When I arrived it was closing and I was happy to see that there a good amount of walnut shrimp, my favorite, was available. In front of me was a coworker of the server. She grabbed a foam box plate and filled it with an unreal amount of fried rice and piled all the walnut shrimp that remained and could barely closed the lid. Then she charged him $5 including drink. Her smile changed when I asked if that was all that remained.

This applies to online orders only! I have no idea about in-store orders. We ordered 2 shrimp bowls, 2 three-entree meals, and a medium side order of chow mei of the entrees was Beijing Beef. It would have been really delicious especially if there had been ANY BEEF AT ALL!!! Yep. Not one piece of beef. Now, the chicken and shrimp were all really yummy. I wish I had had some beef to compliment them. So. Lessons learned:1. NEVER order online from Panda again.2. NEVER go to THIS Panda again.There are plenty of Chinese take-out places in town. Finding one that will actually give me what I paid for shouldnt be difficult.

This photo is the pile up of orders for Teriyaki Chicken. I mean I absolutely get it if they were out of some food not everyone wanted, but this is a staple dish. This isn’t the first time either. This place needs sustainable packaging. The meals come in styrofoam containers. It’s 2023, and this is a huge chain. Time to make a change. Offer reusable containers for in house dining or switch to compostable containers.

Im not sure what is up with this location but this is the fourth day in a row that I have showed up and the workers are moving very slow. Ive literally been in line for 15 minutes and theres only four people in front of me. This is unacceptable I remember the first day I came which was July 14th and they were waiting on food to be prepared theyre like six workers on the clock Im a bit confused. Whats going on but I will no longer support this location and if I go to another location and I get the same runaround I will altogether stuck supporting Panda Express

Panda Express serves quality Chinese American food at a reasonable price. They introduce new menu options regularly which helps keep the selection feeling fresh. This is a particularly good branch of Panda Express. The restaurant is always spotless as are the bathrooms. The staff is quick, efficient, and very friendly. The entrees are always fresh. The ingredients are of very solid quality. Everything is cooked on-site and the kitchen is visible. Try the Sichuan Hot Chicken if its available when you visit.

Service was pretty good but I got a 2 meat plate with Shanghai steak Orange chicken noodles and vegetables. When she scooped the steak it was all mushroom. I dont mind paying 1.25 for the steak. I get it but at least a fair serving. Anyway I think she charged me wrong little did I realize it was almost 14 00 with my drink. And I only got 4 little pieces of steak. Tgus is a common problem at the Fowler location.

Im only giving one star because its the lowest possible I can give without giving any stars at all and still leaving a review. I cant believe how ridiculously rude the manager was. Annette, our server, however, was nothing but sweet and trying to help us validate a coupon that read, quote, 10% off your next 5 visits, but the manager would not honor the coupon and started to argue and get very angry when we tried to explain that the coupon said one thing, but she would not honor what it said. What upset me the most is how she handled the situation. You do not argue with the customers. You do not treat a customer the way she treated us. That was completely inappropriate and we will be contacting corporate and will not be returning.

Super disappointed with the flavor of the food. I ordered the kung pao chicken and firecracker shrimp. The kung pao chicken didnt taste spicy at all. I felt like I was eating plain chicken with no flavor it was that bad. The firecracker shrimp was exactly the same with no spiciness and tasted like plain shrimp. To top it off they literally only gave me 3 shrimps really and still charge people an extra $1.25.

It was horrible because I didnt get a fortune when I asked for extra fortune cookies and it didnt come with it in the cookie. My food was also very cold and I didnt get the right order but I ate it anyway. My soda was also very water down and it tasted like hamster pee. But I got the day off from work so I was in a great mood today Until i got here. The workers in there yelled at me because Im blind and I brought in guinea pig. I used to love Panda for the portion size with the price.Now, I think its over priced for half the amount you get.Before, the box would be full. Now, its 3/4 of the spoon of rice and a small portion of noodles. Beef and broccoli is 4 beef broccoli and 2-3 pieces of beef. I can go on with the serving size.
