On received says “half chow mein and fried rice, string bean chicken and teriyaki” as you can see NO chow mein on the plate, like 4 pieces of teriyaki. And food completely cold not even warm, and I just take 4 minutes to go home after make the purchase, first and last time to visit this location, if a get chance to put 0 stars I would.

I have been going here a few years off and on. Overtime the quality of the flavor has gone down significantly. The food is colorful and looks good but lacks flavor. Ive had a variety of items from there, the flavor profile has diminished significantly.

Normally, never any problems here but couldnt help but notice the difference in customer service. in a bad way. no offer to get fresh noodles but maybe own fault for not watching them serve it(mostly chopped veggies and few noodles) . and every other customer having to wait in line due to the cashier disappearing talking to the line chef about who knows what.might be awhile before i start coming back to this one.after one serving of noodles !

I wish they would cook their rice, it is always undercooked and dry. also their workflow is messed up there is always a bottleneck at the point-of-sale terminal and no matter how big it gets nobody helps the cashier.

I went here today for lunch and was greeted with the best customer service I could ever get at a Panda Express. To the young man who greeted me, keep up the awesome customer service. This location was on Centinela and LaCienega. You just dont get this kind of customer service everywhere. Loved it! I saw a bowl being made for someone else. It was Chow mein noodles with the Beijing beef on top. Ill try that next time. Looked very yummy. Thank you again

If i can give no stars i would. Customer service was the worst. And the food was nasty. I came in for 3 bigger plates. They had ran out of veggie rolls so the girl in the middle getting the food together told me it would take about 5 minutes. I said I would wait. Brandy P charged me and she was really helpful. I told Brandy I was waiting for some spring rolls she asked the manager and she said 5 to 8 minutes. They had not put the rolls to cook and I had already paid. Keep in mind there where 2 people ahead of me when the first employee told me 5 minutes. So I waited, about 20 minutes after I had paid. I asked the cashier that was no longer Brandy about how much longer and she gave me attitude. I told her I was waiting for two veggie rolls and I had been waiting for about 20 minutes I told her you first told me 5 minutes then Brandy said 5 to 8. She turned around and said I didnt tell you anything with a really bad attitude. Then she goes and gets two chicken rolls and through them at my hand. I asked to speak to the manager. I told her what happened she said sorry and that she would give me an extra order of veggie rolls for the wait. I asked the manager for the cashiers name and she said she couldnt tell me the cashiers name. I get home after about 30 minutes of waiting my food was cold and the chow mein was all veggies with hardly any noodles. This is a panda I usually go to because it close to my home. But to be honest after this experience I wouldnt be planning to go back.

I ordered food to go online and we t to ouck it up . There was a long line and the cashiers barely acknowledged I was standing in what seemed to be a disorganized line up of hungry confused ppl. It took a few minutesAnd someone finally got to me. I showed them the screen on my phone but my name was actually all I had to say . The Gave me the bag and I left. When I got home I realized they got my order slightly wrong . I wanted half broccoli half chow mean but .. I got no brocs. Also the fortune cookie was missing. Also noted that someone coming back from their vreak didnt wash their hands before returning to work . The food was like every other panda but it just seemed a little hectic in the restaurant and thats probably why my order was messed up .

I ordered a take out dinner at Panda Express at 6802 LA Cienega Blvd in Inglewood. It was rice, noodles, broccoli/beef and stringbeans/beef/red peppers. This last one on my plate didnt look fresh. But I ate it that night. The next day I ate what was left and my stomach did a flip. I was shopping and had to run outside and puke my guts out 5 times. It was so embarrassing. I am not going back there. They served me old, rotten food that should have been thrown out.

Dont go here. I came in at 10:10, they close at 10:30. By the time I got there they had NOTHING. The manager Michelle said they dont make food so they wont throw it away. There were 2 people in front of me and 2 behind me. They didnt even have enough food to make 1 plate. What kind of establishment doesnt have food 20 minutes before they close? They were in a hurry to leave. I drove 15 min away to get there and theres no food.

Norberto and his team provided top notch customer service!!!! Maxil and Marissa, and everyone were so kind, patient, and helpful to us during a super busy time (right before closing too!). My husband and I weren’t sure what we wanted and indecisiveness can be annoying at times but this Panda Express team kindly made suggestions to us with beaming smiles. I am very passionate about customer service and as much as my husband and I love to eat put at nice restaurants and try new things (we are foodies), we were just flying in from our of town and thankfully Panda Express was open on the way home from LAX. My point is, we have gone to “5 and 4-star” restaurants and the customer service wasn’t matching. So anytime I see hardworking people do their best to provide 5-star customer service in the fast food industry, I’m going to give them their flowers. I was prepared to make a good review when I stepped in and was awed at how crisp, clean, and hip this branch looked. But the experience sadly crumbled as the staff behind the counter (surprisingly more than your usual one or two max in other branches) prioritized the polishing of the stainless steel surfaces till they were blindingly shiny and spotless than get the line moving by getting orders. The credit card machine is ancient and requires a five minute wait before a transaction gets a response, and the wait time is awkward with the manager telling the cashier in a whisper you can hear two zip codes away to ask him if he has cash instead, its just eleven dollars! Then there are the servings that -- at least from the bowl I ordered -- is markedly less than the standard portions. I ended up having a horrible time at this beautiful, beautiful Panda Express.

I dont eat fried food as much, but I would say there is a variety of sauteed veggies at this location. The service was great, a few workers asked us servers like times if were being helped while we were waiting for the new mushroom chicken portion to be ready. They have some nice interesting drinks and the place seemed clean and well maintained.

Reason for my rating is that I’ve made multiple orders and every single time they take way too long and end up forgetting something. I had to drive 15 min back because they messed up my order and the best thing they wanted to do was just give me what I was missing and think that’s enough. Terrible management.

By far the busiest PE I have been to across the country. The staff did a great job of working together to get everyone served as fast as possible. The experience starts in the parking lot with a jarring sound of high voltage electric wires shaking with life. When you enter the clean and well kept panda you’ll notice no salad bar, freshly made tea area, or comfortable seating area. When communicating that you’d like “extra sauces” you’ll have to ask individually for the sweet and sour sauce, soy sauce, and there isn’t the green onion ginger nor spicy orange sauce available. Chopsticks and fortune cookies are hidden away and yes you do have to ask for both. William didn’t add the fortune cookie, maybe a store policy but still kind of sucks. Besides bad costumer service and no salad bar, food and cleanliness where to pandas standard, great.

Panda Express is a solid fast food chain. Theyre generally polite at this location and quick to offer samples. They can be slow replenishing food and theres often a long line, which is a plus and minus. Hard to give a chain fast food restaurant five stars and there is the speed issue. But I visit this spot regularly and would recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty, cheap meal.

Extremely dry fried rice, dry noodles. About 10 customers, versus six employees. But only one person serves the customers. All the other employees wash glass and tables. When the line goes out the door, more employees help. I have visited this restaurant over 50 times, and I can only remember 2 or 3 good experiences. When I ask why so few employees serve customers - you get this glassy eyed response that reflects a dangerous lack of awareness.I would avoid this restaurant, and order from an independent Chinese restaurant. The Panda Express is a major failure.

I was finally sick and tired of them always forgetting to put things I ask for, or they give very little. the wait is usually long because it seems like its always a disastrous mess with these people. Ive worked in a fast pace environment and when I see how bad their customer service is (forgetting things you ask for, taking long with only 4 customers in line) you realize how much time youve wasted and why you ever came to this location. its disappointing, they make working there look harder than it actually is.

I received a coupon for a free orange chicken bowl and I place the order online it showed a minus sign that my order is free when I check my bank account i still got charged. When I arrived to the location I explained to the clerk that I got charged for a free bowl. The cashier said I cant help you, I cant give you a refund and you have to go online to or call when I called the line constantly rings and go to vm. Im absolutely upset I dont want no more coupons just give me my money back and God know how long thatll take to be reimbursed. I go when I have lots of time to wait in line. No matter how many people are in line - they never look up at the customers. They let the line get longer, and longer and longer. Ten minutes after I am at the front, they ask me what I want.Its like a game to them, and they have this sarcastic grin when they notice customers getting frustrated. If there are 6 people behind the counter, and one person at the front of the line - theyll let the one customer wait 10 to 20 minutes. Thats how horrible the service is - and I think they do it intentionally. Perhaps if enough people post the truth - PE will do QC on their stores. This one is run horribly.
