“Manny’s” one of the chefs there who knows “how too” cook the original orange chicken!!!!Not to much glaze, it has it crunch..I had nothing but praise for the whole staff..but the chefs need to be qualified recipients and customers to know how they would want there food cooked. .Just saying! Thank you, for being in the area with such great staffers who cook for us .I’m delayed but this was a promised review after eating there this past Sunday. Return customer who’s usually a delivery customer. P.S.if all the chef’s cooked that orange chicken the way Manny does I’d give a 5-star rating, without a blink!!

Terrible experience. I ordered a plate each for my wife and I. my wifes order was missing an entre. I didnt realize this till I got home. they need better procedures to prevent things like this from happening. now I get to eat my cold plate since I came back to get the error corrected on her order. please pay attention. I payed 30 dollars for half cold food. extremely disappointing.

Ordered 2 3-entrees meals and egg rolls. Only came with one order complete, the other was missing two entrees. The 1 entree that made it in the 3 entree was broccoli beef. Apparently, broccoli beef doesnt use beef in the recipe anymore, just broccoli. You didnt have chopsticks. You just put it in the bag. So my 3 entre was broccoli and half rice and half noodles. Thank goodness I was really hungry and added the egg rolls, otherwise my 3 entree broccoli and rice may not have filled me up.

My fiance got food there Nov 11 around 7:20pm and when he got back to the car he told me he overheard convo of someone who looked to be management confronting employee telling her that she didn’t charge a customer for an entree and employee said she was sorry that she didn’t catch that and employee then had to pay out of her pocket for not charging a customer . That’s ridiculous and dumb! Employee if u read this I hope u find a different job with better management that’s absolutely ridiculous that u had to pay out of ur pocket for a small mistake anybody there can make . My fiance regrets not saying anything in the moment, so I’m now writing about it bc it has me very upset over this Panda Express stupid management ! Wish I had names atm, will see when I am able to go back to get names to report to higher ups .

Very friendly and fast service. Food was mediocre. Orange chicken was delicious as always. Teriyaki chicken was gooey and seemed undercooked, the noodles which I usually love were dry and tasteless and it was a fresh batch just put out. Sadly I threw half my food in the garbage.

Horrible. Just picked up my lunch from here. I ordered the steak and Shrimp. I got 2 pieces of steak and 1 piece of shrimp and the rest is potatoes. Smart idea for Panda to add potato to this side dish because then you can’t tell how many shrimp you get. Disappointing. And then they charge more for the surf and turf!

Ordered their new beyond orange chicken and they told me it was extra so yeah sure I was some with it and the portion was pitiful so I asked if I could possible get a bit kore since I’m paying extra anyway and they said this was a normal portion and the rest would be extra. & here is the “standard” portion for this “extra” itemUpdate: it’s the day after and now I’m sick from this. I usually never leave negative reviews ever but I am extremely upset about the fact that there was a large peice of plastic in my food. Right as I was about to take my first bite I noticed the cabbage was actually part of a plastic bag. This is disgusting and very unsanitary. I hope nobody else has to experience this.Edit: I called and they offered to replace my order. Thank you

My daughter and I stopped in last night to grab dinner to go. About 8:30. Many of the dishes were empty but they happily made up the 2 of the 3 choices we wanted. We waited for sting bean chicken and Mongolian beef. Orange chicken was available. Wait was around 5-8 minutes.Food was good. Beef was a little short on beef and heavy on red peppers. String bean chicken was exceptionally good.Chow mein was good. As usual we shared the 3 item combo and it was plenty for both of us!Staff was friendly. Place was empty.

Convince and clean all the time. People are helpful and great. This is the one I go to all the time when I have time. Do avoid crowd timing though. Between 130 to 2 oclock in the afternoon usually is the best time.

I wish I knew the name of the young lady that served my family. She knew her food and was so kind with my children and their preferences. We ordered a lot of takeout and she handled the order really well. I only ask what happened to the soy sauce? Now its all sugary, hardly savory at all.

Panda Express is a Chinese restaurant / fast-food chain for Chinese standards, including some health-conscious options. It’s one of our favorite restaurants in Rancho Cucamonga / Ontario for Chinese food. They have plenty of options like Kung Pao Chicken, Broccoli Beef, Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, Sichuan Hot Chicken, and many more. The food is good as always. The inside of this place is clean enough. The overall service is good and the price is also affordable.

I was on my way home from the mall and decided to stop here and grab dinner. I got the plate which is 2 entrees and rice or chow mien. I got the honey walnut shrimp (there was an upcharge of an extra $1.25 for this premium selection) and broccoli beef, and I choose to do 1/2 rice and 1/2 chow mien.There was a short line, but the service was efficient.The food was delicious for fast food. And $11 for dinner is not a bad deal. :)

I dont care for PE, they are so fake. Their noodles are dry and some of their entrees are so over thought that they are a mess! But thats not why Im writing this, I can get by because my grandkids dont know better and they like it. Also they were open! But the reason Im writing is the way the staff treated the family while we were there. They are supposed to be open to 9:30pm. We arrived before 9pm. They were already trying to close the dining area so they could swab the floor. The restrooms were closed and my handicapped grand child needed to go. The woman serving didnt want to allow the use of the restroom because they were closed. My wife insisted, (and when she insists people seem to just make it happen) so the young lady went and got the key to allow them in. If youre going to be open to a certain time then you need to be open to that time!

Normally this mall location is hit or miss. No free refills on the sodas here unfortunately. However, what will turn my four star rating into a five star review was that I went there when it was four minutes to clothing. Food was surprisingly super fresh, hot, and seemed like it was just made. Staff was very outgoing and friendly, maybe because they get to leave soon, but whatever the case was I will definitely be back.

Sean and his team are phenomenal. We catered 450 plates for a warehouse, he priced it reasonably, he arrived 30 minutes prior to delivery time, helped carry everything in, and accommodated our additional 50 add on plates at the last minute. Very clean on inside, they only allow 5 people at a time because of social distance. There is a recording outside that lets you know their, rules for this. The food is always fresh and hot, and if its not they will make it fresh for you if you ask. They are very quick and keeps the line moving. They have great customer service.

I do not understand why this restaurant is so reluctant to give soy sauce. They do not offer soy sauce on their DoorDash menu which is absolutely ridiculous. Every time my delivery driver has gone to this restaurant and asked for soy sauce they give the absolute bare minimum. I normally spend $40-$50 at this restaurant when I place my order. Soy sauce is a staple that goes with Chinese Food. Soy sauce is not worth it’s weight in gold. If you want to keep your customers happy then give plenty of soy sauce with each meal. If you don’t then start a different type of restaurant.

They were on top of it! Great and through service. The Panda on Limonite was overrun and short staffed so they were only doing drive-thru orders. Decided to come up here. Highly impressed that they were on the ball. We have a complex order, they walked through it like champs, really working as a team. The food looked amazing, the teriyaki chicken wasnt charred like most places. The kitchen area was well maintained. I didnt have my glasses so I didnt catch names of the staff, but it was between 7:45 & 8 pm. Impressed enough we may start making the drive up here to get Panda from now on despite the 7mile difference in distance.

Love, Love, Love this location. This is by far the cleanest Panda Express I’ve ever been to. The staff is always welcoming and they greet you. I’ve always gotten fresh food and sometimes had to wait for them to cook it. But no complaints whatsoever ever about that. If an item is running low, they will cook a fresh serving for you. It’s worth the wait. Excellent job.

Couple of weeks ago I had to wait for one of the items to be cooked for over half an hour, although I was upset, I didn’t say anything, but Vanessa (I believe the manager) recognized immediately that I have been waiting and without me asking or complaining she offered to make it up with a free plate for my next time.I went today and she held up her promise, she remembered me and did not charge me a thing for my food today.Thank you Vanessa for being very customer service oriented and taking care of me without asking. Im posting as a doordash driver. This place is unorganized. You dont get acknowledged at the pickup location and when you do they just forget about your order.Went in spoke with grace, a cashier who seemed new and she said she would check my order then 15 minutes pass and Im still waiting and she didnt get back to me at all until the manager Tin came up to me since she saw me waiting.She made the order asap and apologized but I let them know its not my fault if they are backed up because of a dinner rush technically restaurants are supposed to be ready with the food when us dashes arrive.Other than that same old panda just like any other place. I have been a regular client for this panda location for the last three years and I have never had something bad to say because it has always been perfect customer service until today the lady NAMED ASHLEY that was serving food was not serving the amount as always serve she was putting really small portion and I asked nicely if she could please add more since she is serving less than other. Tried the pre-order pick up. My order wasnt ready at the time it said. I ordered the orange chicken bowl with 1/2 rice and 1/2 chow mein, got all chow mein. The chicken was luke warm, chow mein was cold and very dry. Very disappointing I had the same experience 6 months ago, and thought to try it again. I just left Panda Express right now and I expressed that I had my wisdom tooth pulled and I couldnt chew much, I asked if they can put more beef than broccoli but mainly beef they said they would give me 6 pieces and charge me extra for more pieces. I got sick from eating here today... It was the only thing I had for lunch, and I got throw up sick about an hour later... These people leave out their food for too long. They need to get rid of it when its fresh. Enough of the 4 shrimps each, or 3 pieces of orange chicken, then that food stays out all day until its all gone... Went to the Panda Express at 9659 Milliken Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga and I ended walking out. I dont know when I have ever experienced such rude service. Apparently there is a certain place you are supposed to stand to order, although this is not marked. The girl that greeted us Alanie proceeded to take orders from two people that walked in after us. She then said oh you were standing in the wrong place. Then when I asked another employee Anna for the manager I was told he was on break and some one named Hugo came over. He said the manager was unavailable, although Anna had just said he was only in the back. On top of the poor service it appeared that they were not on top of keeping their food filled; most items were empty or close to being empty. As I said, I have never experienced such rude service anywhere. I doubt I will ever go to another Panda Express and especially not this one.
