New review:This place closes at 9:30 pm. I got there around 9pm. They were out of everything. I wanted to order 3 big plates for 3 individuals. I told them that they can make 2 meat dishes with chow mein and they can double on the items.Food was overcooked, almost burned. Too bad I didnt check it there. By the time I came home and started eating, the restaurant was closed. I couldnt eat more than 10% of what was ordered. I took the food back the next day. Manager and shift leader saw the food, acknowledged that it was burned and that it shouldnt have been given like that to a customer. They replaced the food. They were nice enough not to charge me anytime extra. No regard for the time loss and the fact that I couldnt eat the dinner for the time it was ordered for.Past review:This location of Panda Express was OK. Their other Camarillo location is better. There are certain entrees which they run out fast, and I dont mind waiting a bit, but this store took a long time, about 20 mins, to prepare it.

Ordered ahead on the app and order was not available for over 30 minutes after the pick up time (6:15pm, we got our order at 6:50pm and had to substitute an item). Lots of other customers also waiting and upset as well.

Double check your online order for accuracy EVERY TIME. They will forget something EVERY TIME, especially your veggie egg rolls.

I dont recommend this place. Ridiculous portions, I paid $9.25+ tax for this little bowl of beyond orange chicken, the kids plate has more portions of meat than this and for less money, and the worst thing is that I went back to the store to asked If that was the right portions and the lady said yes.

Order on the app at 12:04 and it says it will be ready at 12:10. I get to the store at 12:22 and they have not started the order. They dont start it and start taking the orders in line first. So apparently dont bother ordering ahead or better yet, dont bother coming here at all.

Wanted to try new wok shrimp it was 8 pm they close at 930 and they were out of that, the pepper beef, rice and chicken teriyaki. We had to wait about 12 min. for food which was a while. They had a good amount of staff so confused as to why they were out of so much food. The food was good, I liked the shrimp worth trying hopefully you dont have to wait forever for yours.

Food is good. The service was not good. I ordered 45 minutes ahead of time for pickup, got there on time, and watched multiple people with online orders arrive after me and get their food. After about ten minutes they seemed to remember I exist and told me they were working on the kung pao (not sure I believe that and apparently ordering ahead wasnt enough notice, but okay). Got my food about five minutes later. No apologies were offered for the 15 minute wait.They did seem overwhelmed, but I was pretty mad at watching several people with online orders get their food before me despite me being there first.

Quality has slid...portions small, proportion of meat to veggies poor, food too greasy, veggies are either over or under cooked, barely warm, rice hard and clumpy. Need a vegetarian or vegan option like their eggplant, tofu dish. Kid friendly but a lackluster introduction to Chinese food. Staff remains helpful, nice.

Unfortunately I have to leave at least 1 Star but it technically should be minus 10. I was doing door dash & when I first went in the 2 girls (1 was starr) where doing nothing. What shocked me was they had multiple online orders that needed to be filled. Once I got mine (for my customer) it was the right name but the food itself was all wrong. Then I had to go back for another delivery and the 2 girls would look at me & whisper to each other. Ill bet you that they where talking about me & the other order. NOT PROFESIONAL GIRLS!!!!! You where wondering around doing nothing when I first came in. And didnt smile once or show any friendliness to customers

This location has gone down hill. Food isnt as fresh, sometimes over cooked and the worst part was the night Im about to write about, the food tasted like a weird sour taste.The workers seems very disorganized, and looks like there is a lack of communication.The manager Anna was very rude to me. Previously I had ordered a 3 item combo and they gave me the wrong box with shrimp and I dont eat fish. Im actually allergic !!I called and Kevin the manager was very nice, he said I could come back in at a later time at my convenience and pick up the right order on the house. Unfortunately I had to be gone due to the military for a bit. When I came back, I had the receipt in hand and managers name written on it. Anna did not honor it. She said that Kevin wasnt there any longer. It was pretty embarrassing and honestly not fair to do that to me. Especially when I had the receipt and knew his name and everything.She was very rude.
