Placed an Internet order last night, which turned out to be easy and efficient. The restaurant was crowded and seemed unorganized. They also, as always, guard their napkins like they were laced in Gold! The food portions were generous and the flavor was excellent.

I ordered last night around 8:40 p.m. I received great customer service provided by a nice young lady. I believe her name tag said “Johanna”.. she was very quick and friendly. Made my ordering process simple and with a smile. Very great service! Thank you for the hard work. Now a days it’s hard to get a smile from anyone.

I ordered via Door Dash, BUT seriously, $30 for this!?! Never again!!! AND that is not including the tip. Unbelievable!!! Barely enough for 2 people, SMH. Even if they charge more for DD, I still wont go back for the fact that their prices are so high. I quit Black Bear Diner, too. No food is worth that much money. Its time to quit being lazy and start cooking at home.Oh, and their medium containers must be the old...smalls!

A decently clean panda. Staff is clean and professional, but its not exceptional in any way that comes to mind. Sad that they discontinued the honey walnut shrimp.

My family loves the variety of Panda fresh. There is something for everyone and we spent less there then we do at other fast food restaurants and still had leftovers for the next day. We found a table for all six of us and stools to spare. They currently are selling little stuffed Pandas for $5 or $6 which my daughter loves too.

I feel like this needs to be addressed in customer service training. If a family of 4 getting premium meals and spends on a transaction 54.97 then you make the change available for a 100 dollar bill. My husband and I had a refusal for 45 dollars given in change. The manager refused to give us the change and refused the sale. She even remarked “Well are you gonna come back with change” ummm no why would we waste our time leaving to come back when you had the money…. Crazy to think that they refuse an expensive sale and throw the food away to give attitude about 45 bucks…. There’s nothing written on anything to imply this rule.

They are fast and pleasant. My only criticism is that they should automatically be putting a packet of teriyaki sauce in the bag when I order teriyaki chicken. I shouldnt have to ask for it.

If they were in so cheap with the quantity of the meet they had to the box could be so much better. I don’t know when panda expresses food became so good but I also don’t know when they decided they need to lower the amount of food there at the box. So overall it is good pretty Apple affordable but I think they can do better with the quantities.

Absolutely rude. Ordered 3 meals and a kids meal. The kids meal had honey walnut shrimp as the item. The employee put just a few shrimp. When I asked for more, she said it comes with 4 and I gave you 5 with a negative rude tone. What happened to friendly service? Also chow mein ran out so I had to wait since one of my meals was missing it. She boxed my stuff and I asked is my chow mein in the last meal? She said yes again with a rude tone. Got home and it was missing! There are numerous food places near this establishment. Definitely bringing my business elsewhere with friendly employees that get the order right. My best advice, if they run out of something, check before you leave thats its in the box. I am beyond irritated. I do not like paying for something and not receiving it!

We frequent this panda express monthly. Their food is usually fresh and hot, and the service expedient. The serving portions are perfect and parking is very adequate. Tried their sesame honey chicken with veggies entree. Very delicious.Masks are required at this time, along with social distancing, and limited customers inside for take out orders.

Convenient location. Gave decent samples to try. But quantity has reduced. If you go during busy time you can see the rush and quantity reduces a bit. But, last time I went at end of the day so got a lot of orange chicken. If you buy any chicken with veggie/nuts the quantity of chicken is way too less. So choose wisely.

They are always out of items, Even their main sellers like orange chicken. It takes over 20+ minutes to get your food even when they have what you want and 7 employees working; they just have to scoop it into a box and it still takes forever! Even with a line wrapped around their lobby & out the door they still have no sense of urgency & there are employees standing around!

Quick and easy if you are looking for a good meal. The line is usually pretty short. The quality of food is average and is what you expect if you have been to a Panda Express before. Its a bit more expensive than other fast food spots in the area. Its not really a good place if you are looking for the authentic Chinese food experience.

Great service! When you are famished and need a hot good fast meal, always fast as drive thru and so affordable---- but this particular place is very customer service,smiles,fast- never grouchy,and when I ask for 10 hot mustards, I get it and they dont get attitude!!!!! Oh yea!!🤭👍

Just order from here an it sad, they just cant get things right. I ordered teriyaki bowl but basically got plain rice(when I ordered fried rice) an chicken with no teriyaki sauce.I guess I should have just went with my roommate idea an order from the mom&pap restaurant down the street.
