The food was as expected. Not very busy. Would have been nice to have a hello or even acknowledge that we are in the place. When we did get help. The employee didnt let down her guard until I initiated a conversation that showed I was a nice person. Then she was very nice. The sad thing is, that seems to be the way it is nowadays with people in food or retail.

This location LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE skills and a sense of responsibility for attending customers in a satisfactory manner.Im completely unhappy with the way the young male cashier was dismissing us when we were standing right in front of him.My husband placed an online order this past Sunday (7/9/23), and it took AT LEAST 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge him at the pickup counter when we arrived. My husband was completely ignored while he stood there waiting for help. He had to approach the cashier and talk to him to get his attention, even though we were standing there RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM to get help at the location with the sign above it designating it as where ONLINE ORDERS are to be picked up.This young male cashier lacked a sense of being responsible for the business and acted like it wasnt his problem to fix. The cashier didnt even bring the issue to any other employees attention, but continued to stand there acting like we werent important, even acting as if we werent standing there. At this point when were waiting, we watched him restock counter items and chat with a female employee about personal non-work-related matters, while we waited for him to do something about bringing attention to our order. HE DIDNT.He didnt take any actions to help us AT ALL. He didnt ask other staff about it. He didnt attempt to help. This YOUNG man should be fired, or put on janitor duty because he definitely didnt seem to care about us as customers. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!Apparently the order wasnt ready, and when it was, it took another 10 minutes of the food sitting there (I saw the girl place it down) and my husband standing there for that same cashier to actually hand it to my husband.Its NOT WORTH using online ordering for this location AT ALL!!This was my first time at this locations, and I dont ever want to come here again.

Difficult to understand the order taker. Didnt seem like she wanted to be there. Felt uncomfortable asking for utensils after noticing we didn’t get any.Did you stop giving out fortune cookies? If you go here 10 times (drive thru), they’ll get your order wrong half the time. Far too often. Once they hand you your food at the window, they try to rush you away from the window asap because they want to keep their “time” low. If you go here, Triple! check your food. Open your plates, bowls, or kids meals and make sure you get what you ordered including your third entre before driving away. If you call them from home once you notice they made a mistake and forgot something from your order, you’ll never get it replaced or you money back. Most times, the person at the window is rude.

3 bad experiences in a row. (1) Ordered with app for pick up. I got there at the time they stated on the app. When I got there, they hadn’t started making the food yet. They found my ticket, started putting my plate together, and I was out of there 5 minutes later. (2) Another pick up order. This time, there’s another gentleman in front of me waiting for pick up order. 10 minutes go by, they finally get to us to check if our orders are ready. Neither of our plates are ready. In the meantime, they already serviced over 12 customers who walked in to order. It takes about 30 minutes from the pick up time to get my food. The guy in front of me waited even longer. (3) After using my app for a while, I finally have rewards showing up. I learned from previous experiences that ordering ahead is usually a bad choice. So I go order in store. My reward is not honored. They said that their store does not accept rewards. THEN WHY AM I USING THE APP AND GETTING POINTS FOR??Find yourself another Panda Express. Hope that one is better.

Service usually isn’t great but today they really out did themselves! It was more than a 20 min wait. Food looks horrible- The server MARITZA B had the nastiest attitude. I had to wait for orange chicken but every time I go they usually never have stuff ready!! The lady that brought it was rude! The place itself is whatever... the staff is either friendly or not... they generally ignore you but its a easy spot where the kids enjoy to eat. Tho there have been times where this location will give you hard stale food. Also in one occasion i got plain chow mein noodles... it was weird and was gross so i had to toss it now that i didnt have time to return and ask for it to be changed. Not the best panda but the only one in corona unless you have time to go to eastvale.

Unfortunately, I ordered Panda Express through DoorDash last night. I ordered a sprite but there was no straw so I opened the lid and found a dead bug in my drink. I called this Panda Express the next day and spoke to the manager (Juan) who informed me there was nothing he could do and that I’d have to file the complaint with DoorDash. April 28, 2023 bought my daughter some food from panda express. It gave her food poisoning after two hours she started feeling nauseous and starting vomiting. Couldn’t sleep the whole night of Saturday. She was feeling sick. Had to take her to the ER on Sunday morning. It was just a very bad experience. It’s May 2 and she still feeling horrible.

So aside from liking Asian cuisine, and it being very consistent from location to location, what I appreciate is that if your looking for a low calorie meal this is the place to go super greens, broccoli beef, and of the other entrees and I can have a full meal in under 600 calories give or take 100 for portion sizes

Just left here about half an hour ago. This is my second time at this location. So first trip I had a gift card the worker returned my gift card and said nothing was on it I checked online after and the $25 was on it. Asked for sauce for my teriyaki chicken was reassured it would be in the bag no such luck. So this time I asked for extra sauce was reassured again and again no such luck also left out the fortune cookies and no utensils or napkins. Even though my gift card worked miraculously this time I was dissatisfied with the customer service of this location and their lack of attention to detail. I had stopped coming to this location because they dont give you enough food and they are pricey. I took a chance. I was greeted the moment I walked in and helped right away placing my order. I will say that it is always clean there. The food was steaming hot and I actually got a heaping of food. I truly enjoyed it. When I tried to come in to pick up my order, all the doors were closed. People from inside told me that the only way to get my food is going to the drive-thru, so after 25 minutes in line right at the window, I received a box with my food in it, I asked the guy, is everything inside? Because I ordered at the drive thru I confirmed my order with the cashier.After coming home I noticed they had given me the wrong order. DINER BEWARE. Please check the boxes before you leave the store or drive thru. The company policy is if the order has a problem after you leave the store it is your responsibility. In my case the boxes of food were not closed completely and the bag was not tied on top. So when we made our first turn the bag fell open and all the contents of all the containers spilled out. I did not notice the food was spilling out until we passed under a street light. By that time the food was everywhere. When I got home I called the store to complain. At first one of the workers explained the policy to me and said he was not able to help me. He then offered to give the phone to his manager. Juan the manager came on and explained that it was not possible because his employees always close the boxes. I lost it at that point. I kind of feel bad for yelling at him. He did keep his cool and said he would check the cameras. He called me back to confirm the tops of the paper boxes were closed when he gave us the food. But he said he valued our business and offered a free meal on my next visit. I declined because it was not about the food but more about having to get my car detailed due to all the food spilling everywhere plus the inconvenience of the whole transaction.I guess my point is please check your order before you leave and it would be nice if Panda Express would tape their boxes closed so they stay closed and tie the bag shut as a secondary measure.

Always feel rushed at drive thru. Always a fight if I ask for the packets of hot chili sauce or soy sauce. Container not usually full of food or they accidentally fill the bottom of the main course area with rice first. Also if they over charge you and you dont catch it before you pay they wont refund your money, they will only give you more food instead of your money back. This location is terrible.

I really enjoy Panda Express because of the variety and unique menu selections. The place was very clean and they had many employees working. I was a walk in because I like to see the selections available. Most of the employees attention was focused on drive thru and online orders so walk ins suffer a bit. There is also a delay for items that are out. I needed to wait about 15 minutes because I wanted the noodles instead of rice. I think it is a good value for the money and the place was hopping even at 4pm mostly I believe with online orders. Even though it is sometimes slow service I will be going back because of the uniqueness and taste of the menu.

This location is generally very fast and delicious however today I picked up my lunch early at 10:30am. The egg rolls looked like they had been reheated and burned a bit. The entrees and chowmein on my plate also tasted hard or tough not freshly cooked but reheated from the previous night. They were disgusting and Not good at all!! Not the level of service or food I expect from a restaurant like this. I pay for and expect fresh cooked food not paying for reheated left overs. I was very disappointed and disgusted. This Panda Express is the worst. I ordered online, before i arrived to pick it up, i received a confirmation email that my order was ready to pick it up. When i arrived, i was attended by a girl who told me very poorly that my order would be ready 30 minutes later. I asked to speak to the store manager and i was attended by someone named Joann who was rude and spoke a bad English. Finally when i had my order and came home i found out it wasnt what i ordered. I didnt want to drive another 30 minutes to make a claim about it. Upset about it i had to order a pizza and lost my food and my money. Every time Ive come to this location they have been packed. Normally, thatd be questionable but in their case the food is so darn good and fresh that it seems like the whole city jam packs the restaurant at this particular location. They are consistent. The food sizes are well proportioned, always fresh, and the service is exceprional. The staff seems to work together like a well piped machine. Its a fantastic place to dine.

Customer service is horrible. Not only that, but when I got home they got my order wrong also on two of the items.
