She only gave me 6 pieces of honey walnut shrimp lol. The portion was pretty stingy. I should’ve asked more but I didn’t want to be that customer.

Has anyone noticed or it just me???The food containers keep getting smaller and smaller at Panda Express. The portions are also getting smaller, too. I asked another server to plz add a little more fried rice.Becoming a rip-off. These employees think they own the place 🙄

Worst Panda I’ve been. The portion size is a joke, and the taste is horrible — you can definitely tell from how brown the celery is in the chow mein and how dark the eggplant is that the food has been there for a VERY long time, not fresh at all. And don’t even mention the taste.If you are really in the mood for Panda, go to the other ones jn Pleasanton, there are a couple of them around.

I like panda’s food! But the service is not good at all! Every time I order online, ask for napkins sweet souse and chopsticks, but they never put them in my bag! First time I thought it was a mistake but it happens every time! I ordered 5 meals, just gave me 2 fortune cookies ! When you ask for delivery they charge you for service! What service? They even don’t bother to read costumer requests!

I moved over to Pleasanton about two years ago and was pleased to see a Panda near by. Ive been to many other Pandas and know the food is consistently good. .So why is place soooo bad? Ive been here 4 or 5 times, and each time the food is terrible. Old, cold and dry; its not even close to being worth it. Go to a different location.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had. They never have food, seriously. Where does it all go? Maybe the employees are eating it, would explain the weight issues most of them seem to be having. 12 lunch rush you should have food ready to go.

I dont know what happened to this location recently but during my most 2 recent visits, they handed out so little food for my bigger plate, it makes me not want to come back here anymore. The fried noodles only filled up around 75% of the area where the noodles are put. This this most recent visit, they didnt even bother giving me fortune cookies. How cheap, and I sure as heck taking that survey that is written on the recipe to tell corporate how horrible this location is.

Just went there tonight and after waiting 20 minutes for my order the guy forgot our fortune cookies (my fav part) so disappointed. Still like this Panda but sucks when they forget something you orders even after you reminded them.

Their portions were very small. I got there ar 830 sign said that they closed at 930 but they were cleaning up and half the food options were cleared out only 7 options to choose from

The food is alright but do not order online from this place. They refuse to accept orders. When I ordered from them for the first time, they accepted my payment, but then spontaneously cancelled 10 minutes from expected delivery time.
