I was there at 8pm and ordered Honey Seasame Chicken and its Old and Dry. They get their money and Im out of dinner.. Whoever is responsible for this I hope something happens to them. Not right or fair.

I ordered the panda Mill bundle and it was a delightful experience. I love the decor of the customer service was nice and everyone on the staff was very attentive to me and my husband‘s knees all in all will be coming back.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Panda Express, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was top-notch.I ordered the orange chicken and the chow mein, and both dishes were cooked to perfection. The chicken was crispy and juicy, and the orange sauce was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. The chow mein was also delicious, with a variety of vegetables and noodles that were all cooked perfectly.The service at Panda Express was also excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they made sure that I had everything I needed. They were also very knowledgeable about the menu, and they were happy to answer any questions I had.

Today 2/15/2022 the Mask Mandate was lifted in San Bernardino and other counties. They still had a sign on the door that masks are required. We didn’t have masks and they instructed us where they had them to wear. My wife started to say wasn’t required and stopped. My wife asked for only a little rice and more noodles, though she still got a lot of rice. The portions were not large as did not overfill box usually do. The sweet n sour sauce and other condiments were given in to-go little packets, not the plastic buckets. They forgot to give us fortune cookies and when we asked they apologized for forgetting. The food was good! We sat for a bit after done eating and they were still open and we were taking pictures for this review and appeared to make them uncomfortable as they were asking, “is everything okay?”, “ do you need anything else?”, so we decided to leave.

I order food on the drive thru, once I got my order it was not enough food. I’m paying is not free, they were closing so everything was so rushed but that is not an excuse. I told Ashley that I was not happy with the food and she told me “ I don’t know what to tell you I didn’t serve you the food” that’s so unprofessional because she is representing the company so instead of giving me that rude answer she should’ve communicate with the person that served me the food. I asked them to give me my money back and once I got the refund receipt I asked her “how long does it takes to get my money back” and she told me “ I don’t know it says on the receipt” she was so rude!!!!! And so unprofessional!!! Why is she even working at a job she hates! She looks so miserable! I hope she finds happiness. She should definitely gets fired with that rude and unprofessional attitude towards customers.

I ordered a shrimp bowl & chicken bowl. The chicken bowl had 2 small pieces of chicken & the shrimp bowl had 3 pieces of shrimp. Very stingy with portions. Flavor not so good either. I will never come back.

Warning to all panda lovers and new clients how to save on your orderHorrible mistake the bigger plate is exactly the same size as the (normal plate)it is falsely advertisedJust order normal plateThe next problem is they say they only serve MEDIUM or LARGE but why when I order a “BIGGER PLATE” they serve me a SMALL ENTREE ? If the ONLY “SIZES”they say they have is MEDIUM OR LARGELastly as you see they served the minimum for a bigger plate I feel ripped off to be honest almost no beef or chickenThey food does taste good but this is not acceptable

Stop by for some Beijing beef and chow meinFood was decent service was fast restaurant was pretty clean Didn’t really care for the egg rolls. Would definitely come back if in the area

I came on 11/03/22 at 6:54pm and was served by Isela. I let her know that the portion of chow mein she gave us was really small. She said thats the portion size and told me if I want, she can charge me another portion. I noticed that she was a hater from the beginning by the attitude she gave us as she rushed us to complete our order. She doesnt like her job. She felt really powerful holding on to those tongs as she refused to give us the proper portion. She gave us the proper portion for everything else because she used the scooper and couldnt cheat us, except for the chow mein. She has obvious control over those tongs and is the one who decides the size of the portion. I mentioned that she has control of the portion of chow mein she gave me and she replied like a robot saying she can sell me another portion if I want to. I added 2 photos of our food. Both of our plates were perfect, except for the chow mein, which she controlled. This employee is ruining the business with her attitude and power tripping tongs. I will not be back at this Panda until this hater is gone. I give her less than one year. I will give your location a try again in November 2023. If she is gone sooner, let me know. I love your chow mein when served in a proper portion.

I got a 2 item combo with orange chicken and beef and broccoli. I got 2 pieces of orange chicken. And 3 pieces of broccoli with beef crumbs! I know panda does portion control. But Cmon seriously!! Over priced and stingy!
