Panda Express in Hayward

Very greedy approach to cooking and serving food. 👎 I ordered eggplant tofu. There were just two pieces of tofu and all eggplant. Eggplant was cut too thick, it was raw, and inedible. Look at the pictures. Is this how panda express food look like in advertising videos?? Sham!Why so much greed to fill bowl with large pieces that you don’t care someone is going to eat it? Such a waste of money and time.Flavor of every dish at this location is only salt and water! No flavor!We wanted to give this location a try again because it is nearest but I’m highly disappointed again. We will never visit this Panda Express location ever again!

I really cannot stress enough how stingy these people are. I ordered black angus stake and they only provide pure veggies and one piece of steak I repeat ONE piece. I hardly ever come to this panda just because every time you ask for something it seems like you are asking for something out of their service. You can order 4 plates of food and they will only provide you with 2 hot sauces and don’t you dare ask for more. This place never fails to disappoint. Do yourself a favor and visit another Panda location.

Went to this panda express friday evening and found out it has little different flavors than what i was used to in Palo Alto.“Does the location matters for the taste??”I wondered.Anyways friendly people tried to use the chopsticks.Fortune cookie always creates the curiosity for whats inside for me…Nice tables to be in the window seat and look through the window while having your food.

I was left with rice 🍚. Not enough chicken stew. They put very little gravy 😢. It’s different in Sacramento for sure.

If your looking for fresh Chinese food, with a kitchen that is super clean, you cant go wrong here! Tables, chairs, floors, everything clean, all cooks and servers wearing masks, and the food was all fresh! Loved this experience! Well done!!

Wide open space. Very roomy. The person helping was very attentive. Immediately welcomed us in and took our order. The girl down at the end cash register could use some better customer handling skills however. This was the only bad vibe. She didnt want to be there and she was operating at very minimum requirements.

The help could be a little more friendlier. No one ever smiles at my local PE! Food was marginal this time. Out of chowmein when I was up. Asked how long until a new batch... the server said 5 mins so I settled for fried rice. But right as I slid over to the entrées, a new batch was brought out... she couldve plated the entrées and then go back for the chowmein. Also, when I noticed I didnt have any sauce on my teriyaki chicken, I had to ask for it and was handed a packet... thats such a wasteful use of packaging materials!

Theres a weird vibe here... Watch the interaction between the employees.... Somethings wrong. Careful, they upsell and overcharge here. Ordered the plate, charged me for the bigger plate. Went back after I sat down and reviewed the receipt, went back to the counter and the server who spoke very poor English couldnt explain the order so she called her supervisor who tried to offer a weak explanation that didnt make sense. I was too hungry and tired to deal with their bs, so I sat down and chose to write this honest, straightforward review. Food is ok, not good but in a pinch better than other fast food.

I ordered a plate and a kids meal for delivery, I am disappointed because my chow mien was missing, mushroom chicken only a few tiny chicken pieces, black pepper steak only two tiny steaks. Chow mien in the kids meal looks like leftovers. Ive never have any problem when I order in person. I dont trust home delivery anymore.

The worst panda express Ive ever been too. I tasted it once and I threw the food away. Everything was dry! Dry! Nasty. And they gave me like 2 peices of rice. Never again.
