2023-11-19 03:10:56Kids favorite place for orange chicken. Restaurant is clean. Cashier and staff friendly and welcoming.Safe well lit location. I never eaten at Panda. I appreciate Panda Care coporate giving for children hospital.

2023-11-12 05:56:43The food was as expected. Not very busy. Would have been nice to have a hello or even acknowledge that we are in the place. When we did get help. The employee didnt let down her guard until I initiated a conversation that showed I was a nice person. Then she was very nice. The sad thing is, that seems to be the way it is nowadays with people in food or retail.

2023-07-11 19:25:16This location LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE skills and a sense of responsibility for attending customers in a satisfactory manner.Im completely unhappy with the way the young male cashier was dismissing us when we were standing right in front of him.My husband placed an online order this past Sunday (7/9/23), and it took AT LEAST 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge him at the pickup counter when we arrived. My husband was completely ignored while he stood there waiting for help. He had to approach the cashier and talk to him to get his attention, even though we were standing there RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM to get help at the location with the sign above it designating it as where ONLINE ORDERS are to be picked up.This young male cashier lacked a sense of being responsible for the business and acted like it wasnt his problem to fix. The cashier didnt even bring the issue to any other employees attention, but continued to stand there acting like we werent important, even acting as if we werent standing there. At this point when were waiting, we watched him restock counter items and chat with a female employee about personal non-work-related matters, while we waited for him to do something about bringing attention to our order. HE DIDNT.He didnt take any actions to help us AT ALL. He didnt ask other staff about it. He didnt attempt to help. This YOUNG man should be fired, or put on janitor duty because he definitely didnt seem to care about us as customers. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!Apparently the order wasnt ready, and when it was, it took another 10 minutes of the food sitting there (I saw the girl place it down) and my husband standing there for that same cashier to actually hand it to my husband.Its NOT WORTH using online ordering for this location AT ALL!!This was my first time at this locations, and I dont ever want to come here again.

2023-11-04 16:05:08Got different sides and a two item combo. All of it was good. And they put a reasonable amount of condiments in the to go bag, without having to ask. Big plus.

2023-04-30 00:42:21Placed an order through Postmates. Our bowls were very sad (I will include photo). No sauce on side, no napkins included, no fortune cookies. I’m shocked they filled our drinks up. One star for that I suppose. Not a very smart way to do business. We won’t be ordering from this location again.

2022-02-05 05:24:42I don’t write bad reviews or complain ever but I’m so disappointed, the food quality is disgusting! I order a two entree, the noodles look like they are two days old and my honey shrimp is nothing but soggy breading. And the shrimp smells nasty! I love Panda Express but this location is not it!!!!

2023-09-27 00:58:02Difficult to understand the order taker. Didnt seem like she wanted to be there. Felt uncomfortable asking for utensils after noticing we didn’t get any.Did you stop giving out fortune cookies? This was the second time we drove through and didnt get any.The honey sesame chicken was amazing, though!

2023-10-14 20:01:52If you go here 10 times (drive thru), they’ll get your order wrong half the time. Far too often. Once they hand you your food at the window, they try to rush you away from the window asap because they want to keep their “time” low. If you go here, Triple! check your food. Open your plates, bowls, or kids meals and make sure you get what you ordered including your third entre before driving away. If you call them from home once you notice they made a mistake and forgot something from your order, you’ll never get it replaced or you money back. Most times, the person at the window is rude.

2023-06-15 04:05:50Tonight was a good night! Food was actually really yummy. They brought back my favorite Honey Sesame Chicken. And I tried Sizzling Shrimp which had broccolini, peppers & onions. Both were fresh, hot & delicious! Highly recommend both. I also tried their new Refresher Drinks - Pomegranate Pinapple 🥰
