I dont care for fast food often but I do catch myself craving some Panda Express! My go-to order here is half order fried rice, half chow mein, orange chicken, beef broccoli, and spring rolls. And the price doesnt compare to the portions you get.

We came around lunch time. Excellent customer service, clean lobby & restroom. When we were ordering a lot of the food looked dried, i should of waited an extra 5 minutes until more fresh food came out. This El Cajon on broadway location use to be my favorite but now they seem to serve you small portions, and food is not always fresh looking gotta wait until the new batch comes out.

All good for the most part, however, more oversight or attn from regional mgmt on food health safety regs. A tech man came in 081023 215pm to repair gas appliance. He had to lean over and move several fresh food containers which were NOT covered, note(he had an extremely big wild loose uncovered beard) food not covered, he tried to cover it, not his fault. Shift mgmt needs serious training on procedures in interst of public health safety. In days past, a county health inspector wouldve had big issues with this. The staff brushed me off as if it were no big deal. It was. I thought it was gross. Please address this.

Ordered 3 family meals to have them picked up at 1:30pm. They texted me the food was ready at 12:55! I was out shopping for Mother’s Day gifts and didn’t get the text until after I got home. When I picked up the food at 1:30 it was cold. When I got home the food was terrible. It was clear it was old and sat under the heat lamps for a while before sitting on a shelf at room temperature for 35 minutes! I got sick (stomach issues) and my family said everything was hard, over cooked, and over spiced. I called the restaurant but they hung up on me. I usually go to this location because the food is good and customer service is okay but not this time. Wasted $130 on food that is not safe to eat. Will be calling the health board Monday.

Hot, fresh, fast food. A lot smaller selection compared to other pandas in the area.As I walked in I noticed they were out of chow mein and I asked how long until its refilled? The server said its in the wok, maybe 2 more minutes I continued with my order. Paid. Waited for chow mein to go back on the line. Watched 3 other people pay, THEN they started cooking the batch they said was only 2 minutes to finish.

I do not like being lied to. I went a little late they were still 11 minutes before closing I went up to the door and it was locked. So I tired the other door it was locked too. I saw a employee going around to the different door and I asked him do I have to go in through the other door. He said they closed early because they were short staff. There was seven workers maybe more inside the store. Closing your doors early and lying to customers it’s not a good thing.

Ive only had positive experiences at this location. It can get busy at times, and people seem to think that the employees are superhuman, and can move at literal lightning speed, which they cant. They do an extraordinary job. I want to give a shout out to the employee named Kaki who was extremely nice, and made my short time in line awesome!

You know what I noticed about Panda Express they seem to have a lot of chicken entrees on the menu! The restaurant itself the couple of times Ive been in there has been clean no clutter on the tables and no nastiness. Considering I went in 30 to 45 minutes before closing they had plenty of food.I would like to see a little more variety on the menu something other than chicken and their standard beef.

They catered a work event for me and were phenomenal! Ive never been so impressed with pandas customer service. I highly recommend if youre in a bind and need a lot of food. They only deliver if you want them to go the whole 9 which I appreciated as I didnt need them on site.

Dont order beef and broccoli. You will get a huge serving of broccoli and very little if any beef. When you simply ask for less veggie and more beef you will be too no. The manager is named Andres. Hes a true waste of space. My 8 yr. old kid could better handle customer care. You could not pay me to patronize this joke of a restaurant again.

This location on Broadway/Graves in El Cajon is our favorite Panda Express. Parkway Plaza location is excellent, also, but we dont go to the Mall very often. This location is very handy for us to get to, and their food is so good. We like the Teriaki chicken. Theirs is juicy and tender without too much blackening or charring. Their Shrimp and Steak dishes are good, also, but we try to not eat sweet or gravy like sauces. We get our chicken with no sauce, also. The flavor is great without it! Their servers are always happy, attentive, genuinely nice, and helpful. You can sample any item in case youd like to try something new. The place is kept clean and the employees seem to care about each other, and their customers! We stop in almost every week or more.

I then had to continue waiting because they didnt put my chicken into the box before setting it to wait, and they ran out before my greens were ready. By far the best Panda Express in San Diego County. The food is so delicious. I realize this is a a chain, but that dont mean its not fantastic. The string bean chicken is the healthiest, best tasting option. But their higher calorie options are good too - Orange Chicken (hello?). But this location is fantastic because they are quick and the staff is very friendly. All the staff. They are very nice and care about making sure you are happy. Love this place!

This panada express is definitely impressive, Ive been to other ones around El cajon and Id have to say this is the one that has the best cook. My favorite entrees would have to be mushroom chicken and Kung Pao chicken with rice and chow mein. its very adorable if your craving Asian food the take out is great and very delicious.

Great food, orange chicken is extremely spicy. Only Coke products served, which was different last time I went OUT to a Panda instead of getting delivery. Seating indoor and outside is shut down due to the pandemic and the drinks are given to you as opposed to getting them yourself, also because of the pandemic.

This Panda Express is great, Ive never had any problems with this one. I cant say the same of some others. Its a clean place with friendly staff and a fairly quick line if there is one. I always get the Orange Chicken and Bejing Beef with Chow Mein, its the perfect combo. I highly recommend this Panda Express if your itching for some great oriental food.

The Panda Express off Bradley in El Cajon had some of the worst food. The chicken teriyaki I ordered had two different types of meats/chickens in it and the orange chicken was so old, it tasted like seafood. I couldnt even finish my meal. Always the best for Chinese, and I mean ALL Chinese food restaurants, even the super expensive, black tie-type places, this lil fast food place blows em all away with how good every single thing on their menu is!! I might find a place here n there thatll have better...say...General Tsos than theirs, but as a whole, no other Chinese food Ive found (and trust me, Ive looked...extensively) even comes close!! Oh and dont get me started on the chow-mein! Sooooo perfect!!! One exception: for that and all their entrees as well - WAY TOO MUCH veggies mixed in! I would pay double of theyd offer their chow-mein with just the noodles, no cabbage or celery. I just pick em out, but I wanna eat it one day immediately w/o having to do all that!
