Really good food, we always look for a Panda Express where we can find a eggplant tofu, and this is one that we found in a very long time and it was really good not all locations have eggplant tofu and this one is by far the best ones we had. Store was very clean but very busy location. Definitely I recommend this location. Employers are hard-working and good customer service.

Are there proper food safety procedures and training in place in Livermore and Panda Express?! How about foodborne illness? Hepatitis?! I witnessed an incident that showed a total disregard of hygiene and public health at this Panda Express: an employee working behind the glass shield (the only person who scooped the items for customers), despite the long queue, took her friends leftovers and used the tongs in the big pot of noodles to scrape off the leftover sauce and half-eaten noodles to a trash can. Then she used the same tongs to take more fresh noodles from the big pot and replenish new fresh noodles into the leftover/used boxes. She then continued to serve customers using the same tongs and noodles that touched customers used plates and leftovers. I called her out and she denied and lied. Tried to talk to a supervisor and was told none at the store.

Great friendly staff and clean place. Was busy when we went, but the line moves fast.Parking is difficult since it’s not patrolled and many park for the outlets.

Just had the best dining experience at a Panda Express so I’m going out of my way to write a great review.+Food quality was excellent+Staff were attentive and carefully packed food as if they were packing for their own family+Atmosphere was great with music set a right volume (not too loud)+Dining room temperature was literally perfect (A/C cranking at max volume) and inside was a cool 70deg while outside was baking at 95deg+Bathrooms were well stocked and sparking cleanThis is probably one of those rare moments I’ve had a fantastic experience at a fast food joint but, seriously, well done.

I never leave negative reviews but I need the restaurant to know. Ordered the family meal and the shrimp container appeared to have less than a spoon full. The shrimp was the main request for three people but after three took two shrimp there was none left. Cmon really? If someone orders a family meal the inference is large portions or at minimal, portions that at least fill the box. Did not come to even the half mark so the shrimp lovers are less than satisfied.

Went there just before dinner and they were empty. Barely had food available. Ordered and waited to be cooked. Never had this experience before at any other Panda Express.

Kelly helped me and was SO RUDE! This was my first time here and I will not being going back, I was asking about the different entree and side options and she was just laughing that I had questions. I will not be going back.

I want to give a shout out to the young employees, I came to the outlets but stopped at panda first and I have to say the way everything was cooked was fresh & excellent. A very nice and super clean Panda Express with great customer service and it’s really great you have a Bilingual employee that speaks Spanish.

The people are so friendly and cautious. Rhonda the Manager always welcomes you in. And trys her best too make sure you feel welcome. The food is always freshly made. A lot of time there under staff. But they try very hard to get you in and out as fast as possible. But if you have to wait its well worth it.

Good fast Chinese food to go . Only issue is the fried rice always seems old / crunchy i think they need to add moisture to it . Ive ate fried rice from other panda express & other Chinese food places an they were never crunchy like this place

If I could give it no stars, I would. I went in at 5:10 pm on a Tuesday afternoon, and they had nothing ready. All of their bowls were completely empty! I usually get a bowl with steamed rice and teriyaki chicken. They were still cooking the chicken. They didn’t have any Beijing beef, no egg rolls, 1 chicken roll and 4 other empty bowls. I ended up getting the rice with broccoli beef. Took one bite and tossed the entire thing. The broccoli smelled like it was going bad. Just turned my stomach. For a new store, this place is not worth it at all!

This Panda will take advantage of you. Asked for two items with rice, and extra item. Instead of giving me extra item in box that I wanted she added very little to my to go box, she knew she was ripping me off since they were low on item I choose. Doesnt feel good to be ripped off like that, dont go to this Panda Express, they dont care about you.

I work at the outlets and Ill try to get off early or close fast enough just so I can pick up a meal here. Ill make the long walk from my store on my lunch to get some. The mall has a chinese place but theyve been hit by the Health dept throughout the years that food posioning is well known amongst everyone that works in that mall! Staff is cool and friendly. I just wish they close a bit later in case I cant get out. I end up driving to the other Panda since they closer later than this location.

The orange chicken was very dry and hard and the Sprite tasted like carbonated water. Very disappointing, and Im leaving this review because this isnt the first time Ive had an unpleasant experience at this location.

I frequent Panada Express and this location has once disappointed me again. The fried rice was hard and tasted old and flavourless. I swear they refry the food from the day before. It is gross. Save your money and get McDonald’s.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. No matter what you order they will give you the minimum. You order a plate it looks half way eaten, get a drink ya someone must of drank half of it cause I sure haven’t. This establishment needs to improve their employees and management, terrible.
