The lady at the cash register took too long for one customer. Therefore, the long wait in line. I ordered black pepper chicken, beef broccoli, sesame chicken, and orange chicken. The black pepper chicken had too many onions and not enough meat. Overall decent food for fast food.

I should’ve read the reviews of this place before coming in, but it was the closest I have from my work.Slowest service I have ever experienced in Panda “EXPRESS”. Three employees chatting in plain sight. More than 4 customers waiting to get serve and the cashier double different station by herself.It was not the cashiers fault she was doing the best she could to serve one by one.Please don’t come to this location especially on your break they will take forever to serve you and waste time leaving you no time to even eat properly.

Staff was uninviting, the rice was severely uncooked. When I went to return it, the manager said that because I ate the food, she couldnt give me a refund. I told her that I had to taste the food in order to know that the rice was not fully cooked. I immediately stopped eating it and returned to the location. I received more vegetables than the chicken dish that I paid for.

Its not a bad place to visit but also not that great either. Anytime I order kung pao chicken they usually forget the chicken part. Even though I order other chicken items with my bigger plate, for someone that may only order that and only gets veggies and crumbs a chicken this can be frustrating. There have been multiple instances where they failed to complete my to go order, but it does get resolved quickly. Since this is local Im not too picky since its quick,easy and accessible. I must say customer service varies by the day but not all are bad .

Its a hit and miss with this place. I usually dont have a problem with the food from here, but last time the chicken was too chewy, almost like it was raw. And also the beef tasted funny. I ended up with diarrhea and a stomach cramp at the end of the day.

They didnt have an item at the moment but the cashier have me an option to wait or he would charge me for a smaller size because it was only a little in the box. He also gave me a free drink for the wait. The line moved pretty quickly even though there werent that many people working. This place is good to go if youre in the area.

I went to get some food today Friday August 23, 2019 at 9pm right before closing time. They did not have many entrees to choose from but its okay I understand since they were about to close. One of the girls working there a really pretty, light skin, short girl whom I think was the shift leader since she was the only one with a black t shirt was extremely kind! I appreciate her kindness and she definitely knows her customer service! Give that girl a raise she stood calm under the pressure and did her best to keep the customers happy! Will definitely be going back!

I will admit that Ive never been a fan of Panda Express, but my adult daughter convinced me to give it a 2nd chance because she feels that Panda has gotten a lot better. They have! The ability to order quick Chinese food thats reasonably priced, tasty, and convenient is always an option when one wants a quick meal other than a burger and fries.

One of the better Pandas. 🐼 The dishes are usually pretty freshly cooked. The rice in the fried rice I think could be cooked longer, but I stopped getting the fried rice and instead I get half and half steamed veggies and chow mein noodles! Plus its healthier, try it 😉

I come here once a week and well, Panda is Panda. Very good tasting food. This specific location I closest to my current job site so I have no choice but its unfortunate that not all the employees here are happy to have a job. First, I have to say Rose is ALWAYS very polite and approachable. Always has a smile. Always courteous. She should teach the others customer service 101. And then theres Karen. Today I went in and she had the most straight, stale face possible. Right off the bat, she gave off a bad vibe and NEVER once smiled. Its unfortunate because some people wish they had a stable job but I guess Karen would rather work elsewhere. Im solely going based off of her attitude and her lack of customer service. She wore a black shirt as opposed to the red everyone else had on so Im not sure if shes of a higher position than the others because then if thats the case...then customer service at this location will suffer. Sadly. If it werent for Roses great service, this would be a less of a rating than 2 stars.

Uber eats, a convenience? It’s more of a gamble!!I live within 2 miles yet my food took nearly 1-1/2 hours to arrive. Of course my food was cold and partially stale. Not only do you have to pay 1) delivery, 2) service fee, 3) tip but also jacked up prices from Panda. I paid $60 for something that I normally pay $40ish. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

This is the worst Panda I have ever had...it tasted like it was dug out of the trash. I wish I knew my husband was ordering from this location ahead of time. We used DoorDash and to top it all off the person delivering looked like they were just released from jail and the car was parked in hell overnight. I am utterly disgusted and I will not use the service or this location again. Shame on the management, it needs a health inspectors visit.

Ive been to other pandas express restruants before, and this is the only one that has great customer service. Specifically talking about A woman named Rose. She is very polite and always having a smile on her face. Even on a very busy day she manages to keep a smile on. Great job!!

The large plate here is way too big for me i always have leftover. The chow neon is my favorite as a base although the fried rice is not bad. The Beijing beef is really good although a bit too spicy. The chicken teriyaki is really delicious.

The quality of Chinese food here is mediocre at best, not very fresh and not very good, however on the weekends its better because the more people visit the more the food is freshly made hourly. Had an hr drive home and decided to drop by the nearest panda express. Got my food and went to get the utensils - there was no spoons or forks. I asked her how about paper napkins - she told me they have a roll out there i should cut a pace off a paper towel roll ....... lol...unbeliavebleShe finished whatever was doing and started sweeping the floor ...... i reminded her that; i was still waiting for forks and spoons ...... she did not bother to wash her hands and got a box of utensils and stocked up the empty containers. ]I as shocked .... told her - will need to get my own utensils. Never seen anyone go from sweeping to handling food. She ignored me and went back behind the counter to serve another customers food without bothering to wash her hands.
