Panda Express in Chula Vista

Fantastic service at this Panda Express. One of the best stores we have experienced. Staff who run everything so efficiently with a smile. Edgar and his team are great. Lines are long but youll get your order within a few minutes!

Lines can be long most of the time, wish the location was a little bit bigger because the seating area is definitely small for the amount of clients. The food is always freshly prepared and hot always with a lot of flavor. Definitely one of the better panda locations would recommend don’t come if you’re starving because you’ll get frustrated on the wait.

I attributed 2 stars because the staff was rude, their customer service was non-existent. The background music is TOO loud, which makes it impossible to communicate with the staff members. They all automatically speak Spanish to you without bothering to find out whether you speak it or not, which I thought was weird. They dont answer questions and get irritated because you cant hear them well However, the food tastes very good and their orange chicken was crispy. I got the bigger plate with 1 main dish and three side dishes. I chose the teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, veggie rolls and I combined noodles with white steamed rice. Only go if you dont care about customer service.

Food was cold by the time I got thru the line. Had to wait on cooks/servers because there wasnt enough food on the line. The dining area was a mess and I had to clean the table before seated all the tables were dirty. And to top it off the food was awful. Not returning to this location. Broadway in Chula Vista.

The food was not great. It was ok. I bought a bowl with orange chicken and the flavor was not as close as they make it in other locations of the same chain. Also, the service was slow. Of course, they might be short staffed, but it could improve and be a bit faster as have better coordination to serve and to charge the food. It took me more than 20 minutes to get out of there. This was on a Wednesday around 8 pm.

My wife and I went pretty early...........just a little bit after opening time.............only the most popular dishes were ready...............but our food was good and fresh.............usually when you go that early not all of the dishes are up............but they do their best to keep food fresh and meet the business............slow or busy.............this location opens pretty early...............was nice to eat early instead of waiting or eating somewhere else

Customer service was very good. Just decided to stop in for a quick bite. The Good thing about chain restaurant. You can count on them being very similar. Its exactly what I wanted =) The price is not bad. And This is the only time I have been to this location. But I would not mind going there again. The only down side is that it was a little small. Also Sorry did not take many food pictures this time around.. only the kids meal i bought my little girl. Was chow main and Grilled chicken, no sauce, (this is the chicken they use for the teriyaki chicken, which is what I had).

Came in and got my lunch. Honestly it was quick, however i love the fortune cookies. I was really REALLY dissatisfied and disappointed upon discovering that my fortune cookie was STALE. Please throw away cookies that go bad rather than giving them out for PAYING CUSTOMERS. Just overall disappointed.
