food efficiently. Overall, I suggest avoiding this location at night, but its still a decent place to eat during other times.

I ordered 2 plates online and this is what I got. Almost no noodles and a lot of veggies and not enough side either. I would never order online. I guess they dont care much... disappointed

You guys need to close this location down for good. Never open and when it is the food is worse than the Panda in goleta and upper state. 5 oclock on a Tuesday and its closed with only a piece of paper on the front door indicating so. ATLEAST PUT CLOSED ON GOOGLE IT TAKES 3 MINUTES.

Ordered threw Uber eats and was charged multiple times for the same order a total of 3 times and when I told them about it and showed my statements they said they would refund my money in 10 days been 2 weeks now and apparently it’s been too long now and that the order was completed so they couldn’t do anything about it. over charged me 185 dollars. Never ordering threw them again I’m still trying to dispute this.

I ordered 1 plate in-store this afternoon and ended up receiving someone elses order. I noticed this before even leaving the store because there was a small box with honey walnut shrimp in addition to the plate, which I did not order. It turns out I was given the plate of the person after me, and instead of refunding me or giving me my actual order, they told me to keep the plate I was given since I had paid extra for it. Left very frustrated. Not only did I not get the plate I ordered in-store, I paid extra for someone elses order. I have never had an issue like this at other locations, and am disappointed with the service I received.

Best Chinese food that Ive ever had, I wish they had one of these back home, Im stuck with only P.F. Changs. Staff is nice, but they refuse to give me white rice after 6pm because everyone else wants white rice more than me I guess, Ill just have to start coming earlier. The food is really good though. Good prices.

The rice tastes plastic and is usually hard just like the broccoli.The food tastes like rubber. Blah!
