I had a mix up with my order, I’ve worked retail so I understand things happen. I returned to the restaurant and when I walked up the nice lady working greeted me politely. When I explained I was missing an entree item she immediately fixed the order and had me on my way home. Excellent customer service.

Showed up 10 min before closing .. the family in front of me cleared out almost all the protein stuffs leaving only broccoli beef... I cancelled my order and left when I realized that they would not be restocking the food. Woke establishments apparently do not serve food till 9pm, I resent that because I was left with only the horrible McDonalds as an option. Ill wait till Sacramento next time I stop .

After expressing to the server I wanted more Tofu In my Tofu and Eggplant she assured me that she included tofu. But soon after arriving at my house to enjoy my meal I was really disappointed that she only included one piece of tofu.

Food is pretty good, items made with chicken are feeling like they are using lower grade chicken.At this location the people are friendly and helpful but communication can be a little difficult with the shields and masks in place.

I had never ordered food from this location before and after yesterday i never will i ordered some food to go and it was busy so we had to wail a long while for chow mein so when i finally got my food and i got home the asian guy that packed my food he gave me all the cabbage and onions that was left over from the old chow mein i didnt order cabbage and onions i ordered chowmein. The plates looked like kids meals not adult plates and this is ridiculous that they gave that as my order i will never order from panda again

Store hours are inaccurate. This store closes an hour before closing time stated on Google and on the Panda Express website. Get better management or change the store hours on Google and on the website so it’s not deceiving.

I like Panda express it is probably the healthiest fast food close to me but in this particular location a worker named Glen(Thats the name i was given when i called) is always very rude. I understand human interactions is both ways so I am always kind and polite but you do not always get that back. A good example is this worker who thinks it is okay to mistreats the costumers. I am going out of my way and expressing my feelings because after a bad experience. I get home and my meals are INCOMPLETE. I waited for my food for around 5 to 10 just I get home to a half empty plate.

Excellent prices for what you got. A ball is a good way to go for Just Two items. I know when I get shell main there they stuff the little cartons full to the top and more. Friendly staff. Sometimes a little bit of a wait depending on how many people there are and if you want to wait for the fresh food. I would recommend it to my friends.

Honestly I dont know what THIS LOCATION is doing different to make THEIR food taste SOOOO much BETTER BUT THEY NEED TO KEEP DOING IT because I have eaten at several different locations but me and all of my party were taken aback at how much better their food tastes and even looks! They must be using all fresh vegetables and ingredients I guess and cooking it to perfection! The service was great too! When I drive back and forth from the bay area to home I will always stop here from now on!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😱

Consistency is not always priority at this Panda Express, I only go to this location though so I cant compare to other locations. I always order the same exact food every time, and it varies in flavor each time. This has been going on before the pandemic, but I wish they could be consistent every time. The two items I always get are the Beijing Beef and orange chicken. The flavors of each tend to vary each visit, and not always in a good way. Still though, when theyre good, theyre amazing!

I went in as a Dasher and went to go to the restroom, the woman came out (an employee) and didnt tell me there was no toilet paper, nor did she get more after I told her.Two minutes later I watched her take payment from a lady and not give her her food, the lady had to ask someone else for her food.Her name tag said Mae.Probably just had a bad night but I was not impressed.This is the n Texas at location
