I will never visit a Panda Express again. I should have went to wing stop but I wanted something quick. Anyway, I ordered a bowl at first and she put the most smallest portions I’ve seen in and for over $7. It should have been more, so I told her to switch it to the plate so I could at least feel full. It was $2 more than the plate. The food is NASTY! It was bland, even the sauce. The broccoli wasn’t even good. I’m so disappointed and now I’m forced to east this tasteless food because I paid for it. I can believe they messed up the teriyaki chicken like this. I’m so sad. Oh I forgot, another thing I didn’t like it you have to order 2 meats with the plate. Why?

Place is seeming closed as of late June 2023. I was there to check with one of my old employers nearby about my job search. I had to use the bathroom. Starbucks closed off their restrooms for the guests (which is sad), so I had to take it to Panda. They were closed, with a sign on the door telling us to visit their other locations. I was in shock as I seriously needed to go to the bathroom. I managed to find the bathroom at the Chilis since I had to give something to them in regards to my job search.

Customer service was so so. The workers should serve more honey shrimp, its not coming out their pocket lol.When I worked as a manager I didnt care who told me to only put a certain amount of fries. My customers came back only asking me to serve them and I never upsetted them. If they want 10 nuggets Ill throw in a extra 3 nuggets, why not? Whats the manager gonna do😂. If they ask for small fries Im packing it. They cant fire me over extra food. You get me. Chinese food is famous because the people usually pack your plate until it cant close right. Thats why Chinese food is famous to begin with, once it got americanized more greed started.

This time I went here it was very crowded. I also notice menu changes, which actually made it cost more if you ordered the same as before. The food is consistently decent. Most of the people working here are friendly, which is a plus!!!

I will be contacting corporate and health inspection. The cook had NO gloves on and was picking up the super greens with his hands and wiping his face and nose as he was doing it. I was so disgusted I walked out in the middle of my order. I will never come back to this location. This how Monkeypox and other diseases get passed around....absolutely ridiculous

Oralia is great 👍 She works quickly and accurately. Also she honors the coupon with grace, she doesnt treat you like jerk like the employees of the other Panda located at Century and Felton. I have to drive 5 more minutes to get to this Panda but I happily do it. Thank you for your kind service!

My daughter and I were looking for a Panda Express on our way home. This restaurant was perfect! We got there at about 10:55am. It wasnt that busy since they had opened, I believe at 10am. So there was lots of parking, food was just getting out, restaurant was nice and clean, and the service there was friendly.

Havent been to a panda in years cause the food never changes but the portions will. Spent nearly $40 to be short on utensils,no napkins or any sorts. Cant substitute half and half for more protein so stuck with the small boxes wasnt so ideal.

Ordered online at 10pm got there about 10:20pm was fairly busy asked if the order was ready wasnt shore if it was when I asked because it was finally ready by 10:50pm. Felt bad because it seemed as if all the workers were in a hurry to leave dont blame them I know what its like to want to finally go home after a long days work just wished they could of had better communication with one another and myself as well. Hope things improve 🙂

Very clean, safe place following all the safety guides for keeping us covid safe HOWEVER the costumer service needs work Ron the person asking for your sides is extremely rude he had attitude and it seems as he was not in the mood to be working today. Rolling your eyes at costumers and speaking with a very discourteous tone can really ruin someones dinner.

This was my favorite panda, I have complained before on the amount of food is given according to your ethnicity, happened again, I always notice this. Also, now the food server has to watch and control the number of people coming through the door. The server stopped making plates and went to door to control the traffic there, then returned to dish up food. Place a person at door to control traffic there! Also, I had to ask more than once for hot mustard and soy sauce, I bought three plates and she acted as if I could only have one per plate. You never have enough hot mustard! Oh, well!

Manger Omar is rude and unprofessional . Customer service sucks and Ill never come back again . How do you let somebody manage a store like that when hes very unprofessional says a lot about the company . I rate that Panda Expresd one star because the person whom serve up my food was not friendly treated me like I was not supposed to ask a question. I was going to get more besides the vegetables and rice bowl in fact I had two orders one for me and three items for my sister. I will not go back to that Panda Express. There are two other ones I visit often, I just to one of those.

I like the food. The vegetables are very good and crisp. But they seem to serve you according to your race. The plates of whites and Latinos have much more on them than others and I have noticed this in more than one Pandas.

Wasnt a very good panda express. Veggies were way over cooked and mushy. The chicken in the string beans and chicken breast was soaked in idk what sauce and was so salty, i couldnt eat it, i just ate the string beans. The fried rice was so dry. The veggie rolls were good. The only thing i finished. Wont be going to the panda express on W. Century no more.

We ordered through the app to pick up at the restaurant, when you get there the order is ready to take, but my surprised when I got home was that the containers were half full, we ordered a meal with two entrees, Teriyaki chicken only 5 little pieces no sauce on the side, broccoli beef it was mostly broccoli, unbelievable, last time I make an order to pick, from now on I wanna see how they serve my order.
