Quick, affordable and consistent. I mean quick service, affordable options and consistent flavors. I like knowing what to expect and it gives me peace of mind to eat here in this location. Will be coming back for more peace of mind comforting meals!

Been a little while since I came back to this location, and I was pleasantly surprised. The front line staff are all smiles and super friendly now. The Panda App was acting wonky and kept asking for info I already entered. But Jeff the manager who was also very nice and helpful got my order taken care of with a big smile. The Angus Steak and Mushroom Chicken were both hot and fresh. And the best part was the fried rice is really good once again!

Ive never had a great experience here. They never get our order right. My first visit was in the drive through. They gave us the wrong order then refused to make it right. Corporate gave us a free meal for that incident which we enjoyed at the Alhambra location. Weve come back a few times since then. It has barely met our expectations. They cant seem to communicate with each other very well. On my last visit, I asked for a chicken egg roll but I got two veggie ones instead. Bummer!

Only been here once, but did not have a bad experience. The food was good and the service was on. Plenty of parking. Its very much like any other PE which was a little disappointing considering their/a corporate office is right next door.

It’s saddens me to go to a restaurant in 2023 and still find racial discrimination, went to this panda like always with family. Always excuses, when ask for certain items. When bringing up a complaint the manager straight out argues with you instead of listening to find a solution. Just because I’m not white she is very defensive and confrontational. I’ve noticed this when other customer order that are Hispanic, Black other she is very short, moves them out quick. When it’s a white person she smile and takes her time. Worse god forbid that you need to bring up a double charge cuz she doesn’t want to look for a transaction without a receipt. Sorry Panda but u lost my business. The disrespect was sufficient enough to stop going there.

When panda started, the food was excellent . With a unique flavor. Now it is dry and no flavor. I was disappointed with how expensive it is and the quality has gone down. In order for you to get condiments, it is like pulling teeth from the service people.

Food portions seem smaller for some reason. Other than that food was good. The atmosphere inside was private and welcoming. Id go back for sure.

Do you know all the shrimp order only comes in six pieces? Panda refuses to put it next to the name tag to save from people calling them cheap, they only do it verbally. Shame on you Panda.

The manager Katie is skimpy. She gives much less than other employees. I see chow mien being piled on while Kate just grab a measly portion. She doesnt even fill up the whole box of the small al la carte entree. I literally see everybodys order while a nice pile of entree portion and chow mien/rice but hers is just flat. Come on, I come to this Panda often. If shes the one serving, Ill request someone else.
