The portion sizes are the best part. They keep packing the food into your box as much as they can. One adult meal is easily enough food for two but we come for my daughter who loves their orange chicken. The video clip I took was for my daughter ordering her meal, she also received a child size soda (we get a bottle of water) and dessert, they give a fortune cookie and chocolate chip cookie.

Worst customer serviceI Love Panda express but....The staff at this particular location is extremely slow. They need a lot of training.Ordered lunch there...First they didnt have anyone available to take the order because the lady at the counter was busy setting up the app on her phone.After another person came from the kitchen n took the order, the same girl at the counter was having hard time counting the $ bills to return to a customer out of $20.I end up leaving the restaurant after wasting 25 min of my lunch time......They need to work on customer service at this location.

I have order to pick up and the manager name is Gina tell i need to be waiting for and other 10 minutes is good. But after the 10 minutes she continues served the new costumer and she let wait for 30 min when ask again she said I need to replaced my items

Super good food. I always get the grilled teriyaki chicken or the orange chicken. Definitely would recommend. The overall environment is ok. There are many different people of all ages and on the lower level there is a play area.

My sister and I ordered orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp and when we were eating the chicken we noticed the chicken was raw in the middle. We asked the manager for a refund and she said they don’t do refunds we could either get a new plate or take a coupon. At this point we lost our appetite and didn’t want it anymore. I will never eat at this location again.

The worst location Ive ever been. Whomever cooked the food must have been new to cooking or at least didnt follow their standards. Some of the dishes made were not standard compared to other locations. I would have thought it was simple enough to make but my assumptions are now wrong and I have greater appreciation for the Panda Express cooks that make it correctly--Ive been taking it all for granted! And the one staff person at the counter during the typical lunch hour was no help at all. Normally youd see four or so, scrambling to fill orders. Not here. Just one person. Id recommend going to the other Panda Express location just a few minutes away down the road from the mall--or just support youre locally owned/non-franchise Chinese/American restaurant.

I was so excited to buy a fried rice and broccoli beef bowl until I ask one of the employees and she told me the only thing they had was left overs. What is wrong is Panda Express, definitely a big problem with quality and control. It was only 7:50 and the employee said they couldn’t make anything!

Food stale, rice is dry, nothing is fresh off the wok. My Panda experience is over.

Terrible service at any time. You have to wait 25 minutes for the teriyaqui chicken thats after waiting in line for 15 minutes. this is lousy
