The food is delicious and the amount they give you is perfect for the price. I am a huge fan of their Orange Chicken and Chow Mein. I also loveee their Crab Ragoons and Spring Rolls. Wish they had pan-fried dumplings, but I still cant complain. Family meals are completely worth it and will leave you with plenty of leftovers. Also another great thing about Panda Express is whenever I order thru doordash my order always arrives in under 30 min.

Every time I order Teriyaki Chicken delivered they conveniently forget the sauce packet. One time I can understand, a second on occasion yeah maybe youre busy. But every single time has got to mean something is up. Absolutely terrible. Ive called multiple times and they still cant get that under control. Terrible staff, terrible customer support, terrible accountability for their horrible employees.

We get the steam rice With orange chicken or and teriyaki chicken we love the chicken and we love the rice. It may take A little bit to get through the line sometimes its booked up but that means theyre good. Today 3/14/23 the drive through wad Rude & did not want to liason to what we had to say we tried to place 2 orders but they only toke 1 order & they did not give chopsticks when he ordered them & was not reasked at the window I was mad & did not try to re-order what my family & I wanted wr went somewhere else to get our food

Well, Chase Saphire Preffered thinks I only like Hispanic food truck food or the card is inherently racist. If I buy any food that isnt from the taco truck or buy gas that isnt from a sovereign nation they kill my card and I have to call them. I didnt get the sauce requested so had to go back to the cashier and aquire some saucies!

Food is good you have to eat it all on the rice itnt that good reheated up the next day its kind of crunchy Staff are kind of in their own world sometimes and dont pay attention when people come in. Or they try to get you to always round up On your money. Sometimes you get more teriyaki chicken than other times like dont they have size portions for what they got to give you? Always get 2 bigger platter and a bowl. Parking this kind of somewhat difficult most of time as they share with the darn bank.

Bad service often. Always go around 7-8pm and they are always cleaning up WAY before they close at 10:30. Already take down the drink machine, tea, and more. Why close things so early?? We came today at 8:20 when they close at 10:30 and this ALWAYS happens. Want meals but cant get any drinks??

Fast food almost freshly cooked. I say almost because a large amount is made then set in warmers for orders to be filled. However the food does not sit long as this is a very busy busy place, especially at dinner time. Though the drive through line and inside lines are long they do move fairly quickly. With all that being said the food is hot and the portion size is decent.

The only thing I can complain about with Panda Express is that they dont open earlier in the day. Its good food, fresh, convenient and the staff have always been very polite. I wouldnt call it the epitome of ethnic cuisine but its good and the prices are fair and they get you in and out fairly quickly.

The food here isn’t too bad for a chain Chinese restaurant. But dang, the portions are never consistent except for the lack of beef in the broccoli beef.I’ve been ordering the 3 entree plate the last two visits and I typically go with the 2 until I started getting these tiny portions. I uploaded a photo and hope it ties to my review because I got 3-5 tiny pieces of beef with a TON of broccoli in my order. The orange chicken is the only reason I came back one more time after this experience and it HAPPENED AGAIN.I feel like if you’re lucky and they have fresh food made you’ll get a decent serving. But if they are at the tail end of what they have available, they’ll just give you what they have and call it good. Unfortunately, Chico doesn’t have good Chinese food in my opinion. Other restaurants like Happy Garden (probably the best but not great), Tong Fong Low, and Egg Roll King acceptable at best.It’s one of the only things I miss about living in the Bay Area, good Chinese food!

Im sooo addicted to their orange chicken & chow mein. Im embarrassed to even admit how many times per month I get take out here. Ive tried a few other entrees & sides but, except for the honey walnut prawns (which are awesome but cost more)none are worth mentioning. Use caution if going during dinner rush. The drive through line can get pretty lengthy & can make parking a little tricky if youre not aware of the poorly planned out lot.

I walked in instead of the drive through because the line was quit long and with the big windows I could see there was no one in line inside. Happy for me!I ordered the fried rice plate which includes two entrees. I chose my favorite honey walnut for more first entrees and then decided on the orange chicken as my second. I choose to take it home to eat so I could enjoy a movie and my dog was waiting outside in the car.Was certainly full and satisfied with my meal!

Horrible customer service! I went there for the first time and ordered to go and drove all the way home, only to find out that they didnt give me my second entree. You have >one< job! We drove all the way back to get the food that I paid for, and they were rude and unhelpful, and demanded to see my receipt. After having to go through two workers, the manager tossed over a tiny box with 4 pieces of chicken in it! NOBODY offered a sorry, they didnt offer the tiny bit of chicken for free, nor did they even offer a reimbursement for >THEIR< mistake! Horrible business! The food was terrible anyways and we will never go there again.

We’ve eaten there numerous times .Fir is its always Take Out - our 3 biggest complaints are- # 1. The containers they use (styrofoam) always allow the sauces from foods to leak out into the bag So by the time we arrive home our dishes are dry of any sauce. # 2. The super veggies are a great addition EXCEPT for the Bitter kale they use in the mix! Surely we aren’t the only 2 people that taste a bitterness in the Kale!?! And # 3. They Mess up our order 2 out 5 visits. Yes we still go there as I rarely cook at home due to health issues. We can eat 2 meals from 1 large meal. We do wish Panda would offer a couple less fatty / less salt dishes.

I will say that I have only once received the sample they offer when I first start my order. They always ask- and I typically said yes, now I say yes just to see if Ill actually get a sample. Its fast food, so I will not give more than three stars. Fast service, and clean restaurant. Drive thru can get a bit uncomfortable because the line gets long and it blocks in folks who parked. If you are going to the store, dont park directly in front of the store during peak hours or you will end up eating on your car. 😜

Rating 2 stars because of the service, The food is nothing to write home about, but it is quick in and out and close to work to be able to get back in time before my lunch ends and see it as a cheap better alternative than the other fast food restaurants in the area.That being said, the reason for 2 stars is because either their staff in the drive through doesnt care about their customers, or just dont care what their customers are asking for. Considering I eat here 2 out of 5 days a week and sometimes on the weekend for dinner, you would think that when you order chopsticks, that they would provide them right? Wrong. Ive gotten chopsticks with my order only once out of the last 10 times I have ordered them and is becoming very frustrating that I have now resorted to asking twice and double checking with the drive-thru attendant, only to pull up to the window to find no chopsticks with my order and then have to hold up the line and wait for them to come back....just to give me the chopsticks I had already asked for twice.

I like panda express, but a couple of things keep me from loving them. Its the fact that they make the plates like theyre personally paying for the meat. The they make fresh sides or entree and dump the older ones right on top. Other than that theyre pretty good, theres a long wait.

I love Panda Express. Sometimes they are out of stuff, and expect it to be ok. I wouldnt recommend going when they are about to close, because they will not replenish food right before closing, even if they are busy. They also close pretty early. But this location is usually pretty awesome.

Went to the drive through and ordered a meal along with some pot stickers. I was told there would be a 6 min wait on the pot stickers, OK fine.About 5 minutes later I get to the window (there were a few cars ahead of me). I then wait for another 5 minutes at the window before I am greeted and pay ( I ordered 10 min ago now). Now I wait another 10 min and they ask me to go to the pickup parking, so they can get to the cars behind me (20 min waiting now). Go out front and park and wait another 7 minutes for my (now barely warm) food.So almost 30 minutes waiting for a 6 min item. They made the other food I ordered 20 min before and did not even bother to apologize for the wait.

Moderately priced. Fresh ingredients. Dishes can be inconsistent depending on cook on duty. Sometimes dishes listed as spicy come out mild or spicier than usual. Drive thru is quick until they run out of teriyaki then wait times skyrocket as sometimes everyone must wait for the first car. Ive been that car and its no fun. Order online to get in and out in a flash. Ive never had to wait more than a couple minutes for online orders.

My husband found a hair in his food right on top of the plate like someone placed it there. When we complained about it two employees started smirking and the cashier we were speaking to went on and on about how all employees wear hair nets (not one person we saw had a hair net) ended up getting a complete refund and going to the Oroville Panda instead. Fresh Chinese food. Panda express is dine in or take out. Even drive thru. Clean and fresh eatery. A fast Chinese food with todays theme of ultra fresh healthy cusine. Always busy. About any hour of the day. The food is precooked before you order, but made up in small batches and fresh up hot. Near cooked to order. I have yet to receive any servings less than fresh up. The typical mainstays are on the menu, like, fried rice and chow mein.Broccoli Beef, mushroom chicken. As well as some unique dishes that are Panda Express exclusive. Everything is finely seasoned. Not saying sparse on flavor. But perfection to the intended taste. Few places serve chow me in that I would eat or enjoy. However they make great chow mein. Not over cooked soggy noodles soaked in gravy. And unlike many Chinese restaurants, nothing is overly greasy.Although this is a fast food drive thru type place, When in the mood for chinese food I would prefer Panda Express over most Chinese restaurants just about anywhere. San Francisco China Town included. That may sound cringy I know. You be your own judge and try it. Pricing is reasonable so you have not much to loose if you dont agree. And that is my honest acessment. There is indoor seating as well as some outdoor seating for fair weather days.
