So, I got the new chili shrimp with steam rice in a bowl. Unfortunately I only got 6 shrimp. I would expect at least a dozen. After eating 6 shrimp I have half a bowl of rice left, I guess I have to eat it by itself. If Panda is gonna put that limit, they should tell you that.

When I opened the lemonade to give my newphew half of it, I saw this insect in the drink. The employees need to watch for this stuff. They need to clean their drink machine correctly.Down the drain it went. Waste of money for this drink ..The food is good and tasty.

Panda Express is always on point at lunch time and dinner. Today we went there for lunch and we were not disappointed! The Honey Walnut Shrimp was hot and crispy and so was the side of super greens and the green beans from the green bean chicken I ordered!

Yulius rang up my food, I saw my total go from 22 to 27. I asked him if that was correct and he said yes. I got my receipt and he added a “panda cares donation” which was $5. Wouldn’t refund it on my debit card but only gave me cash. Definitely sus af make sure to check your receipts. He knew what he was doing.

GARBAGE! This place needs to get Shut Down! How hard is it to fill an Order with meat? Ordered 3 servings of black peppered chicken, waited in parking lot for half hour to come home and find mostly celery and onions and very little chicken. Still trying to find the meat in the meal. Hate to say it bit its not rocket science to make sure cust recieves the meat they paid for. If you fail at that you Waste of time and money!

I mean its not the best Chinese food in the world, but its consistent. Honestly, I really think their food is pretty decent. I cant count how many times Ive ordered from local places and the consistency has been less than ideal. Sometimes its great, sometimes it sucks. Panda is always decent. Plus, they have so many killer choices its hard to go wrong. Their bigger plate is hard to beat since you can pick 3 entrees and get half fried rice and half chow mein. I always love their Pepper Chicken and the Sesame Chicken is always good. I also like the fact their chow mein is never too oily. I always take it home and add garlic chili sauce or get some spicy mustard to kick up the spice.

ALL EMPLOYEES RUDE. AND I mean all. Ive been coming here for years. This is the final straw. I will no longer bring myself or my family here. Everyone had this look on there face that they dodnt want to be there. I greeted only to be looked at with a scowl. Kayni made me feel very uncomfortable. Horrible customer service I came in at 9pm they had only few items while waiting in line to be served 2 other girls were working the drive-through line so the few things they had left they were gone too by the time it was my turn to order. I asked why there is no food it 9pm the Gentleman answered me we are closing soon which in fact they close at 10:30pm that still gives them an hour and a half of business time I want Noodles and rice broccoli beef and eggplant tofu I was told it will take 10min for them to make everything I was okay with that. I waited 15min got my food and came home to find the noodles burnt and eggplant tofu with out any sauce The food tasted horrible

Went to this location today and found the service to be friendly and polite she even made sure all utensils and sauces and fortune cookies were included and that everything was packed correctly.As for the food the portions were generous but it goes down hill from there the seasoning was lacking and some of the beef was so hard it was like biting on a rock. The chow mein was so dry it must have been sitting for hours couldnt eat it. They need to do a much better job on the preparation and watching the sit times on the food. Lots of room for improvement here. C

CLOSED @ 830! All signs, their website and Google maps state they close at 930! When I asked when that changed no employee new and the manager from a different store stated he believed it started Saturday 8/8 but wasnt sure I asked why they hadnt updated any signage to reflect the new hours or any website or Google maps he said its only for a couple weeks and the change happened suddenly.... um what?!?!

Pretty disappointed, drive thru server was rude and lacked friendly or really just basic customer service. Receipt was handed back crumpled up into a ball and I was interrupted in the middle of asking for sauces, like the sign in the window says, with “they’re in there”. Got home no sauces were in the bag. Teriyaki chicken was not cut up like it normally is, and was oddly rubbery as well as the kung pao chicken.

Went through the drive through and ordered 3 bowls but only received two. It had three shown on the screen so I figured everything was right and went on my way home. I guess they never charged me for three but they did take my order of 1 bowl half & half with mushroom chicken, 1 bowl half white rice half chow mein and the sweet fire chicken & 1 bowl half & half with orange chicken with one veggie roll. The workers here don’t listen to you or when you think they are they make major mistakes. I also will ask them for sauce but they always act like you are stealing the sauce even when you buy a lot of food. I have ordered ubereats from this location and asked for sauce and utensils and they leave them out so great, what if I’m somewhere there is no utensils? They seem to want to inconvenience their customers. Save your money and go somewhere where they value their customers.

Not everyone wants a pound of rice or a pound of chow mein with our order. A 2-inch tall pile of chow mein or rice is ridiculous. I know you are trying to fill people up with rice and chow mein when it is the other sides that we actually want. Reduce the rice and chow mein and serve us the food we actually want. Ive seen people say they dont want rice or chow mein and your servers are confused and even sometimes panicked. Also, stop serving old lunch food close to dinner time. Customers can tell that youre serving soggy vegetables and old food thats been stirred up. Respect the customer. I know the corporation loves its money so at least love the customer.

Been here Twice and both times my Food was super good. Tasted fresh and Hot!! Went here today with my husband and son and sat outside. The inside of this panda is really nice as well Ive never seen a panda this nice. The Honey sesame chicken breast and the String bean chicken breast is soooooo Yummy Super yummy. I even asked the girl serving my food if I could please get more chicken in my string bean chicken cause last time it was like nothing but green beans.... she said Ill do my best and she did I thought that was very kind of her. Its nice and clean inside and nice n chill from the AC. Next time I want to eat inside I was just cold and it was beautiful outside so I enjoyed my good food in the nice warm sun. Ill definitely be back. I usually choose real Chinese over panda but this panda is really good. I actually came here my first time after picking up real Chinese and they messed up my honey walnut Chicken so I took it back n came here n was like Whoaahhh okay panda yum!!!!! An hour before closing and they were out of several entrees. They had no brown rice, and white rice was being made. I prefer not to eat meat, and they had nothing available that did not have meat in it…. No veggie spring rolls. No super greens. No chow mein. And no tofu eggplant (which doesn’t surprise me as I’m sure that is not a popular dish). But no rice or chow mein? Ridiculous. I ended up having to wait in the line and ultimately just drove through without getting anything.

Panda is a very consistent restaurant. If you’re careful you can eat a decent meal out and keep the calories reasonable. We usually get a plate, with noodles, then have the greens as an entree and another low calorie as our second option, like string bean chicken or broccoli beef. I wish they had a mixed vegetables and tofu option. I also wish they would bring back the cookies.

The employees are friendly and provide quick efficient service. The cooks work non-stop to ensure all food is ready, fresh, and plentiful.The seating area is clean and inviting. The beverage area is well stocked, neatly organized, and clean.I was here during a very busy time in the evening, but the service was great without being stressed or flustered. True friendly, happy making employees. This is one of the best Panda locations I have been to!

Out extended kitchen when there simply is no time to cook lunch or dinner with our busy schedule. Kids love the chow meeting with the orange chicken, but my wife and I particularly love the eggplants and tofu. I personally love the simple chicken and green beans. The food is mostly good all the time. Fairly standard menu and usually meat is tender and food is fresh. What you have to watch for is if all the extra things you requested, like soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce, teriyaki sauce etc. Save yourself a trip back...check the bag before you leave! To my dismay this store has discontinued have the hot mustard! Totally unacceptable!...and no one had an answer as to why. One other benefit..fill out the survey get your side dish next visit.

Ordered 24 hours in advance for my sons graduation party. Set to pick up at 1:30pm. When I arrived to pick up the order I stood there for a good 10 minutes before they asked what we needed. I advised that we are here to pick up our order. They looked at each other and told me to wait. 20 minutes go by and then a manager approaches me to say they didnt have my order for 26 to 30 people. Didnt receive my order until 45 minutes later. I had a large party at my house waiting for us. The fried rice was crunchy. They forgot the fortune cookies and not soy sauce. Very upsetting.

Well, this will be the last time I visit this particular Panda. I ordered a 2 entree plate with half and half with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken... I received a 2 entree with double orange chicken and with half of my chow mein dumped into the bag. They charged me for a 3 entree and put the teriyaki into a small separate box and I asked for extra teriyaki sauce and they put in 2 packets of soy sauce and no teriyaki sauce. I pulled up to the window, they lady rudely handed me a soaked cup overflowing with soda. Then handed my food without saying a word. I looked at her for a second and said I still needed to pay and she aggressively said YA and pushed the machine aggressively out the window. I have been going to this panda for many years, while its never been great its never been this bad. Plenty more pandas around the area I will be happy to give my money too. Stay away from this one.

I drive up here to pick up mobile orders, even though I live about 5 minutes from another Panda, because I can pick up in the drive thru. Was informed tonight that mobile orders can’t be picked in the drive thru any more. I had to go in to get my order, and I still had to wait 15 minutes. Loads of people were coming while I was waiting because drive thru had forgotten things. Staff was starting to close up even though posted hours are until 9:30 pm. I won’t be back.

Got green beans instead, confused, I asked if a mistake was made. They said they dont have asparagus. I mentioned that it was in the picture on the menu, and I was told that theyre advertising a meal they dont offer. Oh yeah, and they charge extra for it. Garbage location that shuts down 45 minutes early! Avoid this space if its within an hour of closing. The employees are too busy filling bowls to take home for themselves rather than feeding paying customers that are still coming in during business hours. Food is okay, but occasionally the staff is rude to people who cant speak English very well. There was an Asian lady who kept getting irritated to the point of yelling because these girls were laughing at her while she was trying to describe her order. They said they couldnt understand her order, but it was actually quite easy to understand her if you have dealt with people who cant speak English natively before. Those girls obviously had little experience with those kinds of people and had no common sense when dealing with them. Once again, the food itself is okay, but the service can be lackluster at times to say the least.

Both times Ive been here Ive have to endure 20 + minute wait, nothing had to be made, just takes 20 or so minutes to package pre cooked food.A lot of this could be managed better. Since I had time to watch the operation here I noticed that the drive thru people are pulling from the same line of food as the lobby. This seemed to cause quite a few near collisions and slow everyone down overall. This coupled with it appearing that the drive thru people came over for every individual drive thru order. I think a cart to store multiple orders would help a ton here.

When Im in the mood for Chinese food, this is often the first place I think of. As a busy REALTOR, I appreciate their drive-thru! Good food, fast service, and I can be working while I wait. Hey management, have your workers start maybe earlier in the morning and maybe not have one person serving drive through and customers in the front at the same!!!! People dont have time in the morning to hang out, usually going to work or on break. I have vitnessed people walk out of the place cuz the wait is to long and saw one lady walk away after she alr ady ordered everything and then left cuz management doesnt know how to manage their workers and force them to do to many jobs at once.
