This spot is OK. The Beijing beef is dry, the orange chicken is somewhat bland and hard to chew with some burned edges. The honey shrimp is terrible, the breading is falling apart and its not even sweet at all. Chow mein and fried rice is same for all spots. Teriyaki chicken is good. Overall its OK to go to this spot but I recommend to avoid this and go to other locations because the cooks are not really good. Quality is not the same compared to previous locations I have went to before. Employees are kind and welcoming however, very conducive.

I love how the service is, the staff is very kind and helpful. I had Francis help me with my order and she was served us good and didn’t give too little food like most places. The place was clean and the food is fresh. I recommend the mango watermelon refresher. The only complaint I have is the parking.

To be honest I didnt plan to leave this review but got Food poisoning from the food.Had a granola bar for breakfastHad Panda for lunch, by the evening I didnt feel OK enough to eat..By late night I was no ok.. nearly a week later Im slowly feeling better.By any means my immune system is strong, and havent had food poisoning in a decade.Not sure if it was the food or handling.. Its just soo bothersome I cant eat normally still. Tired of toast and plain potatoes.Be aware.

I hadnt been here in a while and noticed that they made the orange chicken spicy now, I was very sad.I placed my order online and got a 3 item plate of orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp and beef and broccoli as the third item.When I got the food, the beef and broccoli was in the small box and had onlt 1 single piece of meat on top. I then emptied the box and noticed that all I got was a bunch of broccoli. Not nice!Idk if they were low on beef or did it because I was not present to view the food being packaged.

The staff is exceptional. We were frantically looking for my sons ipad. I called them and they were holding it. Super grateful to know there are kind people in this world. Amazing service! Walked in to pick an order up and it just was a different vibe! Such a friendly place to eat and for takeout! I noticed that the employees were just genuinely nice to all the customers. One worker was juggling dishes and looked like she was really struggling and still managed to be genuinely nice to the next customer she attended. I look over and they are smiling and laughing. When the employee, who seemed to be the manager, handed me my order, she was so friendly! No doubt would definitely recommend to anyone who is planning on going to get some panda exp, even if its farther!!! Even though it was a bit busy, they still managed to provide excellent service and quickly too!!! GODBLESS ALL!!!

Maybe they listened. I was outvoted and we ordered ahead, ironically they dont have your food ready, they have it listed and you tell them your did a phone order, give them name then they start to make it. We were lucky no one else was there so it was fast. My last review there has been way too much sodium, but today it was a good meal. I had a bowl, brown rice, chowmein with mushroom chicken. My niece and her husband had some of the same items, they enjoyed them. Husband had fried rice, orange chicken and Beijing beef. All were delicious today, not like Gourmet 88 in Burbank, but it was good.

The food is ok, but if you order via internet not believe that your order will be ready in 10 minutes. Mine took over 40 minutes. The spring rolls were ready in 10, so they were soggy after 30 minutes steaming in the styrofoam box.

Very friendly staff, the older ladies who work here are very nice. Can get quiet busy and slightly noisy at times, overall great food and service 😌 Will definitely be coming back again even thoe its further from my house.Also the bathrooms are regularly cleaned, everything is in order from toilet paper to soap. Very clean store in general ✨

This place usually has good fresh food. Every now and then its saggy but for the most part its the freshest panda in my area. but sometimes Ill go in with over an hour left before closing time and they will be low or out of some items and they refuse to make more. So I either have to pick something I dont really want or leave👎considering that my one meal costs as much as they make in an hour they should wanna make that money for thier stores owner not to mention make a paying customer happy.

I placed a 5 plate order through online and after I went to pick up my order and asking the young girl if everything was in there since they tie up the bag and place a sticker on it so if makes it harder for you to check it she saidyes. After getting home I notice they forget 1order and after driving back and letting them know they missed one they just said oh we did, they didnt event apologized. Once I got home and opened up my box the servings were smaller as usual. I would have thought since they screwed up my order they would take care of you by given you a little extra. It seemed they gave me less for telling them they screwed my order. Make sure to double check your order before leaving the parking lot.

The staff were over worked. It seemed stressful for them. It wasnt really busy but you could tell it had been stready... non stop. We had to wait for egg rolls, then our order was placed by the door as if it was a pick up. By the time we figured out it was there, our guys was cold. No condiments, one cookie. Oh well, everyone had their days. Maybe management should look into an extra employee to give these hard workers a little help. We all know its good food and good service. One more employee would help everyone.

Went to pick up 2 orders for uber eats. And I waited over 30 mins and when I asked to speak to the manager, she was very rude and kept telling me that order had been handed out a while a go. I kept saying its impossible cause I have been right in front of the restaurant for the past 30 min and seen how the new girl would work on it but then would go and do other stuff. On top of that I had the chef laughing and making comments about how now customers want to beat them up... non were apologetic.

There was a line outside but it moved pretty quickly. When the line began to get held up, an employee was sent out to take orders so when we got inside all we had to do was give a slip of paper containing our order. And they were willing to make adjustments once you were inside.

I love this Panda Location. The service Ive had here is stellar, the food is a mainstay in my diet these days and I just wanted to give a thumbs up to the staff there. Great service is hard to find these days and I find that the staff here should all get a fat raise. Also, the food quality is consistent and if I feel the menu item Id love to enjoy on that day looks less than fresh, all I have to do is ask for a fresh batch and they happily prepare it. What other restaurants EVER do that?? I love this place and the staff here are friendly and hard working. Honestly, how Panda does business here should be a working model for other fast food chains. Assistant manager tonight was very rude, did not greet me, made me feel as if she did not want to help me or be in the store. She did not offer any samples, messed up my order and when I tried to correct her she put the plate down and walked off. The young woman at the counter had to apologize for THE ASSISTANT MANAGERS behavior. This place needs to hire people with way better customer service skills especially for the managers who should be leading by example. The food was good but probably will not return due to the service.

Well the food is usually good but when they run out of white rice for the fried rice, they use brown rice. It has happened twice to me. The first time I chalked it up to a bad night. Then it happened again. I called and they said its brown rice and they wont replace it. I guess she doesnt feel the need to tell anyone. By the way the rice made that way is mushy and bad. Kids wont eat it. Hopefully theyll fire the person making those calls.

The way they are doing your order is very slow & the cashier(Martin N.) got the order wrong! We ordered Orange chicken but he rang up Grill Teriyaki chicken so our order was wrong but I checked at the tables outside in the dark and returned it before we left the store at about 8:10 pm 5/21/10 you need to work on how you do your ordering he read it back to us correctly but it was wrong!!!

Their customer service is not as good and friendly as it used to be. Usually I order at least 5 plates every time I come here, and I always have to ask for extra teriyaki sauce, or any other sauce (soy or chili). Today I went and ordered 8 plates, I only got 4 teriyaki sauces, and when I asked for more they said those were enough. I felt like I shouldnt be asking for any extra sauces or condiments when I have just ordered 8 plates and 7 of them had chicken teriyaki. Awesome customer service, always asks if we would like any samples despite the fact they have seen me so many times, always have a smile and knows how to manage a long line, so Im never too impatient when i see a line to the door. Their food is always cooked fresh and even asks if we would like to wait for the fresher batch. And when we do wait, they have always given me a free drink, just for choosing to wait. The food is good. I always order the grilled teriyaki chicken on the uber eats app. Tell me, how can you have grilled chicken teriyaki without the teriyaki sauce??? Wouldnt that just be grilled chicken? They never answer the phone, so im left with leaving this review. Is there a teriyaki shortage that i havent heard about? People who come there to spend their hard earned money need to be satisfied and should leave your Resturant with satisfaction rather than regret that they spent their money at the wrong Resturant. Panda has good Chinese food. But its more on the fast food side than it is on a wholesome meal side. Anyhow, this Panda lost a star because of the lines. They should be able to adapt at busy times and have two people taking orders and get that line down quickly. Once people have their orders then they can go sit. Simply writing a name on the container easily ensures people get the right order and asking for a name always makes an impression.

Totally bummed I have to report only 3 stars with tonights dinner. I gave 3 stars and not 1 because the staff was trying hard, very stressed out and was buried with customers out the door. They were out of all food the whole time I was there . Our food sat there uncovered getting cold until my wife just picked something they did have. I ordered my food to go I traveled back to my office only to find that there is no fork in the bag. I called the manager on duty and he informs me that the forks are by the soda machine I said I didnt order a drink why would I have gone by the soda machine? I told him I had to travel 10 minutes there and 10 minutes back to the office and would have to travel 10 minutes back to get a fork because they failed to put one in with my TO GO order. I asked him if there was anything he could do for me like a free drink or a discount on my next lunch? His response was no he wont do anything like that and that it was my fault for not knowing where they keep the forks. I told him I would call corporate and write a review he told me Go ahead I can do what I wantIf he would have been more compassionate or at least tried to make me happy I wouldnt be writing this review however this individual was so rude and matter of fact about the situation, he offered nothing to resolve the issue.I will now never eat at not only this Panda but at any Panda express as long as I shall live and I will tell everyone I know not to eat at that particular Panda and encourage them not to eat at any Panda. I actually got sick the last time I ate at Panda so that coupled with poor obnoxious service, Im done with them. There are a plethora of Chinese fast food restaurants I can eat at I dont need them thats for sure.

I have not tried everything there, but I been many times to order my usual. It is very delicious, but I dont like their chowmein, compared to the chowmein I use to eat in Whittier. The chowmein in Panda Express has, in my opinion, a rough texture and its taste is okay.

Usually Panda is known for being all stingy with its serving sizes. (They wont hook it up/pack the plates) Go during lunch/dinner hrs. Lines will be longer but food will be fresh and hot. Oh and parking sucks. The food is always good. Orange Chicken is tangy on the spicy side with crunchy exterior. Chow mein has way too many onion, cabbage and sprouts over throws the noodles. Seating inside is tables of 4 ppl max. So if your party exceeds that just order to go.Idk if its still open but my favorite place was in DOWNEY over there by Mothers (w.i.c. grocery store) on lakewood blvd. Across from the downey landing(steward and grey). In that corner plaza. They do it right. Panda should take notes.
