Panda Express Santa Fe Springs was a really good experience. Good service, friendly staff, reasonable price and the food is always serve hot and fresh. I recommend the grill chicken. Its definitely a good place to eat.

I feel ripped off. Very expensive and rude workers. My opinion is avoid this place. Remember that Panda still has the most delicious orange chicken then any place I have been. When you get a good chef working.

The food is not as good as it used to, and they only hand out one Sriracha sauce per plate . On top of that, they always have the AC on full blast, making the food cold and not enjoyable it feels like youre inside a freezer

What I learn from experience, when they put the small containers with soy sauce or teriyaki sauce in the same bag of food. The lids on the containers open up and make a mess inside the bag. Happen to me 2 times. I tell the girl to put the containers in a separate small bag. Im sure it happen to many customers and delivery drivers. You need to tell them everytime.

Bad Service staff! The serving first guy on the line in black tshirt was so rude and did not help me and treated me like total disrespect, I was very bad when you get bad treatment when entering a restaurant . Later another staff Victory helped me with my order . I guess the stars are only for his help. I got two bowls from here but totally not worth it as the bad behavior ruined my mood.

Smallest portions Ive ever seen (see pics). Some bits of orange chicken are hard as a rock, some pieces are a little soggy, a couple are cooked well. Noodles are overcooked and dry. To top it all off, its way overpriced.

Idk how the food became so bland. Third time I tried it there since its the closest to my home. And I got the traditional half plate with orange chicken and beef broccoli. The chow mein really lacked taste. And the best part of the food was the orange chicken. Customer service was great. Greeted by everyone. Every time I go its great but the food needs to be better

Jocelyn POOR Customer service Rude. To not just me but costumers ordering before me. & after. Should be trained the correct aproach to Treating Panda Costumers. Was in such a hurry she failed to listen to me when I placed my order, she gave me what she thought I should have. When I got to register It was for a large entre which was incorrect then since she didn’t finish taking my order. I had to wait additional minutes for the cream cheese. In which I paid in full. I work doing deliveries and I got a bunch of single dollars so I went to get three plates and paid with them, they gave me my receipt and then they didn’t want to give me my food because the manager said they have to check all the $, come on I am not going to pay with fake singles… another customer on line told them why they were holding my food if I already paid, took long to get my food, because they have to check the bills in a machine that wasn’t close to the cash register!!

Used the app, saved me time. I loved it. Didnt have to stand in line to order my food I did it at home. In my area it was a 20-minute pick up, it was done right on time. Didnt have to stand in line went straight to the cashier, waited to be acknowledged told them it was an online order and I was done. For a family of 7 dinner is served

This is a convenient location for Panda Express. Since it is located in a busy area. The food here was well-cooked and the portions were very generous. The staff was friendly to us and had smiles. Overall The experience here was good. I love their new super green veggies. They taste amazing and were very flavorful. Of course you cant go wrong with the orange chicken. There are a lot of healthy options to choose from if youre tight about your diet.

One of the worst visits ever! On my lunch break I rushed over to get a bite to eat, before I reach the sidewalk I had some lady scream at me over some intercom, and again to enter? As she demands her orders for single file line etc. she had her hands all over her mic and serving food at the same time. I think the set up before was more better. As I was walking out I was yelled at to go out a straight exit or something. Like geez people calm down with the orders. My food was super soggy. I didn’t even eat. A welcome and thank you would have been nice! I won’t go back!

They are changing. Their chow mein is 2/3 cabbage! If this is to save money noodles are cheap, don’t cut corners. Unacceptable. Today more cabbage than noodles. The meat was hardened chunks of overcooked orange chicken. Going to look for another location. Customers should come first. Especially in this economy, ps. They do not answer phone calls.

I usually eat here all the time. Its usually great when we dont want to cook. But we went yesterday 7/21/20 and the noodles did not taste the same. They tasted like frozen noodles I buy at Market and Kao Pau Chicken didnt have chicken or flavor. The white rice was hard. Maybe has to do with pandemic but will not order till things go back to normal

If youre trying to get lunch between Monday thru Friday when you only have a 30 minute break I would strongly suggest to go somewhere else because both times Ive gone around the hours of 12pm to 1pm it took them at the very least between 20 to 25 minutes (m-f), just order and get food to go. Good food but unorganized and seems slammed during the working persons lunch time. Hope the figure this problem out before I just stop going do to I cant eat my food at lunch. Lastly to top it off the past 2 times Ive gone they didnt give me a fork to eat the food they took forever to prepare. This really should never happen but it did both time in a row.

I really love Panda Express, but getting a little irritated right now. Since we bring it home, we ask when we order online to NOT include plastic utensils, but they always do anyway. I have bags full of Panda utensils!!! Also, we are only getting teriyaki sauce with our teriyaki chicken about 50% of the time (even when it is explicitly requested). But we still love Panda.

This is close to my home so I have no complaints other than what I have noticed is that portions have significantly gotten smaller than I last remembered. Everytime I go I usually order the same...orange chicken, bejing beef and all chow mein. Between the two main meals, it barely covers the chow mein and before I could barely see my chow mein with the amount of food. I dont know if this is some corporate memo they tell employees to do, but if I needed to be picky on price point than I would certainly go elsewhere to better spots like Wokstar or etc.Its american chinese food..thats it.

Around 3pm today, two employees were holding conversation over me throughtout the entire process of ordering and by doing so, they managed to give me the smallest portion imaginable for all of my orders. I chosethe Beijing beef as 2ND item which was an extra 1.25$ for the lousy 2 pieces of beef and 6 slices of mushrooms. They greet people without even looking at them. Terrible!!
