Their food portion is getting smaller n more money. Dont know how much money they need to give quality & quantity to customers.1/16/23 Monday fry rice, chowmein, sesame chicken, orange chicken taste good.9/4/22 Sunday very good location n most the time is busy. More options, good portion n reasonable prices. I had a chowmein, sweet fire chicken, Kung pao chicken with chicken egg roll, all were tasty.

Love the orange chicken and rangoons. As they have lots of people as this location, the orange chicken remains fresh as they keep cooking new batches every so often. The only downside is that they are kinda slow and seems they could improve on how they organize to pump out orders as fast as possible.

Orange chicken is always good. If you want brown rice instead of white rice, just ask for it. I call this place fake Chinese food, but I eat there for a quick lunch. Its often crowded, but service is quite fast.

Not much to say about the food quality, serving size, or service. All per Panda Express standard location. However I was surprised to see the dust on the beverage station. The counter was covered with fine dust. Everything else looked clean. Location was busy, but someone needs to pay attention to this as well. Forks and spoons are all at this counter.

I ordered three entree platter with chowmein noodles, rice, orange chicken, sesame honey chicken breast and shrimp. Food was overall okay considering the price. Also, I got the bigger portion for each order, but the chicken pieces were coated with way too much corn flour. Shrimp on the other hand was good though. No problem in trying this food for once in a while. But I suggest to visit a good Chinese restaurant for good Chinese food.

Located in the Crossroads plaza in Fremont. This location is very convenient, its next to various other stores, theres plenty of parking spaces. Portions are small, but food is good, however 😞 Jie your customer service was horrible, be nice!Not alot of people are fluent, or know how to order. The store was not busy during my visit, they are practicing safety procedures. I hope your customers service improves and perhaps then your rating will as well.

Slow 1 sometimes 2 filling orders. Cant keep up with the food. Waiting 7 to 10 minutes. No manager! Crazy 12:30 @ prime time and no manager. Cant keep place clean. Us they have no gloves or hair nets, maybe California doesnt require but really its a national chain, should obey the same rules as the strictest places they operate.

So the ice machine is broken, ok, isht happens. But when I dispense the warm coke into my cup, its completely flat, no seltzer, just syrup. And both flavors of ice tea are empty. Talking with the manager, she says we already told you no ice, and I reply that theres no carbonation in the coke, then she pretends she doesnt understand and just starts to ignore me. My experience at this location has been bad. Have been here 4x so far and it always seems that they are unable to deliver fresh food. The food tastes as if its been made a long time back. Other locations of Panda dont have that problem. Its not a one off experience as it has happened multiple times to me. Sorry, will pass.

Service was slower than usual at other Panda Expresss. They were out of Honey Walnut shrimp and spring rolls... They were not planning to make any more, just out. This is at 2pm mind you, not the end of the day. They dont sell potstickers. We ended up buying just chow mein, which was more cabbage than actual noodles. I tried to pay with a $20 on a $5 tab and they didnt have enough change. Didnt offer napkins or forks and didnt have any at the drink station. We had to ask and they gave us one at a time... If I could give less stars I would.

Only two stars because the food was not good at all but the portions were big. My chicken egg roll was cold and soft, so were my honey walnut shrimp(soggy), they gave me way more broccoli than beef and the beef sauce was watery at the bottom of the container. Literally the best place to get Panda Express! They make it so fresh! Its usually packed but totally worth it. I usually get the Sweetfire chicken breast and Orange chicken. They both taste amazing even when cold! I dont know how they do it? It doesnt lose crunch at all! However, I cant say the same for the beef and broccoli. For some reason when it gets delivered and its cold it tastes extremely weird..

Well this Panda Express is absolutely disgusting as the food tasted raw and after eating there; my stomach was sick. I work here and the food tastes great, although its not good for your health AT ALL. While some employees are polite, some are very, very rude. The managers seem cool though. Sometimes there could be long lines, and I mean, looooong lines, and because of those lines, most of the time the tables can be left uncleaned and its unpleasant to eat on those tables.

I would like to start off with saying that this place gets no stars, I ordered my food through Ubereats to be delivered around 8pm. They are open until 10:30pm so I didn’t order right before closing. My Uber driver arrived at the location and was greeted by a very rude and unprofessional employee named Leo who proceeded to tell the Uber driver that they didn’t have any food and then walked off . The driver confronted him as he was trying to get me my food which at this point was already an hour late. The employee Leo told the driver and myself to F off and cancel my order. I was on the phone with my driver trying to resolve the issue and was denied that by Leo. I was told to F off multiple times before a manager came and tried to calm the situation then proceeding to us that they only had brown rice and Teriyaki chicken available. How does a restaurant only have two items available two hours before they close and second why did they confirmed that they had my items in stock when I ordered in the first place. I personally went around the out of stock items on the app and picked things they claimed were available. As someone that is a manager in retail sales this is absolutely the worst customer service I have received as a consumer. If I had it my way Leo should lose his job as the behavior and language he used on a paying customer is very unacceptable. I recommend that no one goes to this location. You will only face verbal abuse and disappointment. I would recommend the Panda Express location off of Osgood rd in Fremont. That was the location I normally ordered from but lost the ability to when I moved. This was a very shocking situation.

I ate lunch here one afternoon and was disappointed in my experience. The serving staff did not pay attention to my order and messed it up. The cashier was slow in getting to my order.When I went to the self-service area for napkins, a straw, and fork, there was an employee chatting on his cell phone and was in my way. He did not seem to notice my presence until he picked a fork up off the counter and started to put it in the fork container. I was so appalled that he would do that for sanitary reasons that I gasped aloud. He turned to face me and I immediately told him dont do that! He dropped the fork, then resumed his conversation.I found a table and sat down, but the table was filthy!As I sat there eating, I noticed another employee come from behind the counter and also stand in front of the self-service area and begin chatting on her cell phone. Is that the official break area?! She eventually moved her conversation outside, and she was still there, on her phone, when I left.A few minutes later another staff member sat at a recently vacated table and also begin talking on her cell phone. This was a very busy part of the day, and some customers were unable to find a place to sit. One customer stood in front of that employee and just stared at her, but it did not phase her and she remained at the table.With inattentive staff, slow moving staff, dirty tables, and staff standing around blocking customers from doing what they needed to eat their lunches, it was very clear to me that employees spend more time on their phones than actually working.Not a place a care to return to.

Never going here again. A homeless man attacked a member of my family and gave us COVID. The staff didn’t call the police or help in anyway. Generally during peak hours there is a huge queue even during pandemic. To avoid delay for long queue they often cook food with less time, that sometimes its not in the standard. I felt most of the during peak hours beans are not steamed properly, food has almost no salt.
