I ordered online. A space to write down your special request, so i did. At their website, theres no chow mein so i put it as special request. When i picked it up, so glad to see that they have it on display. But unfortunately i was not able to check my order before i left, so i just found out that its only brown rice, no chowmein. Plus, im so disappointed how they cooked the brown rice. Its a porridge!

Ive seen a noticeable improvement in regards to customer service. The food is always good, but the last 4 times Ive gone, I see the service getting better. Last Wednesday I had a very nice & efficient guy help me. His pleasant demeanor was more than I personally expect from what is basically fast food. 4.5/5

I would recommend a different Panda location, as Ive consistently had small servings of the meat choices at San Leandro more then once. Theyre good at loading up with rice or chowmein, but skimp on the main course. Left with a feeling of getting burned. Much better at other locations. I only go to San Leandro because of work proximity.

Avoid if possible…. Ordered Teriyaki chicken (under cooked and cold!!!) got some rice (flavorless), got some chow mein (also under cooked). Need to retrain the cook… oh and non of it had flavor, the chicken looked odd too….

I ordered for catering and mann I was disappointed. The fried rice was undercooked and very very hard. Everyone at the party was complaining about it. The greens was supposed to be half of a tray and it was more like 1/4 of it and mostly cabbage the broccoli seemed like they count how many to throw in there. The chow mein was supposed to be a half as well and they threw more rice and about 1/4 of chow mein and it was pretty dry as well. Never again I will order for catering specially from this location.

Run out of everything, bad rush service and very sticky floors. The wait wasnt worth the fake bread around the real meat ; I was hoping to taste but didnt a total waste. If your really hungry dont go there youll be disappointed. Its mainly for youngsters who are too hi to notice quality & they take advantage of the location with sales only -no quality what so ever...a joke.

The worst Panda Express I have ever visited. I have given it several chances, and it is consistently terrible. No issue with the staff, and I can’t speak to dine-in, but every time I have ordered pick up, they have given (at most!) 3/4 portion for chow mein and entree, and their chow mein is undercooked and underseasoned. Panda Express has never tasted so bad. And the final insult to injury is that they don’t give you a fortune cookie. You are much better off going to Pieology next door.

You like Panda Express as a general rule? You will like this place. Just like McDonalds, Starbucks, Coca Cola -- its almost 100% the same from location to location so its a bit absurd to review any one location as compared to others in terms of the product. In terms of the service, Ive only been there once and that was at the end of the lunch hour, so the service speed was reasonable and on par with other Panda Expresses.

Tried to order the last two pieces of shrimp and they said they can’t do that and that they will just throw them away instead because they are “leftovers”. Costumer service was alright up until we got to the cash register. The cashiers name was Brissa and she seemed in a bit of a mood, which reflected in her service. Please read my review as it very important for your optimal dining experience at this specific restaurant. Phood quality is excellent. They always cook the orange chicken perfectly. Restaurant is clean. However DO NOT COME HERE BEFORE CLOSING. I was there a hour before they closed and I was told that all they had was fried rice and broccoli beef thing was that it looked like trash and they still wanted to sell it at full price. Which is a scam in a way because the optimal PHOOD QUALITY has severely diminished because it has been sitting under a lamp all day. Panda Express, anywhere you go, can have varied quality. Some of them, like the one I go to near Stanford, has top shelf service and as good a quality as you can expect for the entire chain. Others I simply wouldnt go to.I go to this one a couple times a month, because the food quality is more important than the service, which cant be screwed up that badly. Everybody knows that is dependent upon the person working, and there is not that much you can do about it.Though most people have a few tricks to get a bad worker through the ordering and service process so they can just get their food and get on with it, this location tries. The cooks try harder than the service counter people, though they are not that bad as to say anything negative.This location gets my order right about 50% of the time. Not a happy place thing for me, for sure, but, the convenience makes it tolerable most of the time.That is, until today. This Panda really only is worth three stars, in that you wont get sick, they are polite and fast, but the quality and the accuracy counts a lot for me, so the half the time thing was working against them.Like I said, until today. When I came today, Robi, the supervisor or manager in the black shirt was working. She not only made my experience pleasant, with her courtesy, attitude and professionalism (and Ive worked my fair share of food jobs to know one when I get it) and accuracy - not to mention he just down right good person-ness, really made up a lot for the not so happy place experiences Ive had their before.So the review is three stars for the Panda, and one star all for her for Robi, who made sure I got the freshest pot stickers, maintained portion control so food costs were managed, where another worker might have varied from too little to too much.She gave me good portions, clean setup from one station to another, a mark of a pro, frankly, everything food wise was a good as it could get for this location, and, most of all, we had the nicest conversation.It was like the universe giving us several personal moments together in between long lines filling up fast for me to really change my attitude about this Panda, and to genuinely enjoy my consultation with Jodi in the few, delightful minutes we shared.Im gonna go back because it is near my comic book studio, but my consumer attitude will be different now that I have met and enjoyed the professional service and lovely smile of Robi.In fact, she is so good at what she does and who she is, I suspect she will not be there very long and will be moving up the ladder of success faster than I can make it back to this location.The Lone Comic TMDefender of Creativity and Entertainment SMUpdate 6/8/2017Robi is gone now and while the staff remains friendly and personable, the food is just not as good as it once was, and I would have to call it marginal at best. Let be honest, it is a fast food restaurant period. Its quick, cheap a has a good variety of American Chinese food. Its kind of Subway style, but with Chinese food.They have 3 options according to your hungry: Bowl (1 side + 1 entrée), Plate (1 side + 2 entrée) and Big Plate (1 side + 3 entrée), costing $6.30, $7.30 and $8.80, respectively.Sauce is charge separately ($1.00) and I recommend Chicken Egg Rows ($2).They have a take away option if you dont want to seat inside.

Hello, as you know in this pandemic situation sometimes we have to buy some cravings because today this restaurant disappointed me when I got home and tried the raw white rice, the raw chow mein I ordered an egg roll and they gave me a good chicken roll but The point is that I had never had to eat something like this from this restaurant, hopefully they can check the cooking time or teach the cooks well and be more careful.
