Went to this location for lunch on a Monday at around 1:00pm and it was very busy.The key around waiting in line is ordering on the app.But for some reason you cant add a fountain drink at this location when ordering a meal deal. Weird glitch. Please fix it.The order I placed was ready on time.Everyone on the staff was VERY BUSY and kept the line moving quickly. The kitchen team really hustled and kept all the food well stocked and fresh.I had the black pepper chicken and thought it was great. Steamed rice and chow mein sides and they too were great!Generous portions of each all around for the bowl I ordered. I was pleasantly full after my lunch.The volume level at this location is medium to noisy. If youre looking for a quiet place to eat, I wouldnt choose this place. Regardless of noise level, its very clean, with sufficient seating. Clean restroom. No outdoor seating. No drive through. Plenty of free parking.Great location for a quick tasty meal.

Great experience at this location today. We were immediately greeted by Marlen. There was one customer in front of us which did not take long at all. When it was our turn Marlen kept professional customer service the entire time even while being busy preparing to go orders and helping guests that were dining in. We requested our plates and she offered to make fresh entrees and asked us to wait. We only waited about 5 minutes if that and she even offered us complimentary drinks for the wait. I just want to give Marlen proper recognition for incredible customer service. Probably my best experience at Panda Express ever. She deserves a raise for sure. Food was 10/10 customer service 11/10 and it was quick and easy to get our food. I’ll definitely be stopping by again when I’m in the area. Thank You Marlen!!

My partner and I ate here on sunday, june 11th, 2023. We had different meals however we both got lo mein. I woke up early monday with heavy stomach cramps, and in pain, unable to sleep. He was vomiting throughout the night with cramps, runs, chills, diarrhea. I believe that food safety is not a priority at this location. We won’t be eating here again.

Very nice Panda. The staff is friendly. The food is fresh. Restaurant is clean. They have a drive-thru. Plenty of parking. Much better than the Chinese restaurant thats almost next door. Plenty of ice and tea, unlike the one in Rancho Mirage. Highly recommended.

In a bad mood because it was 912 pm and closing was at 930 pm. They had put all of their food away and stared at me while getting off of my car. So I just decided to go to a different panda. They made me feel unwelcomed not caring that I wanted to order they continued to put the product away. Of youre hungry late at night dont go to this establishment. Didn’t think I’d have to add but the portions of the two entrees were not even a heaping scoop, if o would of known I would of left.

Worst Experience Ever!!! Abigail who claims to be the manager is very rude and Cleary uneducated. They rapidly messed up our order until we almost gave up completely. If I could give a review with 0 stars I would. Not only were half the items not prepared and ready at 8:45pm when they close at 10pm, but also I waited an additional 15 mins for an order that wasnt even complete. Gessel the counter person who charged us not only agrued back with us over our order but also charged us for the inconvenience and followed us over when we asked to speak to the manager. It seems Roccio the manager had a hard time controlling her staff member as she yelled at us for getting our order wrong. This is not the first time this location has failed me. Would never recommend!!!!

On a prior visit, I received 2 terrible meals (over $30 worth) and a manager Mayte, gave me two free meals. Said they would be in the computer. Hi. Just ordered from Panda Express on Grubhub. A few minutes after placing the order, I tried to add to my order ( a bottled drink ) and I called the restaurant to ask, was told no, could not add to order. In the meantime, the have been 3 notices that my order would be delayed by an hour. I called Grubhub to ask if they could call restaurant and ask about adding the drink, since it was going to be so much later than expected. Grubhub was able to reach the restaurant by phone and confirm that added to the order was No Problem. Cut to delivery, no bottled drink, and driver said he was told by girl at Panda Express No Adding To Orders - one thing for sure I Will Not Be Ordering From Panda Express Ever Again ✌🏽🖕🏽

Spend over $25 and 1 plate had 4 pieces of orange chicken as its entrée, the other plate had old and the lasts of the string bean and chicken breast . Terrible, I asked girl if she cud add more chicken to the string n chicken serving n she looked at me upset n added 2 little bits of what was leftover . Long story short went back to talk to Manger and no Manger on board there . Entrées are what we pay the most for I dont understand stand why they use the smallest spoon to serve said entrées, ridiculous.

90 degrees outside and the a/c was on full mode trying to reach 32 degrees I guess, we ate inside and my toddler was complaining about getting cold, end up sick. People enjoy the weather, no one will die of a heat stroke while 90 degrees outside. Food excellent as always, just keep the forks restocked, sad that you guys dont carry the raspberry iced tea anymore.

I’ve ordered from our local Panda Express a number of times since the Pandemic lockdown started. I’ve noticed that this particular Panda has started serving smaller portions that are not as well cooked as other Pandas. My last order of kung pao had few vegetables and seemed kind of bottom of the wok if you know what I mean. I’ve always thought of Panda Express as a good value. It’s not at this location at least.

Gisselle was wonderful! Fast, friendly, and attentive! She was quick to say hello, and offer samples. (Former panda employee speaking) while at panda I learned that you need to work as a team and when you see more than 2 people in line you need someone else on the front line. Gisselle did just that, while IVAN AND ALEX did not. They stood around joking while this poor girl helped a line of 12 people or greater. This makes me very upset because that is not what a team does. Gisselle, you were amazing! If this continues to happen I suggest you ask for a transfer to a panda that treats its employees as well as you treated your costumers tonight.
