Ordered Family Meal... Chow mein noodle was really tough, undercooked. Broccoli beef was all broccoli with tiny bits of beef. The rest of the food was good, specially the honey walnut shrimp. The place is clean.

Julieta was so kind and helpful! she welcomed us with a smile and had the ordering line under perfect control during the busy lunch hour. She made sure that each food item was fresh and prepared asap, and gave a great portion of food.

This is a busy panda express, but the employees are on top of it! Theyre friendly and very hardworking constantly preparing fresh food entrees after the rush hour crowd comes in, only to catch up for the next wave of hungry customers. Recommend this location for its friendly service. Surprisingly they still had coca cola products when I was there, usually panda express locations run out of those drinks by around this time(4:00pm)

My plate is suppose to be rice with veggies, Kung pao chicken, and spicy orange... this is what I got for almost $20. This location is Manteca by Costco, there was a trainee girl, when I got home and saw my plate I realized that she gave me the bell peppers and veggies from another dish.. instead the steam veggies.

My wife placed the order over their website, and when I got there they asked me for the name, after I gave them the name they asked me for the confirmation/receipt which I didn’t have, I asked them why it’s needed they replied “ because it’s a big order “.After I got the confirmation/receipt they asked for the name again 😳I was like: 😵‍💫seriously 😟Then, the guy brought me one bag and said “ here’s your order “I looked at him strangely and kept quiet and waited, then .. another worker brought another bag and placed it next to the first bag and said to the other worker: this is with the same order.😕🥸, 🥳 waaw 🚀It took me about 20 minutes to pick up the order ☹️But the food was good.

Was in this panda express on December 7 at 11 oclock in the afternoon.Made a big order for 5 people.The unprofessionalism of the staff of this particular place surprised.1. It was lunchtime, but they didn’t have many dishes. They just didnt cook them. We wanted Angus steak, but the staff member said it would take 30 minutes to cook!2. At the checkout you can usually buy juice from them. But not in this store. The seller could not find the juice, and when he turned to the shift supervisor, he answered something dissatisfied with him, but the juice was never found.3. What a surprise it was when I brought the ordered to my colleagues at work and we wanted to start eating it. The seller did not put the forks in the packages! They always put the forks in the bag, so I never even checked it because I was sure the forks were in the bag.

This was one of the busiest panda express locations I have ever seen. At 2:30 inches afternoon, the line wrapped around the inside of the restaurant. People were polite and patient and the staff were working at top speed. Excellent service under the circumstances. Only complaint was the wait.

Terrible service. One hour before they close they have nothing left on the hot plate to order a full meal. Only their premium steak (which looked like it had been sitting for a few hours). Employee refused to offer that at no up charge even though they were out if everything else. Finally they offer to open up fryer and kitchen to make food but it’s going to take 20 minutes. Why does this place say they are open until 9:30PM if there are no food options past 8:30PM and are unwilling to accommodate the customer. Will never come back to this place.

Have been eating here 3 years with my family every week. lately they do not fill containers up when ordering .not sure if it’s because they don’t see my face in person or what. make you pay extra and only give you half the food not cool. don’t order family meal you get the same amount of shrimp on a 2 item plate. This one in Stadium center has to be one of the lowest performing Panda Express in the chain. Always out of food,tables are dirty,very small portions. We go to Panda approximately once every three weeks. We always try this one first because its closest to home but lately we go inside look at the hot trays and most of them are nearly empty. Always same answer we can cook more just take 12 to 15 minutes. At 5:30 at night they ought to have the popular items ready to sell. Another time we went in at 8:15 on a Tuesday night was told we arent going to cook anymore because we close soon. Hours on doors stated that they closed at 10pm. Most of the time when you do get food you have to go ask for a wet towel to wipe down your own table. Instead of them offering to do it.This place really needs to be mystery shopped by corporate. Thankfully their is another Panda in town that usually has way better service even though its much busier being its location and proximity to other restaurants.

Here’s my honest review:We went here for a quick lunch after shopping at costco. I ordered orange chicken and rice .Also kungpao,chicken,chawmein and chicken enrolls. The egg rolls tasted like overfried lumpia and i could only taste vegetables; barelely any chicken. My orange chicken was VERY crunchy and was pretty burnt. The tables were very dirty as well. Over filled trash that no one replaced, the tables and chairs had food on them that no employees made an effort to clean up, as well as many flies bc of the dirty place. What a waste of $20+. I could have easily gotten lunch at starbucks, wich doesn’t even have that much food! Thoroughly dissapponted I would have given no stars 😕 -Sunday November 24th

They leave their trays almost empty until someone places an order. They will tell you 3 minutes and make you wait like 10 to 15 minutes. I know it was 3 PM but you still get enough business to make sure all trays are full and fresh. Eventually, you will lose business. No one wants to eat chinese food sitting on the buffett line for one hour thats been shriveled up in soy sauce. We want fresh new food when its time to be cooked and ready and not when I walk in and request it.

Two stars due some selections, not filling their trays when almost empty, and making customers wait. Constant changes of cooks dont add to the consistency. Try the orange chicken in hometown buffet in Modesto, and this place, and that will tell you everything. My wife, whose Asian, could not eat it, too spicy, and too much breading. Terrible service, they had no change. I buy takeout and they dont put any kind of sauce. Besides, they tend to you worse than if they were giving you food.
