I must say we were disappointed but I want back too explain what happen with are orders and Manager Cris handling everything. She was amazing and very very sweet. If I ever recommended a panda express restaurant it would definitely be this location. Thank you again Manager Cris you ROCK & MADE ARE NIGHT. I just saw a sweaty Doordash delivery guy:1) filling a clients cup with diet coke2) drinking from it3) refilling, closing it with lid.You can check cameras at 2:08 PM dec 7 2023You gotta do something about it. MCD gives orders sealed with drinks inside that dashers cant open. This is disgusting.

I usually go to the Sepulveda P.E but after lots of order mix ups and rude staff I tried this PE and it was definitely cleaner and the staff was much nicer. Parking in front is a hassle but there is more space in the back. This is now my go to PE whenever the craving hits.

My mom ordered 3 to go plates today, 09/13/2023, and for one of the plates she asked for beef and 🥦 broccoli with chow main, and guess what ?? Whenever she brought home there was 3-4 small broccolis with only 1 piece of beef, ONLY 1 PIECE, not joking .. I asked my mom if she saw it there, but she said no, I just ordered it and waited for them to make my orders ready to go . I tried to call them to complain, they never answer the phone, therefore I decided to leave a review, so they will at least read this hopefully, and not to do it to their customers. Your customers pay for it, which is not even cheap, to eat and get fulfilled somehow, not to pay and get 1piece of beef with 3 pieces of broccoli, that’s ridiculous..

Just no. No in every way. Food was cold and stale. Rice was crunchy. Employees were vile. Asked for a refund so I could leave. To be clear; I wouldn’t have eaten the food for free.Employees indicated that a refund wasn’t possible, due to corporate restrictions, which is untrue, according to corporate themselves. I left without eating, after paying more than $30 for two lunches. Restaurant is extremely dated, and management was useless. I wouldn’t return to this location if it was the only thing open. Avoid.

Not one to typically be harsh with my reviews but this location was absolutely pitiful. When eating at Panda Express I usually have enough food for 2 meals however I found myself still hungry after finishing my usual order. In addition to incredibly cheap portioning, I found a rather large stock of inedible cabbage in my chow mein which likely replaced a large portion of the edible food on my plate. Customer service was adequate but the food (which to me, is more important) was miserable. The rice and Mushroom chicken were old, tough, and dry. The orange chicken was the only palatable part of my meal and that was only because I made a point to wait for the fresh batch as the batch others were served was obviously past the point of being enjoyable. As I said before, Im usually pretty relaxed when it comes to reviews but this Panda Express location is certainly one to be avoided.

This place is super busy throughout the day so there can sometimes be a waiting line. The food is ok, it’s certainly not the best for Panda Express but I won’t complain. The parking lot is small and sometimes it can be hard to find a parking spot in the back.

The food was tasteless, and the service was terrible...I have come to this panda for so many years, but lately, it has been a very bad experience every time 😕... not sure why they still call it orange chicken if there is no orange sauce in the chicken, the meat on the broccoli beef was uncooked the meat was hard to chew.

Terrible experience. I entered this place at 8:40pm with my wife. Their closing time was at 9:00 pm. We ordered our food and just realized that they have they closed their bathrooms for the night while still accepting customers and serving them inside. It’s a very bad feeling to have to eat with a full bladder and not being able to wash your hands! I would have not ordered anything had I realized that would be the case!!!!

It was pretty busy with the school crowd and well managed. Line was moving fast. Place was a bit messy and again thats because of the school kids. I saw them bringing fresh food. The only thing was my egg rolls were a bit extra cooked as they looked more than golden brown. Apart from that everything was pretty good.

The food quality is usually very good here. Lots of people in lime but it tends to go fast. All your Panda Express favorites are usually available. The dining room is sometimes a bit cramped, and the restrooms can be a bit messy, but generally this is a good place for a quick meal.

Ordered delivery from this location.I ordered the family meal and from three different dishes I got two the same. Its says clearly on the receipt my order but they didnt follow or maybe they were out of one of the dishes, no one contacted me if this was the case. I tried to contact the customer service from the website but they replied only once to ask the order number (like I didnt filled out the form with all the information) they never replied me back. Awful costumer service when you need them.

I came yesterday to this panda which is the closet to my business and bought a meal. The asian lady with glasses that help me really got into my nerves. I order rise, chao mean to go and then she ask what it will be as a third item I said mushroom chicken then she say and the last item? I said I dont want another item and she say you want doable and because I said no She took chao mean from my order and gave me this bad face. I did not tell anything to her because did not want to confront her but she make me very upset. Its ok is she is trying to upsell the food but is my prerogative to buy it or not. The way they divvy out portions is really disrespectful to the customer. They hold back on the amount of food we receive when we are the ones footing the bill. Im staring right at them, watching them take food off my plate because they put too much. The workers were not trained to meet the demand of the customers. We asked if we could have a diffrent container than Styrofoam. The server was lost didnt know what to do. Finally she called the manager. We explain that we need to order the plate with two sides, but in diffrent container. Then we were offered the paper bowls used for the rice. We agreed, but this time she gave is the amount given in that bowl and not the plate. People need to think outside the box and learn to serve the customers. Happy customers succesful.business.

Panda has gone so downhill! Especially this location, the food was rock hard, stale, and everything literally tasted the same like drenched in soy sauce, so insanely disappointed, workers cant wait to get you out the door, and dont even want to hand you an extra sauce packet! Maybe its only an isolated incident, but nMy experience was pretty dismal. I decided to try online ordering. But when I came to pick up the order (a minute or two late), the order was not ready. I watched it being assembled in front of me, after I checked on it twice! OK, it was only late by around ten minutes, but the point of ordering ahead is that its ready when I arrive. As it was, it would have been faster if I just ordered inside. Morever, they shoved the drink cups into my hands, and left it to me to fill them. AND the soda machine has run out of ice AND of Coke.

I was a regular at this location pre-Covid and always loved it. And I loved it today! Great, tasty, fresh food, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Only 5 customers allowed inside at a time. Masks are mandatory. Sanitizer dispensers everywhere. One staff member was solely devoted to surface sanitizing the entire time I was there. I felt safe and appreciated at this very professional and consistently delicious restaurant!

Better than the average Panda Ive been to! The food was fresh and wet, not gelatinous and sticky from sitting a long time. Both Kung Pao and Black Pepper Chicken items were very good and spicy. When I was getting tea, it ran out after halfway filling my cup. I mentioned it to the cashier and she apologized and said it would be ready shortly. A few minutes later, she came to my table, tapped me on the shoulder, and said the tea was ready. I told her thanks and that I appreciated her help. The only negative was that the parking lot was very busy, making it hard to get in and out. However, the restaurant was worth it! Ill definitely go back soon.

If you want fast service, be warned, this is not it. I waited over fifteen minutes to get checked out when there was only one person ahead of me. I always enjoy going to this Panda Express. The manager Fausto and the assistant manager Julia try very hard to make the customer have a great experience when having lunch or dinner there. The food is very good, the place is always clean and the service is excellent. My sister lives by the Los Angeles airport and she only wants to come to the valley to go to this location. I go to this location once a week and always look forward to the great selection of food, exceptional service and seeing Julia and Fausto they always make my experience special and I can not wait to go back next week. If you want good food try this location - it is the BEST!!!!!!!!

If I can rate this a negative star I would. The manager is so rude. Twice I’ve had an issue with the manager never returning here. I placed an order online for the help group school for thanksgiving lunch had to wait 15 mins for my food to be ready on top of me giving them extra time while I parked. Second time I placed another order for the school for their Christmas lunch I called when I was on my way to pick up the food and they said it would be ready for me to just pick it up when I get there unfortunately I get there and the food isn’t even cooked I asked to speak to the manager as I was already 5 mins late to pick up the food from the time I had scheduled to pick it up, I told the manager that this is the second time I have this issue that I have to wait for my food to be ready when I order online and her response was “ well we didn’t see the order what do you want me to do” i asked her for her name very rude about it the staff there are always nice but that manager is always beyond rude !

Their new Sichuan Chicken strips werent spicy at all. Comparable to Sweet and Fire chicken, the chicken was more bold than blazing. With that said, the flavor within the seasoning was an actual welcomed shift in Pandas more sweet and succulent selection. They claim its hot. Id say its more of a comfortable warmth!

A homeless man came in today and smeared his face around the outside of the showing for the food . When I got my food he then proceeded to come up to me and start touching my food . Its good but not great, but Ive never met anyone who goes to Panda thinking theyre getting the best and most authentic Chinese food to be found in LA.But all the old school lil great Chinese or Vietnamese or Thai spots where you could get way better, more authentic food have disappeared, victims of the high rents.
