Did you know that Panda Express created orange chicken for their Hawaiian customers?This Panda Express is in a centrally located area and has plenty of parking available. The food we had was just okay. I prefer the chow mein over the fried rice.

I had a bad experience, when I went to the Panda Express in Redlands, Ca. years ago…Because of this bad experience with the workers and the food, I’ve never wanted to go back to any Panda Express.. My son always encouraged me to try the Panda Express in Apple Valley, so I did..First of all I would like to say that the customer service was great..My server was so helpful, and patient.. All the food looked so delicious, and I the ingredients also looked so fresh.. I ordered the teriyaki chicken, and with my server’s recommendations, I tried the honey sesame chicken with steamed rice and noodles.. Also, the teriyaki sauce they serve is so good, thick and bursting with flavor, that not only tastes so delicious on the chicken, but on the rice and noodles too..My meal was absolutely delicious‼️ Yes, their prices are a little more expensive than some other places, but in my opinion well worth it.. I defiantly will be going back, to try the other delicious looking entrees..I would highly recommend trying this Panda Express restaurant, if you’re craving a delicious Chinese meal…

First time visiting this location. Restaurant was clean and the menu has been simplified. All the entrees looked fresh and we enjoyed what we ordered. Pretty good for a chain restaurant. Will go back when they get more new entrees.

Whatever you do...do not eat here. I just got over a food poisoning that knocked me off my feet. I ordered the 3 item combo with chow mein (chicken and mushroom pepper shrimp and orange chicken). My wife got the same except she did not order the chicken and mushrooms.The woke up the next morning not feeling to well, but I thought I will get over it. As soon as I got into the office, everyone said I looked horrible. My stomach was upset and i was dizzy. I left minutes after I got there. I got to my car and realized I couldnt drive. i slept in my car for 2 hours woke up and realized I had to get home. My work is in downtown LA so I had a drive to victorville. I didnt make it 10 minutes into the drive. I had to pull over and started throwing up uncontrollably. I got home and was in the bathroom for 30 minutes non stop throwing up and diarrhea. that went on through the night. it was horrible.

While the visit and food were good, its the after shock that got us. We got explosive diarrhea after eating the meal. This is not the first time this has happened either. So unfortunately we cant eat there as much as we would like too.

Conveniently located next to the 15 freeway. However, this location has on more than one occasion been skimpy on portions. Theyll feel the tray up with rice and then fill the little side dish areas in the plate with rice as well and then just put a little bit of whatever it is that you order on top so youre basically getting mostly rice

Been here many times throughout the years.I like the service, its quick, they usually have really fresh food as in its not sitting for long.Service is always friendly and quick.I cant remember if they ever messed up my order. Maybe they for a sweet n sour for egg rolls. Thats pretty much the worst thats happened. So theyre awesome.

I love Panda Express, dont get me wrong but this location has some of the most rude employees. I completely understand the stress and hard work of the fast food and service industry, but I dont understand being rude to customers without reason.We ordered our food in the drive thru, they had us pull to the front and they brought it out. We always check out order before leaving because most of the time there is something wrong. One of our plates was in a bowl and was missing the second entree, I went inside and the guy I spoke with said its all in the bag, he was rude, kept interrupting me and the second entree was stuffed into a small box, and the sauce was spilling out all over the bag. I told the same guy I just want it made correctly to avoid such a mess and again rude. They got it fixed but not in a nice way.Then there is also the annoying drive thru speaker process. Anyone who has been there knows they are so pushy. Every time you tell them and item they quickly say WILL THAT COMPLETE YOUR ORDER! after. Every. Item. I know that I speak for all of us when I say, we are more than capable of letting you know when we are done ordering. Panda Express Corporate, you need to send someone over there to watch the day to day and correct a few things.

Its almost like they count the pieces of meat that they give you at this place. The cost of the meal is not worth what you get anymore before they started franchising. Maybe Im guessing that this isnt a corporate store. Unfortunately, I was hassled about if I wanted to donate to the charity of this corporations choice. When I said no, I have my own charities that I donate to directly. I was then asked by the drivethru employee, if she could keep the change anyway to make it an even $9 that I would be charged. When of course my food costs less than that. I said NO, for the second time! Why be so darn pushy? To me Its a pathetic attempt of begging your patrons. Its sad and it needs to stop. Simply put out a donation jar like everyone else and leave it there. Asking more than once is desperate and who knows where all the money is going because Its not reflected in anyway on your receipt. For all I know, employees could be embezzling donations, who knows. I wont be back for this reason.

Im sick and tired of this place and the tactics. I just want a meal with the items I like, and I dont know if tgey do it on purpose, but they will get youe order wrong when you say no to the donation. They are pushy and cant take no for anAnswer I fonate all the time, but I select eho I donate to, They give you attitude when you say no. Or better yet you will have tge wrong order or you will get 1/2 the amount you are supposed to get. I truly hope that the management does something about this I am so tired of going to this Panda Express and having to deal with this issues every time I go I will now start looking at my order before I leave from now on and will definitely complain if its old or doesnt look right I should be able to get my moneys worth and donate to whoever I want.

The fiod is good enough, however how they run there drive though is amazingly unpleasant. You pay they ask you to pull forward and when they bring your food they dont bring silverware or sauces. And you need to wait another 3 and half minutes to get utensils. And then rhey still forget to add your teriyaki sauce.

When your cashier working last night waves 5 dollars in my face because I didnt grab the right bill and keeps flicking it in my ear. Can you say Glutamine and fatty acids. I thought I was eating healthy at panda Express, but I discovered their good nutrients in broccoli, zucchini and chicken get destroyed when they are stir fried in fatty acids. Shame.
