Love that the staff mask and there’s a drive thru option. The service was extremely quick and friendly. The honey walnut shrimp was amazing but I didn’t love the kung pao chicken. The other negative was the temperature of the food which wasn’t as hot as it should be. Good serving size and comes with a lot of rice. Appreciated the extra soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce as well.

I know the service members work as hard as they are able. The cashier was super nice. The person who took my order did not listen to what I was saying at all. I asked for 3 entrees, got 2 and it was cold.

The food is amazing but as I was about to ask for some more hot sauce, this young gentleman with the cap closed the window on me. The food is good but not so sure about the employees. This is the only time I have ever had such treatment!

I went to this location a couple of times and their attitude towards me was very disrespectful, when I asked to girl wearing a black shirt her name MIRIA about the portion of the meat she was like thats what it is with a very big attitude instead of finding a solution for my complaint, then when the cashier was gonna charge me he was packing my food on the floor I dont know why, I asking why he was doing it so and then he said Im putting in it in a bag?, I asked him on the floor? Im very disappointed about this place, food I did not even eat it, I dont if he put something to the food when he was packing it on floor because he took like 10 seconds to do it.I would not recommend this place at all.

I was in Indio for jury duty and ended up here for lunch. As a vegetarian I expected some vegetarian options but surprised to just find some slightly sautéed Broccoli.. good for meat eaters and vegetarians are a after thought..

Went a couple times recently, chow mein was mixed with a bunch of stuff each time... bits of meat and who knows what else. Super greens too... brown rice is always nasty here and yeah drive through wont let you add anything and makes you pull out and wait. Went to pick up an Uber order yesterday and saw a roach crawling on serving containers and disappear into one. They just left it...

Lilia has a rude actitud. She asked me to move my car forward to the yellow stick and I didn’t hear her so I asked her what did she say and with a horrible actitud she asked me to move my car forward I asked her for her name and she pull her name tag up.. I wouldn’t tolerate an employee like that

The food was fresh and flavorful. My only disappointment was I ordered the steak and shrimp bowl. The show you a pic loaded with shrimp and steak. I get home start eating my bowl I realized I havent seen not one piece of shrimp. I continue to eat almost finished I found one piece of shrimp 🍤. I just realized I was cheated. Panda need to step it up and give you what you paid for simple.

Panda is always reliable. They have few keto friendly options, but the ones they have are delicious. We love their kung pow. String bean chicken, mushroom chicken and broccoli beef.Now if we could just get them to stop giving us fortune cookies when we say no cookies 😄😄😄😄😄😄

2 problems why Im giving this star a 1 star review:* Telling me it will be a 5min. wait for veggies and then I see there are 4 other cars waiting for their delayed food and I end up waiting about 20min.* Placing my container contents upside down so everything mixes together.I do not recommend this location if youre dying for Panda Express.

Not a regular customer but recently been coming and having issues. Either they dont have one or more items to be prepped in time and lack of listening to the order already mentioned twice if not 3 times.Reasoning for not having items ready to go is because they are slow. I guess.....Food still good though.

Made me wait 15 min when they said chicken would be ready in 6 min. Then they skipped me and served 2 other people before I had to to tell the female worker she forgot about my kids meal order. They can make the best food in the valley but once you treat you clients like crap everything doesnt matter. I would not recommend anyone to take their chances with these people.Ill rather drive an extra 15mins to get my food.

This is the first time Ive been truly disappointed in panda express. I got almost nothing but potatoes- I ordered the steak and shrimp and kung pao chicken- well they filled up both trays with steak and shrimp that is mostly potatoes- there were TWO SHRIMP and a few bites of steak and just a tiny bit of kung pao. They didnt even stir the freaking rice- I pulled an entire scrambled egg out of it. 10 dollars and Ive picked out enough potato and bell pepper to account for more than half of my entree.
