Every time I eat here is always a great experience. I love this panda, they are very friendly and helpful. The food is always delicious and hot. The dining area and restrooms are always clean.

Ordered family meal with eggrolls. Had to wait about 20 minutes. Asked when I got order if eggrolls were in bag, she said yes. Got home about 25 miles away, No Eggrolls! Wont go to this Panda again!

Made reservations for a big crowd (15) servers did not skip a beat. Well trained staff, hats off to management. Food was amazing drinks were well made. Mariachi was outstanding. Highly recommend for any occasion.

Dont know if the person was new or just doesnt like working here but they shoved 5 boxes and an appetizer into one single use bag instead of a family meal box, smashing it. They got the order wrong, and had the appetizers sitting out on the counter instead of keeping it on the hot plate, letting it get cold and soggy while they took 10 minutes preparing the rest of it.

2nd time ordered beijing beef and again had to wait for it to be cooked. Also ordered FRIED rice and received brown rice. My husband HATES brown rice. If we cant taste the plant based orange chicken how do we know if wed like it??? Also this location does not have a drive thru.

Bad customer service. No one takes care of online orders and they are not ready ahead of time. I had to wait a good while for them to get my order ready. When I got my order the fried rice I was given was hard and not cooked. I had to throw it out. What a waste of money.

The employees at this location are very low class and have no desire to work. Had to give up and walk out because the girl with the drawn on eyebrows couldn’t get the order correctly because it was more than 1 item. Will never go back to this location.

Terrible customer service. I when to pick up my online order and they lost it. When I asked if I can just reorder it, the lady said sure with an attitude and rolled her eyes. I had ordered the family meal, which on the app is 20$ but in person is 40$ so when I asked for it she said it was still 40$ do I left. The whole time she had a snarky attitude as if I had done something wrong. Go down the street to the Panda by the Walmart. Much better service.

Just went to This Panda Express I ordered 1 item, they got it wrong. The employee was being sarcastic and said Thank you when she suppose to apologize and just correct the order. Bad customer service. People need to be more humble and respectful. When your wrong accept it and fix it thats it.

Very rude people. I order a large entree and they got my order wrong. I did not notice until I got home. So I called to ask if I bring it back would they give me the right order lady said no not with out a receipt. Even though I was just there not even 15 minutes have gone by and they still would not unless I had a receipt. That is not how you handle customer service. I just wanted them to correct it

Decent food when its fresh. Employees are generally polite and helpful, although they can get snappy under stress. Restaurant is clean and in good repair. Typical fast food. Nothing wrong with it if thats what youre looking for.

My family and I went in this store at 9:15pm on Friday April 30th and the girl working at the counter wasnt happy to see a customer she told us that the kitchen was closed and the only available food was what they already had out. There was no food at all so we decided to leave. Not sure why the kitchen would be closed 40 minutes before closing time with no food out for customers.

This panda is okay, but I prefer the other pandas around town, they usually have much fresher food. Staff are nice enough. nothing really personal they just dont get the volume of customers so they have less food being maid.

This location is consistent in quality when you really want Panda Express. During the busy times (lunch and dinner) there will usually be a little wait but the food is always fresh and exactly what you expect from Panda.

Panda more like Pandemic.Worst experience choosing this place to chance eating out for dinner after the stay at home was lifted. OMG, they gave our food to another guess, setback our order, the steak tasted like a foreign meat, and the food gave me diarrhea. Sorry, but not sorry. Im done with Panda. Oh, failed to mention the server (an oriental lady) was in the food container areas with her open purse digging. SMH. Im not happy. Feeling ill.

I ordered a family meal from panda I always order from until today my son was eating the fried rice and there was a piece of nail in his food he said look a piece of nail so we stopped eating and call the manager to this place and she said she won’t give us a refund unless I take it in person my wife just had surgery and that’s the reason why I am not leaving her the manager was very rude though said she can give me a refund only for the rice but I need to take it in this was so disturbing and gross 🤮

Their vivid set up ie extremely inconvenient, I had to stand on the hot sun in a mask because they only let one customer in at a time even though there is plenty of room for a socially distanced line, and they were stingy with my food and the quality was lacking.
