The worst and least professional Panda 🐼 Express ever. No free water 💦. The napkins are wrinkled and thrown at me like if I were bugging. My advice, have dignity and go somewhere else. This is the first time in the USA that I fear food poisoning, honestly.

This is a nice Panda Express. one of the locations thats (inside of Vons market), so theres no longer seating where you could eat in, but they are good on service, and the last time I went, my server was awesome and kind. Great customer service and good food! Good Panda!

First time to try Panda Express as I was sooo curious as to what the orange chicken hype was about. Mmm have to say Singapore hawker sweet sour pork tastes better haha maybe its an Asian thing idk. But they had big generous servings and pleasant staff!

The service here was absolutely pathetic. I was told I would have to wait 7 minutes for a food item when they had plenty of it available in the warmers. The cashier allowed numerous people to cut ahead of me, as she was more interested in helping with drink refills than allowing me to pay for my food. I doubt anything will be done to correct this since this place is a goldmine. Never eating here again.

Delicious as always! had visited one in Long beach and Tyson Corner-washington, and the taste of their dish has never dissapointing. quick service yet so friendly. love the vibe among the staff here. theyre all look passionate and work happily

Panda Express has really good Chinese food for fast food... Ive gone to many of the other Chinese food restaurants in Torrance and havent found one that I enjoy as much as Panda Express. The orange chicken is the go-to for me and I also enjoy the Bejing Beef

I was looking for this Panda Express one night and couldnt find it. I, then, gave up and went to Wendys. I tried again another night. I didnt know I had to walk through the Macys Mens and furnishings to get there. I like the food there.

I ordered 4 dishes and they were not cooked. They are making people sick. I ask them to recook our food. They said they would and then ignored me. 18 minutes later I went back up and they said they are working on it. I ask for a refund. They refused. They said they had to many customers to recook our food so fast. Terrible. I demanded my money back. They ask for the food back. I gave it back and they said it’s only one order. No refund. Don’t eat here. Many great choices. These people don’t care.

Put in a doordash order at 730, they confirmed it and our dasher made it there by 750. However, they had already closed the doors and didnt even make the food. After calling them they said they hadnt received the order, despite confirming it on their end.

An employee started taking my order when all of sudden, the manager of the restaurant was being rude towards the employee that was taking my order. The manager decided to serve me instead of the employee. I told the manager what to serve me and she didnt understand me and when I told her why she wasnt understanding me, she got mad for no reason. When I was about to pay for my food, I discovered that the manager only served me 3 fried shrimp which were old and cold. When I come here, usually I am served much more shrimp that is fresh. I told them to make me fresh shrimp but it took them almost 15 minutes to make the fresh shrimp. I also discovered that part of my order wasnt correct and I had to wait even more to get part of the order replaced. By the time we ate, most of the food was cold and it was all because I had to wait for over 30 minutes because the manager randomly started serving me without paying attention to what my order was. I clearly saw how rude the manager was towards the employees and other costumers.

I was served uncooked food. Their are going to make people sick. I ask them to recook it. They said they would then ignored me. I ask for a refund 14 minutes later and they refused. Don’t eat here. Many other great choices that care about the quality of their food and your health.

The one and only time I went to this panda express was terrible. My friend had ordered the shrimp from this place and a lady cut in front of the line and told the man serving the food that she had not ordered the shrimp, which caused the man serving the food to take the food out of my friends plate with the hand that the man had sneezed on just a couple of seconds earlier and put it all back with the other shrimp. That was a bad experience and I wont return to this panda express.

Delicious!!! ideal for eating a lot. there is a lot of choice between meats, vegetables ... personally I recommend the Orange chicken !!! it is really delicious with pasta and rice confined !!! the prices also remained relatively affordable depending on the quantities. I recommend the panda express!

They charged my 7yr old son for a refill of soda on his kids meal!, the quality and portions of the entrees is below a regular panda stores.Not to mention the long, slow line with too few staff, I wont eat at this panda ever again.Avoid the Del amo mall store and just go to a regular panda store!

Very fast service even on busy lunch time rush where the line is very long. They serve a large portion when you order on the to go container which makes it even better having left overs. The prices are as usual and the staff are very fast.
