Just did my survey online for panda and gave them such great grading until I went In today and had Putti ring me up. Everyone else is super nice but this lady doesn’t seem to stand by Panda Express culture which is providing great customer service. She had issues with putting my coupon in her system, which i understand, it happens, but the fact that when her coworker tried to help her do it she refused to try, Saying she had already tried and didn’t want to bother to accept his help. Not team player at all and simply rude!! This is not acceptable behavior, especially in front of customers Putti .

The employees here are super nice! We got two bowls and two drinks. Everything was tasty! They also gave me a free water cup...sometimes places charge for that, but they did not. The employees really made my day!

Worst place, watch out for the over charge. The lady at the check does not ask you what size is drink you want, she just automatically charges a Large so beware. She charges you first then pours the drink. When I saw them huge cups I told her Id she had small cups, only then did she pull the regular out from underneath the counter. She said she would change it but she did not offer a refund in price. She clearly saw that the drinks were first kids but still went through with the upsell. Also she kept asking for a $1 donation, and when I say no she then asked for 60¢ to round up to the nearest dollar. I also said no. I could not even see what charity it was going to benefit, so careful with this as well. Not going here again. There are better choices.

Orange chicken and chow mein from panda express after the best the best drink is mountain dew with ice on any day highly recommend panda express.I wish that they had more seats at panda express low calories drink to loose weight.

The man who was taking my order was so incredibly rude (his name was Patrick). There was a line of people in front of me ordering their food when the man called me up to order in front of them. The people in line began to yell at me, stating I was in their way/cutting. To avoid further getting yelled at, I took a step back to where I was no longer in their way. The man who was taking my order proceeded to yell at me and talk to me as if I were slow, saying When I tell you to come in the line, you come in the line. So now not only was this rude man, making me feel like a couldnt comprehend simple instructions as if I was stupid, was yelling at me, but the rude customers as well. I was on the verge of an anxiety attack the whole time when ordering and began crying once I got my food. This is the worst experience Ive ever had ANY where ordering food; the only polite person I encountered was the cashier (her name was Tara) . Honestly the most unprofessional place Ive been too. Not to mention the fact that I had to wait for them to make more of what of I ordered because they ran out for a good 10 minutes. // update: My friend and I went back to get a refill and the rude man that served me before was getting our drinks and called my friend sir... shes a girl.

Me and grandma waited 20 minutes for teriyaki chicken and we went to go check on food then they said 8 minutes and then we back to check again and then said 15 minutes and overall we waited 45 minutes.

Horrible tried to buy a bowl with orange chicken an they gave my like 4 pieces of chicken an all breading bits and pieces. When I asked for a small amount more chicken I was told no so they threw the whole meal away rather than giving a customer 3 or 4 pieces of chicken because I wouldnt purchase the bowl as it was.

They want to charge before you can even say you want any condiments which they don’t even offer you at all. They just walk away from you as soon as you pay and don’t give you a chance to speak. Not the greatest customer service which is why I didn’t donate this time.

She wear glasses does not have a good attitude at all, I think she is a manager there I don’t know how do they put her to this store as a manager!!!

Panda Express is an awesome place to grab some quick Chinese food. The orange chicken is outstanding, and highly recommended!
