The lady in the black T-shirt ruined the whole impression of the visit. I ordered rice with shrimp, she put three shrimps on the plate and said, Thats all, your portion. I had to order an extra one. I understand that this is a marketing ploy on her part, but I dont like that attitude!

Practically no food at 8pm. I asked the guy if they are even open because theres no food and he told me they arent. 2 more people walked in and he helped them. What???? This guy needs to be fired.

The food is pretty consistent. The steamed brown rice is very dry. I like the teriyaki chicken and the chicken egg roll the best.

I just purchased three two-combos plates with one kids meal....and all of my family members complain that fry rice taste funny...and end up not eating...I try to call then and phone number listed in app or the google is not picking up.

Exceptionally quick service, even when they needed to cook one of the dishes that ran out. Extremely nice staff, very friendly! Deliciously tasting food even if not realistic Chinese. One of my favorites, string bean chicken, with beef and broccoli, and of course Orange chicken.

First I would like to say that Ive been visiting panda express many many years and I always enjoyed their food in different branches. My last visit was in this particular branch, and I asked the time for fresh batch of specific item, which looked very stale, and little portion remaining in container, he refused to give me the time, and said he has to wait until everything in that Bach is gone,obviously nobody was going toorder that stale food, Just by watching several people, in front of me, to pass that item and ordering something else.So I left without ordering, and that would be the last time visiting this place.

Unfortunately when I arrived there was no acknowledgement. I waited a long time behind another person who waited for a long time also. There were on two ppl serving but one of the two was busy working on what appeared to be a large order. When I finally got to the counter 15 mins later the one item I wanted was completely gone and I was told it would be an additional 5 mins before done but my lunch break was only 30 mins and I still had to get back. The individual who served me tried to makr it right by only charging me for a bowl since the combo I wanted wasnt available. Ill try another day and hope this was a fluke.

I just had the absolute worst experience at the 17056 Devonshire St, Northridge, CA 91325. Joey was so incredibly rude and unhelpful from the moment we walked in. Panda Express you must train your staff better!!

Ordered take out from here. I placed an order online via the website only to see that my order would be ready in 2 hours. I called the store and the employee said it would be no problem - theyll prepare it right away. I got it in about 20 minutes. I would just be careful ordering via the website but I found the actual employees to be helpful.

Before Covid this was a great place, however today the custer service was terrible. My mom and I were trying to order food and despite her living with me. They made me stand outside while she ordered. We also couldnt have the door open. They made it clear that we were inconvenient. We waited outside for 20 min while they called orders that were for walk ins after us. When I asked she told me to stand outside. When we got the food we came all the way home to find that the didnt give us the teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken even though I had asked for it and they told me it was in the bag. She didnt change her glasses even though she was tuching trays and bags after people were. We didnt feel welcome and it felt like we were bothering them. Food was good, but the people were rude.

The owner is so stingy. He usually serves food. He puts as little as possible. Even with sauces he fills 1/3of the container. I usually get orange chicken and chew mein . last time chicken smelled horrible and it was obvious it was not fresh or kept in a right temp. I thew it in trash. Yesterday i went to get a same thing and before placing my order i told one of rhe staff about my previous experience. She just looked at me and said Ok. I said look i come here often becuase i live near by i just want to let you and make sure you follow all the requirements to serve hot food so people will not get sick. If i had eaten that chicken i would have gotton sick. She said they check tempreture every 10 mins. While she was preparing my order the owner walked by and gave her a look. She started putting pieces of chicken from my container back to the main dish. I guess his look meant you are giving her too much 😕. And she touched money and served customers. This is unsanitary. They should have 2 staff in the front. One to serve food and one as cashier.She then told the owner my story he said nothing. If were him i would say i am sorry you had that experience i ll make sure my saff and i are following all the requirements and make sure we serve fresh ingredients as much as possible and keep food ( cooked or uncooked) in right tempreture.

During Covid lockdown, businesses have to reduce customer contact, but I felt they could have made the ordering step less frustrating. My daughter and I live together, had gone to order a family meal, and were not allowed to stand together to look at the menu. One person only was allowed inside. The door had to remain closed, and there was no menu outside on the window to look at together. It slowed down the process and we didnt get home with everything we ordered. Another person was also missing things from their order.The food was delicious as always.

Excellent location!! Very Clean!!Ordered the Honey Sesame Chicken, Orange Chicken, and the Kung Pohai Chicken. Two orders, both with the noodles that has the veggies. I guess we were in the mood for chicken (LOL). They are not offering any indoor nor outdoor dining at this time. I noticed they have a sign near the register indicating Online pick-up here.

Came in for pick up. I ordered two combos one eith orange chicken and vegy roll the other with black angus and vegy roll. She somehow completrly missed the second order. When i got home with them onecwas orange chicken and kung pao fried rice and white(Never mentioned kung pao at all and i did say white rice)the other was black angus and orsnge chicken. I didnt order it like that i ordered two separate meals. Someone is not paying attention. I got over charged as i have ordered tbis before and paid less. Fix this please

The owner/ manager is very stingy with the food! If he’s not there go for it, (skinny Asian guy)but if he’s the one serving just leave. You won’t get your money’s worth. He will literally count the shrimp. Everyone else is cool.

Horrible, horrible service! Very rude manager who gives out your order to the wrong customer, then calls you a liar. Luckily for me, the other customer came back to get his correct order and this manager still acted like it was my fault they gave my order away to the wrong guy. It appeared that he almost expected me to take the returned and potentially contaminated order until I told him to remake it. This is during the COVID crisis!

And employee climbed up in the counter top where the fountain drink machine is and didnt put anything to protect the counter top, I asked him to clean up, he came back with the wet towel and cleaned it up; I didnt think that was the proper way to clean it since employees make trips to the restroom where the floors are pretty nasty.4/30 2020The website says 10:30 open for business but I got there at 10:45 am and still was closed, what going on with this business?Substandard.

Very polite and fast service. Clean restaurant. Food was hot and good. One dish I had was a little heavy handed on the salt. Everyone wore masks and were social distancing even when getting our drinks.

I ordered online at 3.38pm for pickup. Order was to be ready at 4.13. I made it to the store at 4.20. There were only two people in the whole restaurant and no one in line. I finaly got the order at 4.30. Needless to say I’m never going back.
