Panda Express in Milpitas

My favorite place to go whenever craving for quick Asian food. Clean place, I ordered plate but the guy who was serving was serving as if he was giving me food out of his salary. That I didn’t like at all. Other place Panda Express are good with servings.

We had a rough time with Panda Expresss to-go food. We ordered a regular plate and a larger one, but we found a strange piece of plastic in the smaller plate. It looked like the edge of a fortune cookie wrapper. Its pretty gross to find that in our food, and it makes us worry about how clean their food is. Here are some pictures.

I called in my order a head of time, when I arrived the place was slammed!! But because I preordered I was in and out in under 10 minutes.The employees were hustling and they looked to be a well oiled machine. My order was correct “orange chicken with fried rice bowl” unfortunately I only got like 7 pieces of chicken with a ton of rice. The orange chicken was yummy I just wish I had gotten a little more

Number one concern is that there is a staff member here that consistently does not give fortune cookies. I do not know if this is a result of training error or what but they have been there for months and if they are ringing me up I can basically guarantee Im not getting a cookie. Its kind of bizarre. The varying levels of roboticness that the staff are trained or hardwired to operate with doesnt help broach this topic so I dont say anything but thought I review was appropriate.Restaurant is clean and some employees are very personable. For reference would appreciate not being rushed by staff while Im ordering and theres 1 (one) person in line behind me.If you come between the 11-12 hour the food isnt very fresh and is generally much more fresh after 12.

The food is good. I just wish after all these years since they first opened that they would change their menu a little. Add something new for a change.

Honesty very disappointed in the service very disappointed in the customer service never in my life have I been this dissatisfied with a location like the employees all need to learn to treat the customers with respect I know a core value of panda is always to welcome in the customers and yet this location lacks connection

I am disgusted beyond words I helped a disabled women when I came in here to order my food into the store. When I got to the line, the manager Bam had a poor attitude they had no chow mein and no sesame seed chicken. She aggressively told me it’s going to be three minute wait I said that’s fine. I can wait not a problem then she throws the white box container over on the other side of the food quarter And I said excuse me why are you aggressive today? Is there something wrong? I should be upset that I have to wait but I’m not acting out you are I ended up waiting the three minutes for my food. I should’ve checked the box the food container if you will, so I got three entries. I had a double portion, a sesame seed chicken, as well as Beijing beef . They had to put in a small box and chow mein. This is what my box look like this is not a double portion of sesame seed, chicken, I’m appalled at the customer service, and the lack there of. She knows I cannot upload a picture here I’m going over to Yelp to do the same thing.

Delicious and very fresh. They work diligently to keep the restaurant sanitized and safe, keeping everyone far apart and still keeping the line moving for a minimal wait. The food is delicious and is fresh and quality food served in a fast food speed.

Service is great. One of the better locations due to the great service.
