Its been a long time since Ive had Panda Express. Ordered 2 item combo to go...Double Steam Rice/Double Orange Chicken.Food/Taste was slightly below average.This post is more about the price increase. Panda Express 2 item combo went from $10.84 to now $11.28 for same slightly below average Orange Chicken.44 cent increase...not cool.I can go to Trader Joes (which Ive done), purchase Jasmine Rice and Orange Chicken for around/same price and the quality/taste will be just as good if not better than Panda Express.November 17th 2023 is the last time I will eat at Panda Express due to price increase (again) and quality/taste of food.Again, slightly below average.

That was the most dysfunctional staff I’ve ever witness from Panda Express. I’m clearly first in line with half the food in the box, but then I get forgotten and multiple people start getting served before me and then they didn’t even complete the order, and the cashier couldn’t even understand that I purchased a bigger plate and a small ala carte box. Like the incompetence was insane and so cringey.

Rude employees/Poor Food Quality/No Customer help - especially the heavier lady with lots of makeup (Older Latina Woman). Seems like a lot of the other reviews are concerning her rude behavior & I can attest to that. She is EXTREMELY rude & does not know how to do her job. Btw, her favorite comment: “I didn’t handle it, so that’s not my problem.”Rundown:- I ordered “Family Meal” via Mobile App- Picked up my order & noticed the items are COMPLETELY WRONG despite the stickers added.- Called the store to see if I could receive minimal refund for the incorrect items, but was HUNG UP on the call MULTIPLE TIMES. (Side note: I was respectful as much as possible as I do not like aggression)- Returned to location to receive help, but received “That’s not my problem.” instead.- Had to communicate with a separate employee on the side & he was able to help. (Despite hanging up on me over the phone multiple times)- Received the correct item, but WRONG SIZE.- Returned to the allocation AGAIN & had to request help again.All-in-all:- Save yourself money, time, and stress by avoiding this location.#rude #inconvenient #timewasting #lackofsupport #disrespectful #poorquality #poorservice

Nice location in the marketplace plaza in Marina Del Rey. This Panda Express is clean and quick. Located near a couple hotels, movie theater, grocery stores. Plenty of free parking so dont worry about having to pay. Check it out!

For a takeout it was great. Prices are within reason. Many places in the area are way too pricey. The place was really busy but the employees smiled were friendly and very efficient. The location to me seems a little tucked away so I was surprised how busy it was. Food was fresh and hot I suppose being super busy the food doesnt have a chance to go cold. A little bit of a wait for a pickup order but nothing unreasonable. Id definitely return.

Very unsatisfactory, I order online. I ordered the Bigger Plate with Chow Mein, Black Pepper Angus Steak, Grilled Teryaki Chicken and Broccoli Beef.The container contained mostly all chow mein. There was a couple of pieces of beef and a few little strands of broccoli stems. Shame on you Panda Express Glencoe location, Marina Del Rey. I work hard for my money. This was a money grab by the franchise owner. These are hard economic times for us all. This does not entitle you to cut corners and not give your customers the food that they paid for and fill their container with your carbohydrate filled, cheap side dish. I should have received 2 egg rolls but only received 1. Maybe you are thriving with this business model. I don’t know about others but this will never work for me. Shame on You.

Seems decent. I dont know if Id consider this to be ultra cheap (single dollar-sign symbol), its more like 1.5 - 2 $s. Staff are friendly and efficient for the most part. The only bottleneck is them handing you your food only for you to have to hand it back to the cashier so they can bag it.Place is mostly clean, with some trash in places that are frequently occupied. The floor does look very warn-out and could use a polish or an upgrade.

This location is great however it doesnt feel very clean the entire restaurant eating area just feels like its 60 years old and its hasnt been cleaned since then. However this isnt true faith to keep it clean but it does didnt feel plane. Also the food doesnt look very fresh Ive eaten here before a few times and had to ask for my money back several times.The only good thing about this location is the outdoor seating.

The Panda is always good; we went yesterday and got the family meal special to go. We had three entrees plus a rice entree and noodle entree. Plus, they threw in the vegetable egg rolls for free. All was very delicious and I will go there for a repeat very soon.

You flowed every other customer before her, even gave other customers who ordered ahead their meals before us, and even had the audacity to thank them for their patience. After 40 minutes of waiting, we were left with our meal as the last receiving customers and no humbled apologies, and my loved one left feeling disappointed and frustrated as the staff turned their backs.Having a big order to work with and were behind because of covid19 is a garbage excuse to treat a customer horribly. Re-train staff on customs and courtesy. We will not be giving this location business again, and we will be bringing this issue further up with higher staff.

Panda Express is one place I would visit often, especially when youre short of time and cant decide what to eat. Theres way too many dishes to choose from and theyre all delicious. The price is very reasonable for what you get and most are steaming hot, just freshly made. Even when theres a long line it moves pretty fast and the servers are cheerful and very nice.

The Chinese food is okay but when I tried the other side I was disappointed. When I ordered some guacamole it tasted bland.
